Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Charlotte

I had my wedding there on 2/22 and I highly recommend the venue. There is plenty of space to move around, the venue is reasonably priced, and there is a large dance floor. Anne is great to work with and was very responsive. She loves what she does and it shows. If I’m ever in need of a venue space again, I would definitely use South Charlotte Banquet Center.

Excellent location for a wedding reception!! The staff was amazing and made it easy to plan a major event. Very easy to work with and willing to do whatever you want to make your special day perfect! Not to mention the food...not your typical convention center!! Five stars from me and my dad-zilla!!

My husband and I took advantage of the stunning space at the Harvey B.Gantt Center for our intimate, family-only ceremony and bridal portraits in December of 2021. The floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and the patio space overlooks the center of the city. It's ideally located right next to the J.W. Marriott (a fab place to get ready with your bridal party) and within walking distance to so many other great bars, restaurants and hotels. The packages are extremely well-priced in comparison to other venues in the city - don't overlook this space because it's under-represented online. See the space for yourself and fall in love with it in-person!

We used Metropolitan Ballroom to choreograph our first dance and were paired with Anik for 4 of the 5 sessions. She was great at helping us construct a dance that was easy to remember and practice at home. She was patient as well as flexible with scheduling. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about our first dance and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for that perfect first dance.

Our experience at the NASCAR Hall of Fame was awesome. Couldn't have picked a better place to have Rehearsal Dinner for my son's wedding. All of our guest enjoyed it very much.

We hosted our daughter's graduation at Midtown Ballroom, and the experience was exceptional. The venue is trendy, convenient, upscale, and affordable. The management company was a pleasure to work with encouraged us to make our event truly unforgettable. I definitely recommend their in-house entertainment. Midtown Ballroom has some of the best dancers in town, and the show won't disappoint.

The Terrace at Cedar Hill is a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony and reception here. Best Impressions is the sole caterer and they did an amazing job. Crystal was very responsible and soo flexible in helping us make our day perfect.

We just loved this space! The staff was amazing. The food was the best! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They really have it all together. The wedding was everything we could ever hope for! Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience!

Project 658 took care of me and my husband from the time we set foot in the building! Their professionalism is out of this world. They provide everything.. bartenders, servers, venue coordinator… you name it. One stop shop! It was just enough space for our loved ones. JOHN TIMMONS is amazing. I’ve been working with him as I planned my wedding for a year and half and has always been super easy to work with. He is a great person, and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome of my wedding. Please book this venue. Great location and easy to get to.

My Fiancé and I got married at the Collector’s room on 11/9/2023 and it was such a wonderful experience! We were afraid the space would be a little large for our 35 person expected guest reception but the way the space is arranged gave guests plenty of opportunity to enjoy the intimate gathering. Staff consistently responded quickly to my questions – no matter how big or small. We used The Roots recommended catering and we could not have been more pleased. From the tasting to the leftovers – everything tasted amazing and the service was top tier. Access from uptown and the view of the skyline was exactly what we were looking for to make our day feel like a real event. The space has a vibe to it that is hard to find elsewhere in Charlotte and we would gladly recommend the venue to anyone looking for an elegant and artistic space.
