Working with The Ritz Carlton in Charlotte for my daughter's wedding reception was an amazing experience. Tori, our Event Coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She was attentive, responded quickly to any of my questions, worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator and made sure things ran smoothly throughout the evening. Having all the design options and cake designs on site made decisions much easier.
The food and service were 5 Star throughout the entire evening.

We highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte to hold a wedding. Our wedding was perfect, and everything that the Ritz-Carlton did to host it was absolutely perfect from the scheduling, to the food and cake (which was amazing!), to the service, to the value. Great experience with them and with Kyana, our event manager!

We loved working with everyone at The Ritz! We had a wedding planner, catering, the bar, and cake all included in having our wedding The Ritz. They are all so helpful and you really have a big team wanting your day to run smoothly and perfect. We loved that our guests were next to the Epicenter and the Jazz band at the hotel so the location is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the venue and working with such amazing people!

I had my wedding in the Urban Garden at the Ritz Carlton!!! It was absolutely amazing! The service was absolutely amazing and the price was right!!!! Definitely a step above the rest in class and style!!!!

We got married in the Urban Garden at the Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, which was beautiful and unique. As always, the service at the Ritz was top notch, and there was nothing else we could have asked for. The food and the venue were exactly what we were looking for.

The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte, certainly lived up to The Ritz-Carlton name! Our guests all stated that the food and service were excellent. The staff was accommodating, responsive, and professional. The venue - the Urban Garden - was gorgeous and unique.

We could not have been happier with our ceremony and reception at the Urban Garden. Events in that venue are managed by The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte and they were exceptional -- very quick responses to any queries and extremely professional. All of our guests raved about their food. Strongly recommend for weddings!

All inclusive service that lead to the most stress-free wedding weekend. Our wedding planner was Tara Stashick (highly recommend). She planned every detail-table lay-outs, putting our wedding favors out, keeping the bride and groom separated, who walks in for intros when, etc. There are details that you don't even think of when planning a wedding and the Ritz handled everything for us. When we had requested last minute changes she quickly adapted. The Ritz and their staff are by far the best! Friday night, we had a rehearsal dinner down the street. Tara planned to have the house car bring our grandparents to the restaurant for us. After dinner, they reserved tables for us at the bar. Saturday, the day of the wedding, more than met our expectations. There was a full staff around that made sure everything ran more than smoothly. Sunday, we had a group breakfast at the Ritz that was great. Tara was basically our wedding planner-she confirmed with all of our vendors the time they were showing up on Saturday and met with them. Very quick to respond! Highly recommended!

The Ritz-Carlton is the whole package. They provided a centralized location for our ceremony and reception. Their packages are inclusive of an on-site coodinator, chef-catered--AMAZING food including cake. Our friends are still complimenting the food from our wedding. Our coordinator guided our wedding vision and orchestrated all of the details leading up to as well as day of.

Having our wedding at the Urban Garden at the Ritz was an absolute dream. Tori made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She is incredibly helpful and responsive (no matter how ridiculous the question!) and we felt completely confident that our wedding would be amazing in the months and weeks leading up to the big day! My husband, my parents, and I all genuinely enjoyed working with her and thought that she was incredible.

The wedding itself at the Urban Garden was absolutely beautiful! We had several guests tell us that it was the nicest wedding that they had been to, and I attribute that mostly to the level of service that the Ritz provides as well as the venue itself. Our food was INCREDIBLE... I sadly did not get to eat the crabcakes that were passed during cocktail hour but I have had several people in the weeks following our wedding comment that they were the best crabcakes that they have had in their life (and we had a decent number of people from MD at the wedding!). Service was impeccable and we absolutely loved our reception.

What's great about having a wedding at the Ritz is that everything is in-house. Food, cake, alcohol, table linens, chairs, etc. were all included with the venue, which made that one less thing that we had to worry about in the months leading up to our wedding. Also included is a complimentary bridal suite for the wedding weekend. My MOH and I had a blast having an old-school sleepover the night before the wedding. The day-of, we had our hair and makeup come to the suite to work on bridesmaids/mothers hair along with a complimentary bridal brunch served in the suite. After our wedding, my husband and I returned to our room to a bucket of champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and rose petals around the room. The level of service provided by the Ritz was OUTSTANDING and we truly felt that they went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so memorable!
