    Highly recommend!

    Choosing Sweet Blossom Weddings was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process!

    We worked with Dionne H, who was incredible! Having her by our side made the wedding planning process feel much more manageable-especially given that this was a destination wedding! She was always responsive, incredibly organized, and willing to help with anything we needed. She has good communication skills and worked well with all of our vendors. No question was ever too small and her guidance throughout the wedding process gave us so much peace of mind.

    What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. It never felt like we were just another couple on her calendar. She was invested in making sure our wedding day reflected who we are and what was important to us. She paid attention to details that we never would have considered and kept us on track. She even offered to let us ship wedding items to her home since we lived in another state! It was completely above and beyond, and just one example of her dedication and kindness.

    Dionne also worked so well with our family and guests. Despite all the different personalities, she handled every interaction with grace, kindness, and professionalism. She made everyone feel respected and heard while ensuring everything was seamless behind the scenes. Our families actually remarked on how impressed they were with DIonne.

    When our wedding day arrived, I was actually able to be present and enjoy it because I knew Dionne and her team had everything under control. Both Dionne, and her assistant Danielle (who was so calm, helpful, and proactive), kept the day running seamlessly and checked in on us throughout the day. The decor assistant also did a wonderful job setting up our signs, seating chart wall, and other rentals! Dionne even managed to help with a medical emergency that came up! Looking back, I honestly cannot imagine navigating that day without the Sweet Blossoms team!

    One thing I did not expect is how much I would miss working with Dionne once the wedding was over. After months of planning, emails, phone calls, and check ins, she became such a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the process. I am so grateful to her!

    Several of our vendors told us how much they enjoy working with Sweet Blossom Weddings. After experiencing it firsthand, I completely understand why. The entire team is professional, thoughtful, organized, and truly dedicated to their couples.

    Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be! A large part of that is because of the Sweet Blossom team. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings highly enough!

    Best of the Best!

    We don’t even know where to begin with how amazing the team at Sweet Blossom is, especially Kylie! Kylie and her team made our special day a seamless experience. From the planning meetings, finding us a new vendor two weeks before the big day, and making our wedding day so special we are so grateful we had chosen Kylie and the team at Sweet Blossom. Kylie was thoughtful, detail oriented, and proactive. Also, we want to shout out Isabella who was our amazing day of coordinator. She was communicative and proactive on the big day.

    The BEST Wedding Planner


    As an event planner myself, I know how much effort, attention to detail, organization, follow‑up, and love goes into every event. That’s why I can’t recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings and Jess Alexander enough! It was so fun collaborating on the design and planning out the details of our wedding. Jess was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and being able to ask her questions and lean on her advice really helped ease my stress. I felt zero stress on our wedding day knowing we were in Jess’s expert hands. If you want the wedding of your dreams to not only come to life but be executed with love and care, Sweet Blossom Weddings is the team to hire—especially if you can work directly with Jess.

    Working with the Sweet Blossom team for our special day was truly amazing. From the first call with the owner Melissa, to every interaction with our lead coordinator Dionne, they were great!
    Dionne was truly incredible and played such a huge role in making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, she was there every step of the way by guiding us through decisions, offering thoughtful advice, and always making us feel confident about our choices. Dionne has such a calm, kind presence that instantly puts you at ease. She was always so supportive and affirming, which made the entire process actually enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran absolutely perfectly. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we had no idea because Dionne and her team handled it all seamlessly. That allowed us, our families, and our guests to simply relax and fully enjoy the day without worrying about a single detail.

    Melissa and the entire Sweet Blossom Weddings team were truly exceptional. Melissa, our lead planner, was unbelievable in helping us prep, design, and coordinate every aspect of our wedding day. She was incredibly responsive, endlessly innovative, and so design-forward, while also being warm, calm, and genuinely wonderful to work with. From the planning process to execution, we always felt supported and confident. On the wedding day itself, her team was absolutely top-notch. Everything ran seamlessly, and all we had to do was relax, be present, and have fun.     We cannot say enough great things about Sweet Blossom Weddings. Sweet Blossom Weddings came highly recommended from our venue (to use their words, "don't even bother looking into any other planners) and they could not have been more right. Dionne, our lead coordinator, truly made our day so magical and the additional coordinators were wonderful to work with.

    So happy we went with Sweet Blossom!

    We can’t say enough great things about Dionne and the Sweet Blossom Team! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. She was always on top of every detail, organized, calm, and such a joy to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, she made everything feel easy and stress-free — we always felt like we were in great hands.

    Her immaculate planning and preparedness is what led to our wedding day going perfectly. Truly nothing went wrong, and that’s entirely thanks to Dionne’s (and her team's) hard work and attention to detail. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the day, knowing she had everything handled behind the scenes.

    Sweet Blossom Weddings was WONDERFUL!

    We're still floating on Cloud 9 a week after our wedding, which was designed and planned by Jasmine at Sweet Blossom Weddings. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We feel like we won the wedding planner/designer lottery because of Jasmine! Every single thing from the first steps of the planning process all the way up through the end of the wedding day was as smooth as could be. She made us feel so taken care of, and designed a wedding that absolutely blew our minds (and our guests' minds, too). Vendors clearly love working with her. She is equally exceptional at organization and managing a budget as she is with the creative side. The design, decor and florals were amazing. Plus, her professionalism and positive warm vibe made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was very available to us whenever we had questions or needed to hop on a zoom. And, she handled our accelerated schedule with ease (we planned a 60-person wedding in a bout 5-6 months). Thank you, Jasmine! We already miss you!

    We worked with Kylie and the Sweet Blossom Weddings team for our wedding this past August, and we honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Kylie was such a kind, calming, and supportive presence throughout the entire process — so organized, professional, and just a joy to work with.

    Design and Planning exceeded expectations

    We had a fantastic experience working with Kylie from Sweet Blossom Weddings and highly recommend them. We decided to work with SBW as my husband's sister worked with Melissa for her wedding in 2016 and their prices are competitive. We were lucky to be paired with Kylie and she was a great sounding board throughout, kept us organized and on schedule, and helped us bring our vision to life. Overall, we felt confident with Kylie at the helm and working with her was worth every penny.

    We created a rough vision of what we wanted and Kylie connected us to great vendors and created a design board for us that looked even better in person on the day. She took the time to hear our feedback and understand what was important to us. Throughout working with Kylie, she was very communicative, responsive, and proactive, especially when coordinating vendors.

    One of the best compliments we got after the wedding was of how smoothly the day went; guests never felt like they were waiting around and they were able to enjoy themselves and have a good time. This was definitely due to Kylie's efforts in creating a flawless timeline. Thank you Kylie!!

    Fantastic Team!

    Working with the Sweet Blossom team for our wedding was a true pleasure. We were assigned Kylie, who really took the time to understand our specific preferences and personalities - both as a couple and individuals, all the way down to who she assigned as my partner’s bridal assistant. My partner also raved about Emma’s help and ability to sense her needs throughout the day. Emma was also very handy with some last-minute changes on the groom’s side.

    Kylie always tried to accommodate meetings with our vendors and ensured the various detailed changes we requested were updated on Sweet Blossom’s master agenda. Kylie met any change requests with such grace and calmness. She also extended these traits in her reassurance to us as a couple when we felt frazzled at times. She kept us grounded leading up to the wedding all the way through the end of the wedding day itself.

    Overall, Kylie and the Sweet Blossom team’s support enabled us to genuinely enjoy our wedding and be present throughout the day to focus on what really matters. We highly recommend Sweet Blossom to anyone with a wedding coming up!

    Jasmine Made Our Dream Wedding Come True!

    We are beyond grateful for our wedding planner, Jasmine from Sweet Blossom Weddings. From our very first conversation, she immediately understood my style and vision. Jasmine is incredibly patient, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to her work. She completely understood the assignment, offering guidance and education where needed. Her advice, creativity, and eye for design were exactly what we were looking for.

