She was always honest and thoughtful in answering our questions. Kylie and Sweet Blossom connected us with tremendous vendors, and she guided us through all of the vendor logistics so we never had to worry about them. Day of, there were no vendor issues or mistakes, thanks to the amazing recommendations by Kylie knowing the industry and who to trust. She was highly organized and kept us on a steady track the entire way.

On the wedding day, thanks to Kylie and her team members Gina and Cassidy, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could, and we could not be happier with how it all turned out.

My now husband and I decided that we did not want to have a long engagement, and that we wanted to plan our wedding in 6 months. We knew it was a crazy choice with how overwhelming wedding planning is nowadays, and honestly questioned whether it would even be possible. When we first met with Kylie, I was overwhelmed and feeling embarrassed in how behind I already felt in the process. Every time we met with Kylie, she made us feel so much better, never was judgmental for how much planning progress we had/had not made, and always made things feel possible and attainable.

Throughout the process, Kylie was incredibly communicative. She was always willing to hop on a quick call or Zoom meeting, and was constantly responding to all our silly questions via text or email with lightning speed. Beyond this, we also deeply appreciated how willing Kylie was to give her thoughts/opinions, even if they differed from ours. I can imagine it's a difficult line to walk because weddings are so personal, but I was always so thankful when she would give her two cents because she was the expert and I truly didn't know anything!

We didn't think our experience could get better, but it did on our wedding day. I am the most type A person there is, and anyone who knows me knows that I should have been absolutely freaking out the whole day. In reality, I have never been more calm, as I genuinely felt like everything had been 110% taken care of (and it was!). Throughout the day, countless family members and guests came up to me to compliment Kylie's attentiveness, preparedness, and thoughtfulness. It was so obvious to everyone who came in contact with her that day.

We honestly feel as though Kylie is a friend of ours now, not just someone who made our day the very best it could be. Thank you Kylie and Sweet Blossom!!!!

I genuinely don't know what we would have done without Dionne and her incredible team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. From the moment we hired her until the very last moments of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing. She was communicative, organized, thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. But what really sets Dionne apart is how much she genuinely cares about her couples.

We had a few unexpected challenges leading up to and during our wedding, and Dionne handled every single one with such grace and professionalism.

When we found out our wedding venue had double-booked an event that affected our wedding plans, we were incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Dionne immediately jumped into action, helped us navigate the situation, came up with solutions, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She was truly in our corner.

Then there was the wedding cake. 😂 I had completely forgotten to pick it up the day before our wedding. When Dionne asked where the cake was, I realized my mistake and was so overwhelmed that I literally told her, "Forget it, we don't need a cake!" Without missing a beat, she said, "No, I'm going to get you that cake." And somehow, within an hour, our wedding cake was there. I still can't believe she pulled that off!

On our actual wedding day, there was also a nearby fire that caused traffic delays and left many of our guests running late. Dionne immediately recognized what was happening, communicated with us, and helped us adjust our ceremony timing so our loved ones could make it. She was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they became problems, and making sure we could actually enjoy our day.

And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Erin, our couple's assistant, who was an absolute ROCK STAR. That woman did not leave my side! She helped me with absolutely everything, from fluffing my dress and making sure I looked perfect to knowing exactly when to step out of the way for photos. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and I honestly felt so taken care of. At one point, while we were taking photos and absolutely starving, Dionne and Erin even brought us French fries. 😂 It's those little moments of thoughtfulness that I'll never forget.

Dionne and her team were also so wonderful with our friends and family. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and care, and it made such a difference.

Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and there are so many moving pieces that you can't possibly anticipate everything. Having Dionne by our side meant that even when things went wrong, we never felt like we were facing them alone.

By the end of this experience, Dionne became so much more than our wedding coordinator. I genuinely consider her a friend. She cared about our wedding, our families, and our happiness, and it showed in everything she did.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of her. I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us.

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, **hire Dionne. Seriously.** You want someone like her in your corner. I cannot recommend her and Sweet Blossom Weddings enough.

She even offered to let us ship wedding items to her home since we lived in another state! It was completely above and beyond, and just one example of her dedication and kindness.

She made everyone feel respected and heard while ensuring everything was seamless behind the scenes. Our families actually remarked on how impressed they were with DIonne.

When our wedding day arrived, I was actually able to be present and enjoy it because I knew Dionne and her team had everything under control. Both Dionne, and her assistant Danielle (who was so calm, helpful, and proactive), kept the day running seamlessly and checked in on us throughout the day. The decor assistant also did a wonderful job setting up our signs, seating chart wall, and other rentals! Dionne even managed to help with a medical emergency that came up! Looking back, I honestly cannot imagine navigating that day without the Sweet Blossoms team!

One thing I did not expect is how much I would miss working with Dionne once the wedding was over. After months of planning, emails, phone calls, and check ins, she became such a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the process. I am so grateful to her!
