I highly recommend using Stella Day Events for full wedding coordination. I met Kerri-Lynn at our wedding venue one year in advance and could not have felt more comfortable that she would be able to handle any task. I had the venue and date confirmed but needed help selecting almost every vendor. Kerri-Lynn has worked with the top vendors in the Tri-State area and her relationships with them are incredible, especially when it came to choosing a photographer and finding the perfect band.

From the big vendor selection to the little details like flip flops or a cash box, she was able to think of everything we needed. I worked with KL for a year with constant phone calls, text and emails. She attended vendor interviews, meetings and helped sort out pricing and contracts.

I was most worried about how all the vendors would come together day of but Kerri-Lynn took care of everything! We didn't have one single issue and our big day went off seamlessly. All the details from the transportation to seating charts were handled without hesitation. KL & Candice went above and beyond, making sure everyone felt comfortable and on track with our timeline.

Not only did KL help the entire year but she also was by our side for our rehearsal dinner which was 90 people. On the day of we were stunned at how beautiful every detail came together. We could not imagine not having KL & Candice by our sides on the big day! I not only had an amazing wedding planner but gained a friend through the process.

From the moment I spoke to Kerri-Lynn, we clicked and I knew she could not only help me plan the wedding of my dreams, but that we'd have fun doing so in the process. We hired KL right after we booked our venue, and she helped us choose the most amazing vendors to complete our 'Stella' day. We were planning from afar (living in DC, getting married in Westchester, NY) and to have Kerri-Lynn on the ground for six months leading up to our big day made the whole planning process seamless.

Kerri-Lynn's experience planning weddings and events was evident from the start, making incredible suggestions and turning my vision into a classic and glamorous reality. A month leading up to our wedding, KL and I had weekly calls (and daily texts) which helped alleviate much of the stress, so we could enjoy the exciting build-up rather than focus on the never ending to-do list.

Having Kerri-Lynn (and her fantastic sister, Candice) by our side every step of the way on our big day was priceless. Kerri-Lynn was constantly checking-in on me and my bridal party while we were getting ready, in between setting-up our reception space and ensuring we were staying on-track. KL was amazing in guiding our photographer and vendor team to ensure everything went off without a hitch, and she was the constant professional.

I am forever grateful to Kerri-Lynn and Stella Day Events for planning our perfect wedding, and to have come away with a friend in her.

I am an extremely organized person and knew I could plan my wedding but I still wanted to be able to enjoy the big day without stress so we decided to work with Kerri Lynn to help during the end of planning with all the logistics. During our first meeting with Kerri Lynn about nine months before the wedding, she gave us a list of amazing vendors who created the perfect day for us. It was such a comfort to know we would have vendors who would deliver exceptional quality on the big day. After our first meeting, we planned our wedding ourselves and then met back up with Kerri Lynn at the end to make sure the big day went off without a hitch! Kerri Lynn was flexible about where and when we met and knew all of the most important questions to ask (things I would have never thought about!) which was great. She stayed in touch with the vendors throughout the week. This really allowed us to enjoy time with our families when they came into town instead of dealing with last minute logistics. On the day of, Kerri Lynn's sister was with us getting ready and at the ceremony while Kerri Lynn was at the reception preparing which was great since we had about an hour drive. Thank you KL!

Kerri-Lynn & Candice are a remarkable team! We couldn't have been happier with their enthusiastic support and organization for our "day-of" planning. We were so grateful to have them with us - it made for a stress-free and perfect day. We would highly recommend them.

Hiring Kerri-Lynn of Stella Day Events was hands down, the best decision we made while planning our wedding. After being engaged for about 6 months and booking our major vendors (church, venue, photographer, florist and band) we realized we needed some help putting together and facilitating all the details- and with a wedding of 300 guests- there were a LOT of details!). Kerri-Lynn has incredible industry contacts and put us in touch with the best people for all of our other vendor needs like day-of paper, transportation, hair and makeup, rentals, lighting, videographer, etc.

Kerri-Lynn was extremely involved and hands on in our planning in the best way. She made great suggestions, and was able to take our vision for the day and elevate it to the best level possible. She is professional, organized, efficient and such a wonderful person to have by your side during the craziness and excitement of wedding planning. We had so much FUN with her. Her awesome personality made everything so enjoyable and took all the wedding planning stresses away. After every meeting we had with her, my mom and I would always say how much we loved working with her and how grateful we were to have her helping us.

During the day of our wedding she was awesome- texting me pictures as our venue was getting set up, stopping by to check in with me and make sure all was running on time, keeping the ceremony in check, fluffing my train, keeping us calm, fed, hydrated and happy. If anything went wrong that day, we had no idea! I think that was one of the best things- Kerri-Lynn truly provided us with a peace of mind.

We truly could not have done the wedding without her. She made all of our dreams for our big day come true. I wish we could do it all over again!!!

Kerri-Lynn/Candice and their team were amazing and worth every single penny.
Candice literally SAVED one part of my wedding- i seriously do not know what would have happened if she hadn't been there.

These girls are reliable, trustworthy, hard-working and just so FUN to be around.

They will make your day truly incredible. <3

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kerri-Lynn .. WOW! She made my wedding absolutely perfect ... she understood exactly what i was trying to achieve in terms of the look, helped me pick AMAZING vendors who all worked so well together and really got my style. i just had so much fun with her over the last 9 months!! KL is incredibly responsive, attentive and very commercially focused. She provides real value added insights and her day-of guidance was above and beyond. The wedding would not have been the same without her ... and she is an amazing person! I am an incredibly organized / type A planner and i still found it amazing to have KL by my side for so many details and vendor guidance. She was referred to me by a friend and i am SO thankful. Truly amazing woman!

I hired Kerri-Lynn for month of coordination but what she did was way beyond that. She was willing to give suggestions on vendors when last minute I decided I wanted cinematography only a few months before.

The day ended up with so many things "going wrong" but I was never the wiser until the following week. Our limo broke down and she coordinated two to pick us up. A "wind burst" blew everything off the tables 2 hours before the wedding and everything was put back together and fixed before we arrived for cocktails and I would have never known had someone else not told me! Countless people have said “what a perfect wedding, nothing went wrong everything was flawless. I've never been to a wedding where everything ran perfectly” and I laugh at myself thinking of how Stella Day Events fixed everything without anyone (myself included) worrying.

Kerri-Lynn is amazing -- funny, fierce when she needs to me, and sweet and loving all at once. 5 people (yes 5) come up to me afterwards saying how they wanted to be best friends with KL in the future.

I without a doubt would recommend KL for Month Of Coordinating and if you can afford it or need it partial or full planning. It was the best decision we made about the wedding.

My experience with Stella Day Events was beyond words.....AMAZING! I don't know if I could of "keep it together" with out the help of Kerri-Lynn and her team. I would 100% recommend and/or refer Stella Day Events to anyone having an event, whether small or large.

The second I met with Stella Day, I started to feel calm, I knew right from the start I was in good hands. I felt that the team "just got me", my ideas, thoughts and mom!!

Not only am I "sad" that the wedding is over, I'm sad that the 900 daily emails/texts exchanges I had with the team are over! My relationship with Stella Day will forever be in my heart! I/We couldn't of done it with out them! xo