    She always responded to my emails, calls, and texts so quickly, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the planning process. She connected us with amazing vendors—every single one we selected from her recommendations was fantastic. My only regret is not choosing all of her suggested vendors, because she clearly knows the very best in the industry. Thank you, Jasmine and the entire SBW team!

    Incredible Wedding Planners!

    We absolutely loved working with Sweet Blossom Weddings! Kylie was exceptional and her team on the wedding day went above and beyond to make the weekend run better than we imagined. During the planning process Kylie was detail-oriented and very efficient in making sure we had thought through all aspects of our wedding. Whenever we threw a new idea at her, she was all in and made sure it was executed perfectly on the wedding day. She coordinated everything with our vendors so the day ran so smoothly.     The most amazing experience

    We’ll never forget how wonderful our wedding day was and we owe that all to the team at Sweet Blossom Weddings! We worked with SBW for wedding management (their Pear Blossom package) and everything went so smoothly from start to finish.

    Our lead planner Jess was so proactive and communicative every step of the way - she was a superstar. I’m typically a very organized type A sort of person, but with Jess we felt like we could take a step back and had the utmost confidence in her and the team to execute and help us make a lot of decisions in the few months leading up to the wedding! Jess had so many great ideas and advice - we trusted her wholly and she had such an empathetic ear whenever we had any questions or ideas.

    Our wedding day went so smoothly and beautifully thanks to Jess, Heather, and Kaylie. Everyone was so professional and we’re grateful for their expertise and coordination, as that allowed us to soak in the moments of the day and just truly enjoy without any stress.

    We would absolutely recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings to any couple looking for a supportive, professional, and communicative partner in planning their big day! We couldn’t have done it without team SBW.

    Exceptional service with Sweet Blossom Weddings

    Excellent experience

    Highly recommend Sweet Blossom. Our coordinator Kylie was so easy to work with, was extremely responsive, and was on top of every little detail. From attending our tasting & floral mockup, to when she started communicating with our vendors, and having her at our rehearsal - it was very helpful to have someone I trusted to step in and take that work off my plate & be a sounding board as we got close to the date. The day of everything went so smoothly. The bridal assistant Danielle was very helpful, and it felt like Kylie was 2 steps ahead the entire day to make sure everything went great. They blew my expectations out of the water and thanks to them my wedding felt like the most beautiful day ever. Thank you!

    The best and first decision we made for our wedding was hiring Melissa.

    Nothing says “this wedding wouldn’t have been possible without Melissa” like realizing it’s been months since the wedding and I haven’t written this review! Melissa was the ONLY thing keeping us on track with wedding planning for the year plus that we worked together.
    I truly mean it when I say that Melissa is the reason our wedding was as amazing and as memorable as it was. We had a great introductory call with her and picked the full planning package. She got us on a timeline, accompanied us on venue tours, helped us pick out all the best vendors, and asked great questions and shared valuable insight along the way. When we were indecisive she gave us her honest opinion and I’m so glad we trusted her. (When she tells you that draping the whole ballroom is going to be amazing, she is 100% right!)
    My husband and I are both type A picky-picky and she was able to provide just enough vendor options based on our preferences for it to not feel overwhelming but also just what we envisioned.
    Melissa understood our style and created a beautiful, cohesive event. She found us THE band of our lives and our friends and family still haven’t stopped telling us how much they loved our wedding. I honestly wouldn’t have believed the transformation she orchestrated to make our venue an absolute dream come true.
    Melissa and her team handled dramatic week-before-the-wedding venue issues with ease and my husband and I had no idea of any wedding day hiccups because they literally handled *everything*!!!! I recommend Melissa with all my heart- she was always on top of it, full of incredible knowledge and experience, and just such a wonderful, kindhearted person which is exactly what you need in a wedding planner.

    10/10 recommend Melissa and her wonderful team!

    Melissa was so incredible! Our only regret was not getting a higher package so she could have helped us with more. The day of the wedding was completely flawless. She took all of our materials in the morning and set them up beautifully. We were amazed when we saw the reception and cocktail area.

    Her assistant Kylie was so amazing too. I was a bit nervous for the day and having her around helped calm my nerves. She had a solution for any little thing we needed including adding a new whole to my shoes because they were too big.

    10/10 recommend Melissa and her wonderful team!

    Phenomenal experience working with Jess

    I DJ’d a wedding where I worked with Jess from Sweet Blossom Weddings at Rancho Bernardo Inn and I want to say that it was absolutely awesome. Jess is so on top of everything and well-organized that it made my job easier for myself and that says a lot about her ability to lead a team and work well with others. Additionally, Jess is very friendly and personable, and she has her clients’ best interest in mind with all decisions that are made. Jess never missed a beat and was very professional.     Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings gave me the wedding of my dreams!

    Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings gave me the fairytale wedding of my dreams! I hired Sweet Blossom Weddings for partial planning services and it was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. After an extensive and at times bizarre search for a wedding planner, I spoke to Melissa on the phone and immediately knew that I wanted to hire Sweet Blossom Weddings. She came across as calm yet confident, friendly but take charge, and those all proved to be true in the twelve-plus months that I worked with her.

    Planning a wedding is such a daunting experience and I don’t know what I would’ve done without Melissa, who has tons of experience and connections, guiding me through the process. She took the time to get to know me and my fiancé, helped us set a budget, created a gorgeous design board, connected us with amazing vendors, combed through our event orders, and generally just made sure we made the right decisions at the right times. One highlight was when she caught that I accidentally ordered beige linens and napkins when I meant to order light blue napkins. (I know that sounds minor but I didn’t spend over a year planning a wedding to have beige on beige in my table scape!) Sweet Blossom Weddings also provides you with access to aisle planner and have an extremely detailed checklist to help guide you through the planning process as well as helpful guides for tipping, vendor interviews, etc. Melissa was also always available throughout the planning process to answer random questions, join vendor calls, and would even suggest video check-ins or phone calls at various points in the planning process to catch up.

    Melissa and her team were also all stars on our wedding day. Melissa ensured that everything was set up perfectly and that the day went without a hitch. My maid of honor said it best when she said, “I love Melissa. She’s a HBIC who wasn’t going to let anything bad happen on your wedding day.” The Sweet Blossom Weddings bridal and set-up assistants—Mae and Jess—were also godsends on the day of the event. I spent the most time with Mae as my bridal assistant, and she helped guide me through the day, gathering everything for my detail shots, connecting with transportation and the photographer, holding my train, and, together with Melissa and Jess, taking care of all set-up, logistics, and coordination to ensure that I got to be present with my friends and family and actually enjoy my wedding.

    When people ask me about my wedding, I get to say without hesitations that “It was perfect.” And that’s all thanks to Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings!

    Emma and her team did an AMAZING job!!! With a sick moh, missing groom clothes, and a spill on my dress (which Emma was able to get out before our first dance!!) these girls make our day amazing and stress free! She was super responsive (coming from a very type A bride) and very kind! Her college Jasmine was great as well! Even taught my husband how to slow dance because we didn't practice lol but I can't recommend Sweet Blossom more! Also Emma's hat was amazing (:

    SBW is the best!

    I am SO glad my husband and I worked with SBW! Melissa and her team (I worked with Melissa, Kaylie, and Kylie) were incredible and made the process extremely easy for us! Melissa is very well connected within the industry and had a great list of recommendations for each vendor category. She was very helpful in helping us articulate our vision to vendors, and offered fantastic advice regarding decor, etc. She made postponing a wedding during the pandemic feel like a breeze, which is not an easy thing to do. I would absolutely recommend SBW to any couple!! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!

    Best wedding team ever!

