This venue is beautiful - however, be mindful that if you have to use a backup plan to have an inside wedding that you will be super crowded if you have a large crowd! This did not put a damper on our day, but it definitely made the planning a little harder at the last minute. The venue has a certain number of tables and not enough seating for all of those tables because they are used for the caterer to put the food on. Just be prepared to have to rent more tables/chairs depending on the size of your guest list. Though the barn is set up with different rooms (saloon, chapel, etc.) it makes it difficult to arrange all of your wedding guests in the same room. This venue would be so much better if the bathrooms and storage closets weren't in the middle of the barn. The saloon is probably the best feature of the barn. Adds to the rustic feel - don't need much decorations. Keep in mind if the bride gets ready upstairs that there is no bathroom upstairs so she will have to come downstairs and use the restroom which isn't that easy when you are trying to hide her before the wedding.
