My Fiance and I decided to get married on 2/22/2022. We really loved the date, but only gave ourselves about six weeks to plan it (yikes)! Thanks to the awesome team at the Collector's Room it turned out to be everything we could have hoped for! The setting would have been perfect for a small or large group, but we opted for a small intimate setting with about 50 friends and family members. The space was easy to set up and the Beau Monde team was great at accommodating us with what we needed to personalize it. We would especially like to thank Shelle and Anna Lee as they were consistently responsive to questions, met with us and my planner whenever we asked, and helped throughout the evening to ensure that the event ran smoothly. We used the recommended caterers, Roots Catering, and people really enjoyed the food. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this venue and this team for a great wedding experience.

The Collector’s Room was the absolutely perfect venue for our October 2021 wedding. We looked at a handful of venues in/around Uptown Charlotte but knew as soon as we walked in to the Collector’s Room that it was the spot for us. We had our ceremony in The Collector’s Room, cocktail hour in the Elder Gallery and back to the Collector’s Room for dinner/dancing/party. Because of all the gorgeous art on the walls, the tasteful finishes (chandeliers, hanging greenery), awesome wood bar, there was very little we had to do from a decor perspective. Working with the venue was absolutely seamless and we can’t say enough good things about Katie. She was extremely responsive, always available to help answer questions and was willing to do whatever she could to help bring our vision to life. While we chose not tot get ready on site, there is an awesome bridal suite and was a perfect spot for us to spend a few minutes post ceremony/before joining cocktail hour, as well as to hide away with the bridal party before walking down the aisle. The back patio is gorgeous with market lights hung, greenery galore and a super cute “garage” that had a foosball table. There seemed to be an endless collection of items we could have out/move (ie. Couches, day beds, boxwood walls) and we were able to work with the venue to have out exactly what we wanted..down to the number of pillows on a couch! We would highly recommend the Collector’s Room!

We had to delay my mom's 75th birthday (due to COVID) and when the planning started back up, it was as if no time had passed. Katie and her team were an incredible partner through out the planning process. They accommodated my mom's every requests and flexible with meeting our needs. They were on point during the celebration. In the end, we hated the time was done but look forward to any future parties with The Collector's Room by Beau Monde either as a guest or celebrant.

We had an amazing experience at the Collector’s Room! Katie was so accommodating and accessible from our initial meeting to party execution and breakdown. She made sure our planning process and event were seamless. The venue is naturally beautiful and they really knew how to use that beauty to enhance our additional decor.

We found The Collectors Room by Beau Monde on wedding wire while comparing venues online. We scheduled a meeting with Katie, along with three other venues in the same day. We visited Beau Monde first and were absolutely blown away. We went to our other scheduled meetings but immediately afterwards came back to The Collectors Room and invited our parents. We knew this venue was the one! Katie was a huge reason right off the bat. She was so friendly, responsive and helpful. We loved the venue itself and it’s just beautiful. The artwork, furniture, greenery, patio, Elder Gallery, all included is worth so much and provides a very good template for decor and design. We loved how simple the process was with Beau Monde and Katie. She answered all of our questions quickly and was always straightforward and thorough. She helped us through a date change due to COVID concerns. There were a few changes with Roots catering (understandably through COVID) but Katie helped keep that communication smooth. I do wish we had a direct way or contact person with Roots as opposed to working through Katie but she answered every question and made every request happen. Our tasting with Roots was delicious and so fun. Highly recommend tasting EVERY item you plan on serving at your wedding , even if it costs extra to taste. You want to know what you’re feeding your guests. We nixed a couple items in the tasting process. Katie, Anna Lee and all Beau Monde staff were incredible and easy to work with. I live in Charlotte so I probably stopped in the venue 10 times during our planning process (22 month engagement, thanks COVID). The girls were always so friendly and happy to let me show friends and family the venue. Our wedding day was a breeze and everything went perfectly. Katie worked with our coordinator to ensure the day flowed and decor set up as planned. The food and drinks were delicious and served on time and smoothly. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it! All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. We saved in the area of flowers and decor because The Collectors Room is well decorated and beautifully minimalist. The sun sets on the west side of the building so if you do an evening ceremony, the golden hour lighting that comes through the windows is absolutely stunning; time it so the sun isn't shining directly onto guests! I am so happy we found The Collectors Room and are so pleased with our decision. Thank you for everything Katie, Anna Lee, Roots and the entire Beau Monde family!

Incredible experience ... we were guided every step of the way to pull off a stunning "Night Before Party" with a 100 guests.

The Beau Monde team was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire planning process. They were flexible and understanding with COVID and a date change. Katie was there the whole time along the way, and was so helpful, kind, and patient. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and the art museum makes an amazing area for cocktail hour. I loved the flexibility with layout of the event space. ROOTS catering is absolutely top notch. I cannot say enough great things about The Collector's Room and the Beau Monde team.

The first time we made our way into The Collectors Room we met Katie. She made the planning process and day of coordination seamless. She is a delight. We love this venue! It was great how we could use one space for our cocktail hour and have our reception in the larger area. The small outdoor space was perfect for our cigar bar. Our guests had the best time celebrating us at this unique venue!

Truly, the best venue of all time! The venue itself is fun and beautiful! The art adds such a special element. They have tons of chic couches and daybeds, along with beautiful greenery, and lovely lighting. I was overjoyed with how my day came together visually. The other highlight of The Collector's room is their amazing team! Katie, Mary Sue and Amandalis are a dream crew. They made me feel like part of the family! Tremendous to work with, so kind and super supportive. They had everything handled, great suggestions, and always brought a smile to my face!

I plan to book future parties and events at the space!

The Collectors Room was an absolutely amazing space to have our wedding in. They were extremely accommodating, VERY responsive, and were able to help think outside of the box to get everything we wanted in a wedding! It was a magical experience and everyone of our guests could tell we were able to customize everything even down to the art on the walls! They helped us with vendors that were AMAZING! The wedding planner, the caterer (Roots) and the florist! I highly recommend this venue. Get in before they get booked out for years!