    We cannot say enough good things about Sweet Blossom. We hired Sweet Blossom for day of wedding coordination but they did so much more. From the start, Melissa was responsive, thoughtful and helpful! When we had issues with our vendors prior to the start of our wedding coordination, Melissa provided guidance and suggestions to help our planning process move along. We were later assigned our coordinator, Emma! Emma was a fast friend and so easy to work with. We would not have had such a great day without her help. She really understood and listened to exactly what we wanted and helped tailor our special day to meet our needs. We had a meeting a few months out to determine our timeline and finalize all vendor details and communication. Emma took over all communication and relieved so much stress! On the day of, I had a bridal assistant, Mae. Mae went above and beyond to coordinate our bridal party, photos, and make sure my morning was stress free. At the event, Emma and her team set up our venue exactly as planned! It looked beautiful. She made sure we were all in the right place and the wedding went beyond smooth. Sweet Blossom are the planners you need for a perfect event. Ask for Emma to make sure you have the best day ever!!!

    We HIGHLY recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings to any potential bride! Melissa and her team are AMAZING, professional, and went above and beyond in helping our big day run smoothly. We are out of state clients that worked with Melissa over the course of 1.5 years and are so thankful to have met and worked with such an awesome and experienced planner like her!

    We had interviewed several wedding planners but we instantly bonded with Melissa and her warm personality and authenticity. She was great to work with, communicated frequently, and helped us manage wedding priorities. We met several times either via Zoom, phone call, and in person and she also offered us to use Aisle Planner and All Seated, both professional online wedding planning sites that were easy to use for our wedding planning needs. Melissa had a great list of amazing wedding vendors that we were able to choose from/work with, many of which we had already bookmarked before speaking with her too! Melissa also helped us with our wedding design (since we are not the best with aesthetics) and did an amazing job setting up everything for our wedding and making everything look beautiful.

    Melissa’s team was also a big help on the wedding day and came in the clutch several times throughout the day. All of the ladies of the Sweet Blossom Weddings team were a dream to work with and cannot recommend them enough.     Melissa and her team are amazing! From the beginning, Melissa was extremely helpful in creating my vision for the wedding, as well as providing excellent references for other vendors. Our wedding was postponed twice due to COVID, and Melissa made the process seamless. She was so professional, responsive, and timely with any question or concern I had throughout the process. The day of the wedding, her team did an incredible job! The day was absolutely perfect and stress free thanks to the SWB team. I highly recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings and cannot imagine finally having the perfect day without them!

    We had the best experience using Sweet Blossom Weddings! I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for an amazing team to help them plan their wedding! My maid of honor used them for her wedding and I got to see first hand how amazing they were on the day of her wedding. It made it an easy choice when I was looking for a planner! Melissa is super responsive, helpful and great to work with! We primarily worked with Emma on her team and we can’t say enough good things about her! She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the day was perfect - I am so thankful we were paired with her!     Best Wedding Planner Right Here!!!!

    Melissa and team are the sweetest and most organized team. They are approachable and easy to get along with. You can really see the joy in their hearts when they are doing what they love! We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding because we knew Melissa was handling everything. Olivia rocked it with our bridal party. We had a HUGE wedding party (over 20ppl with kids) and she kept them on time and in line. They have a yes attitude and if there is something thats difficult they work hard to figure out the best options. Weddings are not easy and mine was at a family home, catered by a family restaurant who doesn't specialize in weddings. We know how hard Melissa and her team worked to make the day a success and we are forever grateful . Our guests continue to rave how amazing the day was and we couldn't have done it without Melissa and team. Thank you so so much! 💓

    Melissa & Team are so the best!

    We began working with Melissa back when we first started planning our wedding in 2019. Little did we know that a global pandemic would throw a HUGE wrench in things. It was thanks to her that a lot of the ambiguity and changes were managed seamlessly. She was invaluable in vendor management and helping us with any and all questions.

    When we were finally able to have our big day a few months ago, she and her team took the reigns and executed things wonderfully. I would highly recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings and couldn't have imagined being able to pull it all together without them!

    Highly Recommend SBW!

    Melissa and her team are FANTASTIC and made everything about my wedding a dream come true. I had Sweet Blossom Weddings as my month-of planners, and Melissa went above and beyond to help create a timeline, connect with vendors, and oversee the day-of experience. Not only is she an amazing wedding planner, but she is SO sweet. She always complimented me when she saw me dressed for the rehearsal or the wedding, she made sure everything I wanted came to fruition, and she never let me know if anything was wrong (like my altar florals breaking 30 minutes before the ceremony, which I knew NOTHING about because they fixed it before I could even find out!) My absolute favorite part about working with Sweet Blossom Weddings, and Melissa in particular, is how honest and supportive she was. Whenever I asked her opinion or asked her for advice, she offered me her suggestions and guided me in the right direction without overstepping or overriding my wishes.     Exceptional in all areas

    I can't begin to explain how wonderful Melissa and Mackenzie were throughout our planning experience. They were so organized and assisted us in more ways than I could have imagined. They were able to answer all of our questions and if they didn't know, they would find out. As a control freak in my daily life, I had no problem letting go of that control after seeing the timeline (to the minute!) they created for our wedding activities. They were so calming, encouraging and positive throughout. I couldn't recommend them enough!

    We were so grateful to have worked with Melissa to help coordinate our wedding. We did not realize how much we still needed to do as our wedding day approached and Melissa was extremely organized, friendly, and creative in helping us wrap up all of our final details ensuring nothing was forgotten.     Working with Melissa was a dream!

    From our first meeting she felt like the older sister that I never had. She is so fun and personable but also SO professional and detail oriented at the same time. I felt calm and comfortable on the day of the wedding knowing that she had everything under control.

    Melissa knows San Diego and Orange County wedding venues in and out, but we ended up selecting a venue a little further away that she had never been to. She did a fantastic job of coordinating with the venue and getting to know the location, it felt like she had done dozens of events there! We got married during the pandemic and she did a great job of keeping up with the changing regulations as well.

    Choosing to hire Melissa as a wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions I made!

    Melissa and her team are absolutely amazing. If you’re a bride on the go, Sweet Blossom Weddings is PERFECT for your big day. Me and my husband work two full time jobs and had a new baby on top of the two we already have. We had no time to do anything outside of hiring my vendors. I was able to hand Melissa all of our contracts and they helped me fine tune my vision and pulled off a flawless rehearsal and wedding day from beginning to end. Melissa and her team were my dream team, I’m am confident that every member of her team handles their events with the same level of care and expertise that she did.     Truly an Angel

    I cannot say enough good things about Sweet Blossom Weddings, specifically Mackenzie! My husband and I are from Indiana, but decided to plan an intimate wedding in San Diego with close friends and family. We first met Mackenzie in person in February of 2019. We were only in San Diego for three days and it rained every day, but despite the rain Mackenzie helped us to make the most of our time. She took us to a handful of stunning venues then sat down with us over coffee and went over the numbers. We ended up picking a beautiful venue and over the next year Mackenzie helped us find a team of incredible vendors for our spring wedding.
    Unfortunately COVID put a wrench in our plans and like so many other couples we had to postpone our wedding. Mackenzie corresponded with all our vendors to make sure our new date worked and made it so easy for us!
    Just a month before our new wedding date, our venue informed us they would no longer be able to deliver the wedding we envisioned. In just four weeks Mackenzie helped us find a new venue that was so much better than I ever dreamed. She put together the perfect wedding - even in the midst of a global pandemic.
    I will forever be grateful for Mackenzie and the team at Sweet Blossom Weddings for everything they did for us over the past year and half. Working with them not only allowed us to have our dream wedding, but they also took away so much of the stress of wedding planning and allowed us to enjoy our engagement!

