I cannot rave more about this beautiful younge lady Sarah Geiser! She went above and beyond our expectations. As our day of coordinator she made our wedding absolutely amazing, not a thing was out of place or forgotten. Knowing that I was a nervous wreck and on edge , the night before she even went out of her way to pick up final details for the wedding that were in city 55 miles away! The morning of wedding she kept my nerves astray and took care of every detail and question the vendors had, leaving me to enjoy my time getting beautiful for our day! After the wedding she took all our belongings to our hotel stay and even decorated with candles and flowers to make our stay even more enjoyable! I can’t say enough, you will not regret having her plan your special day! I look forward to seeing her again wether it be for business or just to catch up! Thank you again Sarah you are truly an amazing person inside and out

Sarah and her team were amazing in helping us plan for our wedding! We had a coordinator from our venue as well as a coordinator for our church, therefore we didn't need full comprehensive coordinator services from Blushing Bride, but we did a lot of DIY décor and needed an extra hand for our floral arrangements at the church and venue. The day-of coordination services was perfect for what we needed! Sarah was amazing in the days leading to the wedding. She met us at our venue to examine where everything would go. On the day of the wedding, she helped everything run smoothly from when the flowers arrived at the church and transported the flowers that we needed at the venue promptly. When we arrived to the venue, everything was set up beyond what we imagined it would look like - it was beyond beautiful. My husband and I are beyond grateful for their services! We hired Sarah to be our Day of Coordinator. Of course, I thought I would be able to do it all by myself, but the DOC was required by our venue. Sarah was amazing and perfect, simply put. We were connected to her through our DJ, and after our first meeting with her, it was a perfect fit. We truly could not have had such a smooth and perfect evening without her. She helped with everything from planning with us the year before to helping set up the venue and directing us down the aisle the day of.

Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she truly listened to what we wanted. There were many times where everyone wanted what they saw for our wedding, and she would look at me and ask what did I want. She came with us to our vendor night to see the venue, and followed me around asking “and what about this? Or how about a fire pit here? The name cards can go here? Or what do you see for your day?” She was constantly taking notes, and during our meetings would circle back to remind me of what we had talked of before. She made sure that no detail was forgotten, and that our wedding was the culmination of our vision.

Her helper, Samantha, sweet as can be, and continually checked in on us during picture time during our cocktail hour. She made sure that we were fed and had drinks. They both were excellent at periodically checking in on us, without overwhelming us and taking us away from our celebration.

I should also mention that during the planning process, she was never more than an email away. She was always quick to respond, and would always be sending me another list of things to make sure I was getting stuff done. Truly don’t know what I would have done without her.

We would hire Sarah and her team again without a second thought. Thank you!
