Sugar City Celebrations is happy to provide a variety of services to keep their clients’ lives as stress-free as possible as they plan their wedding. On the big day, they can provide delivery, set up, and clean up of all items. Servers and bartenders can be available to assist guests throughout the entire celebration. Cakes and desserts are Sugar City Celebrations' specialties, but they can provide complete catering for your event as well. Before the big day, couples can meet with the cake designer and chefs for a consultation and tasting to discuss their preferences. Whenever possible, they use local and organic ingredients, and they are state health department certified. They can create American, BBQ, Italian, local, Southern, and Southwestern style meals. For those with dietary restrictions, the team offers gluten-free, no pork, organic, and vegetarian options. Dessert options include cakes, cheese, cupcakes, a dessert buffet, and fruit. June 2019 Wedding
The Sugar City Celebrations team was amazing at providing the exact food, decor and coordination services we were hoping for during our wedding! The tequila marinated chicken was a hit with our guests and everyone also loved the meat and cheese appetizers during cocktail hour as well! The table settings, along with the wood and floating candle center pieces were perfect and set up just as requested. Tammy and Shelbi did an amazing job orchestrating the entire event allowing my husband and I to relax during the day of the event knowing they had everything handled. Their elegant affair package is the way to go. They did our gorgeous flowers and decor, catered our dinner that everyone raved about, made our delicious custom-flavored wedding cake, provided servers and bartenders, ceremony and reception coordinators, the chairs, tables, linens and all that.
(Also, you provide the alcohol, which is easy enough to order and have delivered from Spec's and is a real cost-saver.)
What's more, we planned our wedding from a distance , were detail-obsessed, and wanted plenty of personal touches and elements that didn't follow the usual traditional wedding playbook.
Carron and her team made sure we nailed every one of them, worked through every little thing with a smile, and everyone was incredibly responsive over phone and email (and email, and email, and email.)
We've heard from so many of our guests that ours was truly the best wedding they'd ever been to.
That might sound like something people just say - but it was a LOT of people and they all went out of their way to say it. We are biased, but definitely agree. :)
Wedding are stressful enough, and I don't know what we would have done without Sugar City.