    Excellent experience

    I very much appreciate the team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. Our lead planner, Kaitlin, was amazing; a few of our vendors even commented on how easy she was to work with! Our package also included a setup and bridal assistant; this was so helpful as I had several little things that I needed taken care of while getting ready at the hotel. Aside from their great reviews, what drew me to this vendor was that they offered a "day of" package. We weren't looking for a planner to help us with vendors or create our vision, we just needed someone the day of to carry it out. Sweet Blossom executed flawlessly!

    SO worth it!!!

    Working with Sweet Blossom Weddings was so amazing! I worked with Melissa as my lead planner, and her experience in this industry and with my wedding venue was invaluable. She is so respected by venues and other vendors and it is totally deserved. I loved that SBW had several different packages I could choose from (I knew I wanted more than day-of coordination but I didn't want full-planning). Working with Melissa with the package I chose was perfect for me, as I enjoyed doing a lot of the research and creative details but needed her to help keep us on track! Obviously the service on the actual wedding day is what you will remember and be affected by the most, and this is where Melissa and her team really shined. First, it is so so helpful that the lead planner will also bring 2 assistants on your wedding day. The team of 3 was so amazing at keeping everyone calm, managing family members, setting up all of our decor, and (maybe most importantly) keeping the day running on schedule (or close enough to it)! It is nice to have those extra sets of eyes and hands. Melissa even bustled my dress for me! Last but definitely not least, Melissa and her assistants helped us manage our two dogs around the property (as they were needed for some but not all photos) and Melissa went above and beyond checking on my dogs multiple times throughout the night. She is such an angel! SBW is a great value for your money, and I highly recommend this company.

    Absolutely Amazing Wedding Planners

    Our experience with Sweet Blossom Weddings was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Especially the support we received from Mackenzie Fultz, which was so far beyond remarkable that it is honestly hard for me to put in to words how thankful my wife and I are with how excellent Mackenzie was in single handedly orchestrating the most AMAZING day of our lives!! It was definitely a night we will remember forever, and the perfect start to an everlasting marriage. We are very sad that our wedding has come and gone, and part of that sadness is not working and communicating with Mackenzie anymore.

    Mackenzie and her team went above and beyond, and exceeded every expectation we had as a wedding planner. Her commitment and dedication towards planning our wedding was really wonderful, and she truly is just a genuinely nice and wonderful individual. We were able to present our vision for our wedding, and Mackenzie made it in to reality. It is evident that she has a real passion for what she does, and our wedding was truly a priority from day one. We are so lucky that we found her.

    One thing that must be mentioned, is how professional and organized the SBW team was on our wedding day. The day was planned down to the minute, and executed FLAWLESSLY!! Both my wife and I were stress free, and were able to just take in the moment, and just enjoy our day. All our feedback with Sweet Blossom Weddings was positive, and there is nothing negative or anything we would change about the whole experience.     Our Perfect Day

    First and foremost, we would love to thank the team at Sweet Blossom Weddings! Our experience with Sweet Blossom Weddings was nothing short of amazing! Anyone planning their wedding knows how nerve wracking and stressful the planning process can be, but this team did a fantastic job of helping us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams.
    Hiring the team at SBW was by far the best decision we made throughout the entire process.
    Mackenzie was our lead planner and she was just amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, very organized, and so very sweet and supportive. It was more than seen and appreciated by not just us, but also by our entire bridal party and family. They all adored her! I couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her. 
    We selected the Pear Blossom Package month of planning but Mackenzie and her team went above and beyond our expectations. We had unlimited emails and phone calls, scheduled walk throughs and tastings, and access to Aisle Planner software. Mackenzie contacted each and every vendor and kept open lines of communication with each one during the planning process. On the day of the wedding Mackenzie and her team coordinated the vendor set up and break down, and assisted us as well as the bridal party at the ceremony and reception. On the actual day of the wedding, I had a bridal assistant named Kaitlyn who was so great and made me feel so spoiled! She handled every detail of the day and anything I needed (lipstick, deodorant, champagne) she had right in hand, and even helped carry my train. We were so lucky to have such an amazing team that made our day so unforgettable. We highly recommend Mackenzie and the team at Sweet Blossom Weddings, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

    What would I do without Sweet Blossom Weddings?

    When meeting with wedding planners I came across many different personalities and planning styles. I made several calls to different planners (some who rejected me, which I laugh at in retrospect). One in particular made it sound like I would be doing all the work, which I should’ve been wary of because I met them at their house for *their* convenience. After reading many good reviews about Sweet Blossom Weddings I was able to make an appointment to meet with Melissa Reinke and her colleague MacKenzie. Unlike any of the planners I’d met with prior, she came prepared with a folder and information of the different packages her team offered and what those packages meant. The names of her packages were also consistent with the name of her business—after different types of blossoms. I think it’s so cute and represents her attention to detail.

    The way Melissa and Mackenzie were able to dive right into business while maintaining a friendly, upbeat demeanor was perfect. That combined with their organization convinced my fiancé and me that Sweet Blossom Weddings was the one for us.

    The packages were easy to understand and customizable to fit our needs. We went with the full service package (Cherry Blossom) and Melissa was our primary contact. She was always able to talk and meet when we needed her, which means a lot to any bride-to-be who can be stressed by the littlest things.

    Her knowledge of local venues was plentiful. She is full of wonderful ideas about design and different ways to accommodate venues (like bringing in catering if a venue doesn’t offer it)—my only wish was that we had more budget for her to play with to really go wild and make our wedding a gigantic production. We still had 93 guests and a gorgeous set-up and I believe she and her team left a beautiful mark on our day that no other planner could have achieved. She connected us with vendors within our budget who did great work providing their services, and she kept me on schedule for any payments I needed to make to vendors, as well as reminded me of things I needed to provide the day of like special decor I wanted to include.

    Melissa joined me on several of the vendor meetings prior to the big day, which I was so grateful for because she knew all the right questions to ask. She even found some mariachis and met with them to give them a deposit so I didn’t have to make the long drive.

    On the big day, everything felt seamless because of Melissa and her team. The bridal assistant she kept with me—Katelyn—was terrific. Katelyn put on and took off my veil, helped when the photographer needed volume in my veil by gracefully tossing the back of it up, picked up my train (I had no bridesmaids) and was there for every other little thing I needed. What can I say? Thinking about the way Sweet Blossom Weddings made our day so perfect makes me misty. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Melissa and her team. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their day to be stress free and beautiful!

    SBW is the absolute BEST in the business!

    SBW team provided exceptional service! We honestly could not have asked for a better team of coordinators on the day of! Not only were they super kind and professional, but they really took the time to get to know us and make us and our guests/wedding party feel so comfortable. They were so respectful and did a spectacular job!

    Our wedding was quite a production with elements packed into the timeline and the SBW team managed our wedding with ease and perfection! I have to commend them on wrangling a 28 person wedding party and 200 family and friends with calmness and poise!     SBW - awesome to work with! Highly recommend.

    We were recently married in San Diego (Feb 2019) at Mary, Star Of The Sea Catholic Church and La Jolla Woman’s Club. I had been doing all the planning for the wedding and for a time went back and forth on whether a day of coordinator package was needed. If you are in that boat and wondering if spending the additional $1.5 - $2k is worth it, I would highly recommend going for it. The amount of stress it took off my plate was worth double the amount I paid.

    I worked with Mackenzie who I cannot recommend enough. She was the perfect mix of being on top of her stuff but also flexible. Six weeks before the Wedding she took over interactions with Vendors. She chased down the ones that never picked up the phone or responded to emails. She coordinated who was bringing what and when. All these details that I never thought about but made the day go smoothly. When I changed my mind on a few items or wanted last minute adds, she made it happen.

