Talented event planner Melissa Reinke has worked with hundreds of couples throughout the years. She graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor’s degree in communications and has an event management certificate from the University of San Diego. Her work has been published in Style Me Pretty, Cake & Lace Blog, San Diego Style Weddings Magazine, and other publications.
Services Offered
Melissa and her team of talented planners offer month-of coordination, partial planning and design guidance, and full service planning and design. They can also customize any package to fit your individual needs and desires, and you can add on design services to any of their smaller packages. On the day of your wedding, you’ll have three planners, a lead planner, a setup assistant, and a bridal assistant. Their services include, but are not limited to:

Emma and her team >>>> other wedding planners
Emma and her team did an AMAZING job!!! With a sick moh, missing groom clothes, and a spill on my dress (which Emma was able to get out before our first dance!!) these girls make our day amazing and stress free! She was super responsive (coming from a very type A bride) and very kind! Her college Jasmine was great as well! Even taught my husband how to slow dance because we didn't practice lol but I can't recommend Sweet Blossom more! Also Emma's hat was amazing (:Sweet Blossom Weddings's reply:

We cannot say enough good things about Sweet Blossom. We hired Sweet Blossom for day of wedding coordination but they did so much more. From the start, Melissa was responsive, thoughtful and helpful! When we had issues with our vendors prior to the start of our wedding coordination, Melissa provided guidance and suggestions to help our planning process move along. We were later assigned our coordinator, Emma! Emma was a fast friend and so easy to work with. We would not have had such a great day without her help. She really understood and listened to exactly what we wanted and helped tailor our special day to meet our needs. We had a meeting a few months out to determine our timeline and finalize all vendor details and communication. Emma took over all communication and relieved so much stress! On the day of, I had a bridal assistant, Mae. Mae went above and beyond to coordinate our bridal party, photos, and make sure my morning was stress free. At the event, Emma and her team set up our venue exactly as planned! It looked beautiful. She made sure we were all in the right place and the wedding went beyond smooth. Graduating from University of San Francisco with a BA in Communications and from University of San Diego with an Event Management Certificate, Melissa quickly learned that executing creative ideas, listening, and creating relationships are essential to being a successful wedding planner and business owner. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural passion for weddings & design, she was dedicated to creating a company that now has served couples from all over the country for over 10 years!
After exploring many different career paths, after receiving her Graphic Design degree from Drexel University, it was no coincidence that Emma found an industry that flawlessly merged all her strengths into one! From her design background to her professional experience in Customer Success Management, Sales, PR & Marketing, Emma moved from New York City to San Diego years ago with a specific goal in mind. Since the first wedding she worked, she knew this was the industry she was meant to be in.
Jasmine recently moved from New York to California on a new venture. Always the hostess with the mostest, throughout life Jasmine has found such joy in creating meaningful moments in beautiful ways for those around her. She is passionate about and committed to helping people. Coming from 15 years of sales and product development experience in Fashion and Beauty, Jasmine has an incredible eye for detail & design and a skill set primed for structured + logistical event flow.
