The Century Room offers gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The building itself also features high ceilings, exposed wood trusses, and brick walls that work together to create a wonderful atmosphere for you and your guests. The room also features an HD projector with a 120-inch screen available for HD TV, PowerPoint presentations, or your personal DVD or musical presentation. There’s also a central audio system with a wireless microphone for presentations, speeches, and ambient music. This historic space can accommodate up to 250 people for a cocktail event or 180 people for a seated dinner event.

Their reception site fee includes rental of the event room with seating for up to 180 people, a full-service bar, in-house catering services, and a private room for members of the bridal party. Highly recommend for a special event in Asheville!
We had such a wonderful experience with Jessie and Tabitha as coordinators and event planners at The Century Room. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and would have been perfect the modern-meets-rustic vibe we were after. The brick and lighting is simply magic.Sent on 09/28/2020
Their drink selection and ability to order anything was such a perk, and the food was very good as we were able to dine in their restaurant and sample cross-over items for their event menu.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID, but the proactive communication, fairness, and care with how we were treated by Tabitha and Jessie during the entire ordeal is what prompts me to write this review. I am sad we were unable to carry through with our vision as I am sure it would have been a smashing success, and I have not doubt they will be wonderful partners to other newlyweds-to-be able to execute their weddings in Asheville. I would highly recommend this beautiful, budget-friendly venue to anyone and you will not go wrong working with Jessie and Tabitha!

Beautiful Wedding Venue!
We have received non-stop compliments on our venue since our wedding! The Century Room included everything you possibly could need/want in a venue. In addition to being a gorgeous and conveniently located venue, we thoroughly enjoyed that it was a one-stop-shop for us, as The Century Room was our ceremony/reception space, as well as our bar/catering providers! Tabitha Wyatt was fantastic to work with over the last year- she is incredibly sweet and accommodating and has just been so helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process! She was hands-on the entire day of our wedding, in addition to checking in with us frequently leading up to the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly! Seamless & Sincere!
You need to see this one in person, and talk with the event coordinator, Lizzy! As soon as we did, we knew this was the place for us. With some of the most reasonable pricing around for food & alcohol (we did plated meal & beer/wine only), plus a GORGEOUS all inclusive space downtown that's perfect for ceremony, cocktail hour & reception- you really can't go wrong. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food, local beer, and historic beauty of the space. We had a large number of vegans that were accommodated nicely, and we took advantage of the upstairs apartment for getting ready as well. Our photos with the brick & lots of natural light have turned out just beautiful. Since we were planning from afar for our wedding back in my hometown, communication with the venue was incredibly important. Lizzy was quick to respond to emailed questions, worked with us within our budget, and most importantly-we felt such a great connection with the staff that we were truly able to trust them with the execution of our day & had a relaxing, loving ceremony & reception. The Century Room is an excellent place in the heart of downtown Asheville for events - whether a rehearsal dinner and welcome party, or wedding and reception. The food is excellent. The staff are professional and experienced. So much is included that all a client really needs are some flowers and accessories to dress it up. The best part about this place is the option for guests to adjourn downstairs after the event and enjoy Pack's Tavern, or to take a short walk and enjoy everything Asheville has to offer.
The Century Room is such a lovely space for your special event with the open floor plan it is very spacious and the view of the downtown is beautiful! Often we will provide hair and makeup services at a local Hotel or Airbnb if the bride is using this space for her ceremony or reception!