    Rehearsal: on the day of the rehearsal Mackenzie was there to run the show. I got to see the flower arrangement in the church and realized that we needed drapes for the pedestals. Mackenzie spent her Friday night running around to Michael’s and other shops finding drapes while I went off to the Rehearsal Dinner and enjoyed time with family and friends.

    Day Of: As fate would have it, it torrentially poured the day of my Wedding. While I was getting ready, Mackenzie was at La Jolla Woman’s Club executing plan B for set up (the plan for rain). Mackenzie and I had at a high level discussed what we would do if it rained but not all the details. I never felt like I had to go to that level of detail because Mackenzie understood my style and what I was looking for. The setup looked amazing. Everything was pulled indoors and arranged beautifully. After the day of I heard that the caterer showed up with the Wedding Cake and had decorated it with carrots (it was a carrot cake). Mackenzie took one look at it and knew that wouldn’t work. She had the caterer go and fix it. Cake look gorgeous and I would have never known aside from being told later.

    Kaitlyn was assigned to be by my side throughout the day. Kaitlyn showed up while I was starting to get ready and I was able to relax at that point knowing that all the small details were in her hands. She carried all my items, was getting things prepped for the photographer, keeping us on schedule, making sure I didn’t forget to bring anything. At one point during the day while we were out taking photos in the pouring rain I looked over at Kaitlyn who was making sure I was under an umbrella at all times. She was standing in the pouring rain getting soaked just to make sure we were getting the perfect artsy shot. She was great.

    I could go on with more stories. I would choose them again in a heartbeat. Best of luck with your planning!

    Melissa and her team at Sweet Blossom were so amazing!! After our first meeting with Melissa we knew she was going to be the perfect match for us especially since we were planning from a distance in Dallas. She was so helpful and always so quick to respond to any questions I had about vendors or details for the big day.     Melissa and Sweet Blossom are the absolute BEST – would recommend 100 times over. My husband and I were married in July 2018 at Estancia La Jolla, and hired Melissa to help us plan (tier below full service planning). We could not be happier with the guidance and availability she and her team provided. They also knew the venue well, which was extremely helpful when we met with the on-site venue coordinator. Melissa brought a team of three on the day of, and we cannot imagine what we would have done without them. The entire day and night went smoother than I could have imagined.     SO glad we chose Sweet Blossom Weddings

    We are so glad we chose Sweet Blossom Weddings to coordinate our wedding at The Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla. From the moment I spoke with Melissa on the phone to inquire about her services, I felt immediately connected to her. She has a great personality and is super easy to talk to!

    We did the day-of coordination package. Melissa was so organized and communicative throughout the whole process to make sure we had everything in place for our wedding day. During our honeymoon, we found out that there were some issues where some of our rental items were misplaced pm our wedding night. Without hesitation, Melissa went above and beyond to resolve this matter while we were away - we were extremely grateful!!

    Our package also included a bridal assistant, Katelyn - she was amazing!! She was by my side for most of the day. My dress got a little dirty while I was taking some photos before the ceremony and she came prepared with Shout wipes. One of my bridesmaid’s heel also broke off and she came to the rescue with super glue! She was there for anything and everything I needed. She made my wedding day stress-free!

    Our wedding day was perfect because of the hard work and amazing service provided by Sweet Blossom Weddings - we highly recommend them!!

    THE BEST at what they do!

    Melissa and her ladies with Sweet Blossom Weddings are pure gold... without them, I can't even imagine how we would have made it all happen! A friend at work told me the basics about how great SBW was for her own wedding, and I called Melissa the next day. From the moment I met her, I knew she was worth every penny. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and truly interested in me as a person, my (future) husband, us as a couple, and what was most important to us about our special day. When I asked if she'd be willing to travel to Lake Arrowhead, California for our wedding... she said, "I'd love to!" She even met us up a twisty mountain road at the venue in March for a tour and food/cake tasting in the extremely thick fog and snow. There were aspects that we were looking for that were different from most weddings, and she made it happen like you wouldn't believe!! We wanted a Sunday brunch wedding (which meant a very early morning), along with a lake-side beach BBQ that same evening with beach games and a fire-pit for a fun and relaxing evening. Melissa took everything in stride, and made our vision into an incredible reality. The two ladies she brought to assist with all of the details were friendly and sweet, bent over backwards to make sure we had whatever we needed, and the entire day ran like clockwork. I loved being able to bounce ideas off of them, loved that I had someone to turn to who was equally as excited and invested about our wedding as we were, and who was more than willing to go the extra mile to make it exactly what we were envisioning. She offers the use of Aisle Planner (a wedding planning website that made my organization COMPLETELY manageable!), and also provided several ideas for decor, vendors, and timeline alterations. Melissa was always approachable, supportive, and fun to work with through the planning process... but we truly couldn't have managed the actual wedding day without her. Everything was on time ( to the minute!), was set-up perfectly, and all of the Sweet Blossom girls remained calm and composed for the whole day. By far, having a wedding planner/coordinator was the best money we could have ever spent (not only for the quality of the day, but also for saving our sanity), and going with Melissa was the icing on the cake!! We've already referred her to other friends, and have been in their weddings... which were also amazing! She's a gem, and I truly adore her as a person. Book her!... you surely won't regret it.

    I am an older bride who was convinced I could manage my wedding day on my own, but started to worry as our date approached. I was so lucky I found Mackenzie Fultz and her team at Sweet Blossom weddings!! I selected day-of service, but received so much more than that. They thought of EVERYTHING, and provided a level of service that I had not imagined possible. We had a morning ceremony at the Park Hyatt Aviara, followed by a seated lunch, followed by a larger reception that evening at Il Fornaio in Del Mar, so it was quite a long day. Our Sweet Blossom team stuck with us the entire day and ensured that each event ran perfectly smoothly and on time, and smiled through it all! Mackenzie’s expertise, efficiency, organization and professionalism are unsurpassed, and her warmth and friendliness put us at ease and let us know we were in excellent hands. Tauri and Kaitlin assisted that day and I don’t know what we would have done without them as well. If I could give Sweet Blossom 10 stars, I would!!

    We worked with Melissa Reinke for our May wedding at Estancia La Jolla - she was an absolutely dream of a wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond leading up to our wedding to ensure that we were aligned. There was a ton of coordination and communication involved with planning a San Diego wedding from New York and having such a seasoned expert like Melissa helping to keep us on track was an absolute lifesaver. Melissa is organized and incredibly detail oriented which gave us a ton of confidence leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding, Melissa and her entire team were so helpful and anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed anything. My husband and I didn’t have to think about any logistics the day of the wedding which was incredible - we had the utmost confidence that everything would be executed as planned and it was! Melissa and team coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure they loaded/unloaded at the right times and made sure that everything was set up in our various spaces, while simultaneously making sure that the bride and groom had everything they needed throughout the day.     Melissa and her team was AMAZING!! From day 1 of meeting her until the moment we said "I Do", everything went smoothly. We chose the month of package and felt she was very useful from the get go. She made us feel so comfortable with her and Melissa was very personable. She helped so much with our planning process and lessen our wedding stress by ALOT. We had so many little details to our wedding and different Chinese culture added to it and Melissa did so well in making all of them come true! We lived about 2 hrs from the venue and most of the times we met at our Venue, however, when we can't she was even willing to drive out 1hr out of her way for us. We got so many compliments from all of our friends on how amazing our planner was and how organize and professional she was and the whole team. We went to a couple of weddings after ours with mutual friends and most of them said our Wedding Coordinator was the best of all. They said they were very polite, genuine, professional, and organized. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!! We both love you Melissa!!!

    I don't even know where to begin. Melissa and her team at Sweet Blossom Weddings was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Not only did she have an established relationship with our venue, the Park Hyatt Aviara, which made decision making a breeze, but she was just so there for me during every step of the way during this incredibly daunting process. I live in New York, so we brought her and her team on as full service planners for a destination Indian/fusion 2-3 day wedding. She pointed me in the right direction for things I didn't care too much about and backed me up when I needed it throughout and really brought my vision to life with the vendors we locked in. They were so professional and buttoned up leading up to and the weekend of. I felt like I was their only client the whole time, knowing full well that I'm not - that's the sign of a good planner who comes at an amazing value. No need to think about it - hire them for your wedding!

    Melissa was my month of coordinator for our March wedding at Estancia La Jolla. Although I was very much a "do it yourself" kind of bride, I really trusted Melissa to carry out everything on my big day. She was very reachable in the months leading up to the wedding and offered great (and often cost-saving) advice and vendor recommendations. The wedding planning software she uses is awesome - it helps you organize everything (and share info with her) and has a huge to do list so you don't forget anything. She touched base with all of my vendors leading up to the big day and helped make sure everything was in order. On the wedding day, I didn't have a worry in the world knowing Melissa and her team had everything handled. Everything was incredibly organized, from help getting ready and getting the venue set up, to every gift and envelope back in our hotel room as organized as can be. If you are looking for a coordinator (and you should be... don't think you can handle EVERYTHING on your wedding day) look no further than Melissa and her team. This is especially true if you are getting married at Estancia - they do a ton of weddings there and really know the place inside and out.

    Charm & her team exceeded my expectations for our San Diego wedding at Loews Coronado. Even before we signed a contract, Charm was easily accessible and always willing to help with vendor referrals (we found an incredible florist through her referrals). We purchased the month-of coordination package which was perfect for us and our 180 person wedding/reception. In addition to confirming logistics & details with our vendors, Charm plotted out the timeline of our wedding day which was one of the toughest jobs! She made sure all vendors (especially the photographer) were happy and everything ran incredibly smoothly on our wedding day! If something went wrong, I still don’t know about it and it has been almost 3 months! The bridal assistants that come with the package are so helpful—they have everything you can think of from deodorant to Band-Aids and were by my side all day long making sure I ate lunch & dinner and stayed hydrated. Charm was in charge of our reception and made sure we were staying on time—she liaised with all of our vendors and was great about giving me updates quickly throughout the course of the day. SBW was the best choice for us and we couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Thank you!

    There are no words to describe how happy we were with the girls from SBW. Kat was honestly the best coordinator ever! She was so attentive from our first meeting to our wedding day.     Melissa and her team at SBW are AMAZING!!! I wish I could give more stars than 5/5 because they made our whole wedding process from start to finish an absolute dream! I started working with Melissa early on in our engagement and she was so sweet and easy to talk to! We spent an hour on the phone even before I sent in my deposit just talking about my vision and dreams for my day and she helped them come to life! She was so responsive over email and phone calls, came to my tasting and extra meetings at the venue to make sure everything was on lock down, and made our whole day go so smooth and seamless it was incredible! ALL of my guests came up to me after the wedding and said it was the most organized, seamless wedding they've ever been to--and I told them it was my coordinators who made it all happen! Her girls were SO sweet and helped me carry my dress and fluff my veil through hours of photographs, and even took polaroids of my guests for me before the wedding! They're all so wonderful and extremely professional! My family and I were so appreciative because Sweet Blossom Weddings made our wedding a FUN day, not a stressful day!!!!     My husband and I planned the wedding in San Diego while living across the country and working full time in Massachusetts, so we booked the Cherry Blossom Package (full service) and Melissa was absolutely invaluable to us. We hired her about a year before our wedding date after we had already secured a venue but we needed her help with everything else, including music, lights, decorations, florals, and desserts. She's very professional, but also awesome and personable! She was extremely responsive to our emails and made time for phone calls or video chats whenever we needed her. She gave us great options of vendors to choose from within our budget and helped us navigate phone interviews, tastings, and contracts VERY easily. She kept us on track AND on budget and helped us to get exactly what we wanted based on what was important to us on our special day.

    In terms of the wedding day, her team was an absolute dream. She and an additional assistant handled the entire set up and break down of everything and an additional bridal assistant stayed with me and the girls to help solve any logistical issues or get us anything we needed. The bridal assistant was a wonderful addition to our day. I had ZERO stress day of and ZERO problems to solve, so I could completely enjoy the whirlwind. Plus, my bridesmaids loved it because they too could enjoy the day with me without being too busy with problem solving on my behalf. The day was truly seamless and we are so grateful to Melissa for helping to plan and orchestrate the wedding of our dreams!!

    Melissa and her team are AMAZING. I hired Melissa pretty early in my planning process (first month/last month package) as my fiance and I had a long engagement. I knew I wanted to plan a lot of the wedding, but wanted help along the way, and of course needed someone to be the day-of coordinator. Melissa was everything we could have wished for and more! She was super helpful and responsive to all my questions through the planning process, and gave me great vendor suggestions, a very detailed timeline and tips throughout. The few months before our wedding, she was absolutely phenomenal. She followed up with all vendors (we had a lot because we brought in food/rentals etc), and thought of details that I wouldn't have thought of. I also rented several items from her, and she even purchased these great table numbers that I wanted but didn't necessarily want to buy and have to deal with afterwards. She made the whole process such a breeze. The day of, she sent the sweetest bridal assistant, Olivia, for me who basically catered to whatever I needed (like making sure I had food on the wedding day). Melissa, Olivia and the team at SBW all had fantastic energy. I knew I wanted someone who was calming and cool under pressure and her whole team is incredibly organized and sharp, but completely relaxed and cool on the exterior.     I am so glad we put our trust in Melissa Reinke and the Sweet Blossom Wedding team to coordinate our wedding.     Melissa and the Sweet Blossom team were absolutely amazing!  They took care of everything and thought of every detail.  My wedding turned out better and more beautiful than I imagined it.  They did an excellent job interpreting my wedding style in setting up my wedding décor and details.  I usually have a difficult time giving up control, but I had complete faith and confidence handing the reigns over to Melissa and her team.  They kept me sane and I trust them 100% which are most important qualities when all you should be thinking about is enjoying your big day!  I was so impressed with their experience, professionalism, and organization.  I received multiple compliments from my guests about how on top of everything the coordinators were, and I would recommend their services in a heartbeat!     Melissa and Sweet Blossom Weddings were amazing! I initially wasn't sure how much value there would be in having a day of wedding planner but I am definitely glad that we hired SBW! We hired her off of a recommendation of one of our other vendors. Melissa and her team helped us coordinate things in the month leading up to our special day. She helped us communicate and coordinate all of our vendors for payment, the set up, and execution on the day. She was able to meet with us at the site a few days prior to discuss our plans for the lay out and flow of the day and gave us great input while still respecting our vision. On the day of, Melissa and her team seemed to be everywhere to take care of things and make the day run seamlessly without us having to worry about a thing! She kept us on track but was very flexible with any changes we had during the day. Her experience allowed her to anticipate things before anyone else and allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams! Her team was always very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely give her the highest recommendation to any couple even remotely considering a wedding planner. And if you aren't considering it, you should! As the groom, I was skeptical thinking we could do everything ourselves, but I am glad we had the SBW team there so that we could enjoy our day without any extra worries or stress!     Choose Sweet Blossom if you're in the area but even more so if you're not in the area! Melissa is amazing! Her team is incredible. She is hard working and will make every dream in your heart and in your head a beautiful reality. She works within your budget and helps you stay on track and sane! At every step she was helpful and if she had any bad days, I didn't know. She always had a smile throughout the process. On the day of, all I did was get dressed. She took care of EVERYTHING! Her team was professional and extremely helpful. Also she caters to the customer by tailoring her packages to the individual so you don't feel stuck or burdened by yet another cost (we all know weddings have a million unbelievable costs!)

    All the wedding and honeymoon things have finally settled down and I wanted to THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you did to make our wedding the most perfect day I could have ever imagined!! You and your team, especially Charm were AMAZING! Everything went so smoothly, thanks to you. Your organization with everything beforehand and day of was incredible. I know you went above and beyond your ‘day of coordinator’ responsibilities by making sure all the timelines with all the vendors lined up before the actual wedding day. You were so sweet and high spirited throughout the entire process. I can’t even begin to say, how helpful you were to my mom and I. Even with the silly little questions we had, you were always quick to respond and honest in your advise. My mom and I felt so comfortable trusting you 100% with our wedding.     WOW! What can we say? Melissa was absolutely sensational. Her attention to detail was incredible and her suggestions for making the special day more memorable were invaluable. From the moment Melissa took charge, everything went like clockwork. There was not a single hitch, glitch or anything but pure magic. Our guests commented so many times about the quality of our coordinator and how smoothly and professionally she managed everything. Absolutely nothing was overlooked! Melissa's two wedding day assistants, Hannah and Sara were also wonderful. Simply put, we could not recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings more highly.     We can’t speak highly enough of Sweet Blossom Weddings! Melissa immediately convinced us that she was genuinely excited and dedicated to making our day special and unique. From the get go, Melissa was organized, professional, sensitive to our tastes and didn’t miss a beat. I was overseas for most of the wedding planning and Melissa really stepped up to the plate to make the planning go seamlessly. I was particularly impressed and relieved with her assistance the day of the wedding! She really rolled up her sleeves to help out in any and every way. There were many things going on on the back end that we weren’t even aware of until after the event and she took care of things beautifully! She’s a very hard-working problem-solver which are key traits in a wedding planner. She made it so easy for us to enjoy the day and not feel stressed.     Melissa and her team were truly amazing. Aside from the fact that Melissa always had a very sweet and positive demeanor, always came to our meetings early, was incredibly professional and organized, has great taste, and had fantastic follow-through, I would say the real win with her was that she made both my and my (now!) husband's parents really trust her. My mother for one, does not even believe in wedding planners but I knew we had won her over when on the day of the wedding, rather than bombard me with questions, concerns and last minute emergencies, I saw her go straight to Melissa. Melissa fielded all of the out-there requests, and managed to deal with every challenge without batting an eye. I was also very impressed with how she made everything run on time. My husband and I have giant, slow Asian families which certainly affected the proceedings during our reception, and Melissa managed to move things around, check in with me, coordinate with the DJ, etc. such that we ended up not falling behind and missing out on crucial things like how much time we had to dance, cut the cake, etc. I also loved that during the reception, she was present and I felt she was in charge, but it wasn't in a way that was overbearing or too visible. Finally, I felt that Melissa was honest. She would be upfront about what was possible, what was not, where we should spend our money, where she saw red flags, etc. That was really great and helped us plan in the best way. All in all, Melissa was so impressive that while she is San Diego based, I live and work in LA and recommend her to people even if their weddings are not in San Diego. There are so many wedding planner horror stories--unfortunately, my sister's was one of them, which pretty much scarred me--that if you find a good planner who's personally recommended, it's worth it.     We used Melissa Reinke for both of our daughters' weddings. She and her team made the day go so smoothly. My daughter and her bridesmaids were so relaxed the entire day. Melissa saw things that needed to be addressed before they became an issue, thus avoiding any problems. The timeline she created was precise and organized and another tool to prevent any mishaps. For my other daughter's wedding three years ago we used her for the day of and this past wedding we used her about two months out from the wedding. She came in and put the planning we had done all together and started contacting the vendors and making sure they had everything they needed and coordinated the setup. We had quite a few vendors so this was no easy task, including 18 people involved in the band setup. There was lighting, draping, risers, stage, audio. We had one fiasco which was one of the guests accidentally poured red wine down my daughter's dress while hugging her. She had to remove her dress in the restroom while club soda was applied to the back of the dress. Somehow Melissa was able to calm the bride down during this upsetting event. Melissa was prepared for everything with her little box of pins and Band-Aides, among a slew of other things, as well. If you want a stress-free day, I highly recommend Melissa. Our only regret is we have no more daughters to plan a wedding for, so we can't work with Melissa again. :(((( But lucky you -- you can!

    Melissa and her entire team were an invaluable part of our perfect wedding! Melissa handled all of the details and timelines and Nikki came in to handle the rehearsal and the day of coordination since Melissa already had another event that day. Our wedding day could not have gone so perfectly without everyone at Sweet Blossom! We were very detailed with all of the planning and organizing for our wedding, but Melissa blew us away with her level of detail and organization at our pre wedding walkthrough the venue. It was thanks in a large part to her incredibly detailed timelines and follow through with all of our vendors that our wedding day went so smoothly. On the day of our wedding Nikki and her whole team took care of everything magnificently! The entire day went off right on time with all of the details handled perfectly, and Charm the bridal assistant made sure any last minute items needed were handled immediately. It was thanks to the Sweet Blossom team that we were able to just enjoy our entire wedding day from start to finish and not worry about anything other than how much fun we were having! Thank you so much to all of them for everything, the day would not have been the same with out all of your hard work!

    I just got married in September and having Melissa and her team help us with the last few months of wedding planning, especially for the day of, was absolutely amazing! They took care of every little detail and made sure if something were to wrong that I didn't hear about it and it would just be fixed. Having Nikole stay with me the whole day was so much more than I expected. She put me at ease answering questions and just being there to hold my dress. They were truly everywhere that we needed them. I felt like the day went by nearly perfect and exactly how I imagined it and I know that they were such a crucial part of how perfect it was!     First Month – Last Month Coordination and couldn't be happier! Melissa was very prompt whenever I emailed her and always eager to help with anything I asked.     Melissa was our day of coordinator for our wedding in San Diego for June 20th 2015. Sweet Blossom Weddings was recommended to me by a friend and after meeting with Melissa, I knew she would be great. She was so organized and she was easy to communicate with via phone or email. She created a wedding timeline that was magnificent and a couple of vendors commented how thorough it was! I also appreciated her honesty and advice when I needed input to make our big day run smoothly. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I know I was truly able to appreciate every aspect of our special day because of Melissa and her bridal team!     We hired Melissa with Sweet Blossom Weddings after a recommendation from a customer of mine. My wife and I have lived in the Carlsbad area for 3 years at the time and I could not have been happier with our decision. Not knowing where to begin with any vendors, Melissa made the planning process much easier than I could have anticipated. She offers various packages to fit the needs of her clients from day of coordination to full wedding planning. We opted for the package in the middle which allowed us to still make the event our own. From the first meeting Melissa was very attentive to our needs. She provided us with an itemized budget to keep track of our expenses and gave us a timeline to make sure we stayed on track through the process. She also provided us with lists of vendors based on our wants and desires. Once we selected the vendors, she would contact them and set the meetings for us. We also had unlimited email and phone correspondence throughout the process and she held our hand through it all. We then met again before the month of the wedding to make sure everything was on track. Melissa made sure that every minor and major detail was covered, something we would have completely overlooked without her. When it came to the day of the wedding, Melissa made sure that everything went incredibly smoothly, putting any worries at ease. We received endless compliments and praise on how incredible Melissa was with helping with everything and anything. She held our hands through it all and I cannot even imagine going through this process without her. Sweet Blossom Weddings are beyond reasonably priced and I have already recommended her multiple times in the last 2 weeks since we were married. If you are considering a wedding planner, I strongly recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings. If you are not considering one, I would urge you to reconsider and meet with Melissa for a free consultation. I promise you will not regret it.

    Living in New York and planning a wedding in San Diego seemed bit daunting at first, so we set out to find the perfect Wedding Planner to design our fairytale wedding. After reviewing several vendors, we knew Melissa of Sweet Blossom Weddings would be a perfect fit and we were right.

    Melissa immediately caught our attention with her warm and friendly personality. She took the time to get to know my husband and I and what we were envisioning for our wedding. We have a bit of discerning taste and Melissa was able to translate our vision perfectly no matter how challenging or unique the idea was.

    We also appreciated her flexibility which was important due to our demanding schedules. She always made herself available based on our needs whether it was weekend or evening phone calls or face to face meetings while we were in town over holidays.

    While we were so impressed with the level of support we received during planning, we were even more blown away on our Wedding day. Melissa and her team were so organized and polished making our day come together seamlessly. There were of course some inevitable surprises during the day, including a an unplanned speech, an outfit change, and surprise choreographed dance but Melissa and her team were equipped to handle it all behind the scenes making my day effortless.

    We received so many compliments from our other vendors, my family and bridal party regarding their interactions with Melissa and her team. We could not have been happier working with Sweet Blossom Weddings and would recommend them to any friend or family member in a heartbeat. Melissa was truly a blessing and we could not have pulled off our wedding without her!!

    My husband and I both felt that our wedding was flawless and we owe it all to Melissa and her team at Sweet Blossom, they were absolutely amazing! Melissa was available at all times whenever I had wedding questions and was a huge help with finding some of our wedding decor. She also put together a timeline for the rehearsal and wedding day, which came in so useful for the entire wedding party and all of our vendors.     The BEST thing we did was hiring Sweet Blossom as our wedding coordinator for our August 31, 2014 wedding day. We were very impressed right off the bat with Melissa's organizational skills which was a priority in our wedding planning process. I had been a bridesmaid in the past and witnessed some coordinators MIA or on their phone sitting in the back (not fun!). Melissa always was available to reach and responded promptly to all of our emails. Her professionalism throughout the wedding process was exceptional. She showed so much dedication to our wedding planning by being prompt to vendor meetings and really supported what we wanted/vision we had for the wedding. She took my vision and made it into a magical reality. Her timeline made the whole wedding process smooth and her timeline for the wedding was planned to the T which was exactly what we wanted. Ready for the best part brides? The day of, my bridesmaids (and they are the ones that notice) and I did not notice one whoops! It was flawless (seriously) and that wasn't magic but because Melissa and her amazing assistants were on top of EVERYTHING! I would hire Melissa a million times over and would recommend her to any bride looking for an amazing wedding coordinator backed by an awesome team.

    Hiring Melissa and her team for her day-of-coordination package was one of the best decisions I made in the entire wedding-planning process. She is extremely well-organized, thorough, and keeps cool under pressure. I wasn't stressed at all on my wedding day because anything that happened to go wrong (florist forgot to wrap my bouquet in ribbon, people who didn't RSVP showed up at the reception, etc), she took care of it. All of our guests complimented our reception program and said that it was the best organized event they had ever been to, but we told them we couldn't take the credit for that, it was all thanks to Melissa! She kept our program running smoothly and on-time, she would let us know when it was time to head to the stage for games, special performances, etc. She also kept in touch with my vendors and made sure they knew what time they needed to show up. On the day of, her and her setup assistant handled the decorations, and the room for the reception (Prado Grand Ballroom) just came together even more beautifully than I imagined it would. Everything was perfect, but only because Melissa was there to handle everything. Hire her! I guarantee you won't regret it!

    Words can't express what a wonderful job Melissa did! She took my attention to detail and ramped it up a notch! I never had any doubt she would execute the wedding vision, and she made it even more perfect than I could imagine! She communicated with me and shared in the excitement throughout the engagement period, and when it came time to begin her contracted period, she did a fantastic job! She made sure things like the napkin fold was what I wanted, even when I wasn't offered a choice by the venue. She brought her own ribbon to tie the belly bars during cocktail hour, and she mailed me "I Do" stickers for the bottoms of my wedding shoes. We had a ton of personal items and she handled them all with organization and care. Nothing was broken, and I thought for sure something would have with all the handling that was done! It was her attention to detail and care that really meant the world. She went above and beyond! She is affordable and worth every penny...and this is coming from a bride who thought at the beginning she didn't even need a coordinator, and was only hiring one because the venue required it!     Melissa Reinke, our wedding coordinator, did an outstanding job for us at our recent wedding at the Estancia Hotel in La Jolla. The vendors she recommend were all a great fit for our ideas, budget and with the venue. She has great relationships with the catering staff at Estancia, which provided seamless coordination and communication. She created a detailed timeline and communicated with all our vendors to ensure everyone was set to go. The Day Of, she and her assistant, Nikki were fabulous. They were attentive, calm, organized and blended in. They were prepared for everything as demonstrated by Melissa sewing on a button on one of the grooms'men's shirts. My bridesladies and groomsmen all commented on how helpful, professional and fun the ladies were to have around. Melissa really worked hard to ensure that my husband and I could enjoy our day, which we did.

    Melissa at Sweet Blossoms Weddings was BEYOND amazing! I used her "Day-Of" Coordination services, but her work and dedication went WAY beyond just the day-of my wedding. Not only was she amazing at answering any email questions I had leading up to my wedding, she also gave me a lot of recommendations for many of my other amazing vendors that were exactly what I wanted and the best prices around. Any email she wrote me was tremendously detailed and thought-out. She really cares, and it shows. She also put many hours of planning into my extremely detailed minute-by-minute wedding day timeline, that was SO helpful for not only me but all of my other vendors found it very helpful as well. She even came to my house a few days before the wedding and picked up all my decor and supplies and brought them to the venue herself on the wedding day. She works with you to figure out any issue you may foresee, and it seems like she thinks of every possible scenario. She had some great ideas too, to save me money and time. Everything on my wedding day went so perfectly and I have Melissa and her team to e for that! I would (and will) recommend her to anyone I know who is getting married.

    My husband and I are so thankful we hired Kat, from Sweet Blossom Weddings for Month of Coordination for our May 2018 wedding at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. Kat met with us at the beginning of our planning process, at our tasting, and again about 4 weeks before the date to help us plan our day. Given that my husband and I were fairly new to San Diego, Kat was instrumental in facilitating multiple vendor recommendations. Our vendors were within our budget and matched the style that we were seeking for our wedding. Most importantly she was responsive with phone calls and email, all of which guided us in planning not only a wonderful wedding, but a wonderful weekend for our guests (all of whom were from out of state). No detail was overlooked. Kat solved little day of glitches without breaking a sweat- I forgot our table numbers at our house and lost the directions on how to bustle my dress. Kat and her team were able to find a perfect replacement for the table numbers and expertly figured out how to bustle my dress. Our wedding day was all that we imagined and I think our guests enjoyed themselves too. Thank you Kat!!!

    Some of the money best well spent for our wedding day was in hiring Melissa and her wonderful team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. Our wedding venue requires a day of coordinator and to be honest, we had planned on hiring one because so many friends had suggested doing so as well. We opted for the Apple Blossom package so that we could have Melissa's help and support since neither my husband or I had ever planned a wedding before.
    Our wedding day was so especially perfect because we did not have to worry about a thing. Melissa and her whole team (Olivia, the bridal assistant and Jackie who helps with set up) really help to ensure that your day runs smoothly. They were all very attentive the day of and it was so incredible to have their support.
    I will say that there may sometimes be a few days lag in communication and so as a type A person, I often times would reach out to vendors myself rather than wait to e-mail the planners and wait for them to e-mail the vendors. I did not pay for full or even partial wedding coordination so I fully acknowledge that. This was sometimes frustrating but largely not important as Melissa was very accessible in the weeks leading up closer to the wedding. The Sweet Blossom Weddings team provides amazing service and expertise with great professionalism and style. We are so lucky to have found them!

    Kat was very helpful and she helped us a lot on the wedding day. The bride's assistants werent that helpful tho.
