She is really detail oriented. What I LOVE the MOST about Feyi is that she is calm. She does not panic ---- she is leveled headed. In a room full of chaos; she is going to get everything in order with a smile on her face. She is professional. She was a pleasure to work with. Feyi and her team are Phenomenal. Our wedding was a success thanks to Statuesque Events.

We purchased Fey’s services because of her experience effortlessly blending American and multicultural weddings (ours was American and Igbo-Nigerian). We were absolutely thrilled with the end result; Fey was prompt, detailed, and most importantly ON OUR SIDE when we had meetings with vendors and family members.

Her logistical skills are UNMATCHED!!! When necessary, she gave us honest and actionable advice for the wedding, and kept us on task and organized during the entire planning process, resulting in a seamless run of show. Our wedding was extremely well organized and ran on time, at some points even running ahead of schedule.

During the reception Fey and her team worked nonstop to make sure our guests received excellent service. Statuesque Events allowed us to have a wedding we, our families, and our guests enjoyed. We cannot recommend her enough!

Our wedding dreams were made possible because of Statuesque Events’ flawless execution! We hired Statuesque Events 2 years prior to our wedding, and I’m so thankful we did. From my first conversation with the owner, Feyisola, I knew she was the one for the job. Her calm personality, and ability to quickly provide solutions to challenges, caught my eye right away. Throughout the planning process, Feyisola intently listened to my messy articulation of a vision, and encouraged me to challenge the wedding “norms” to make the entire wedding day our own. The month leading up to our wedding, Feyisola made herself easily accessible for us to ask questions and tighten up any loose ends. Planning a wedding during COVID wasn’t easy at all, but I shared my faith with Feyisola, and she was right on board. Being new to the big event planning process, Feyisola made sure I was well prepared with a list of recommended vendors. I didn’t use all the vendors recommended, as Instagram was a major help (the platform also helped me find Statuesque Events), but it was nice knowing I wasn’t in the process alone.

The weekend of the wedding was nothing short of amazing. Feyisola ran the rehearsal smoothly and gave a personal touch by making sure to remember everyone in the bridal party’s name (almost 20 people). The morning of the wedding, Feyisola was in my room bright and early ready for the eventful day. I felt at complete ease, and worried about nothing at all. Feyisola and her team attended to everything and made sure all vendors were well informed and in place. Seeing the ceremony and reception venues for the first time were easily one of my favorite parts of the wedding day. To see a dream realized is truly hard to form into words. My husband was also blown away by the beauty of everything. We truly felt like loyalty. I remember opening my eyes and seeing the reception venue for the first time, and all I could do was scream “this is exactly what I wanted.” I am so thankful for the team of vendors, and Statuesque Events for quarterbacking the entire wedding.

Outside of marrying the perfect person for me, hiring Statuesque Events was easily one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day.

I loved working with Feyi and the Statuesque Events team. We were really concerned with capacity for our venue due to the ever-changing Covid restrictions and Feyi was a solid rock in our storm! She gave us the realistic view and helped us with planning contingencies. Luckily the restrictions opened up just in time for our wedding so no need for contingencies. Also Feyi gave recommendations for vendors that ended up working perfectly. The wedding went off considering that we were planning everything from different states than it was going to be in. Love Statuesque events and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Where to begin…Feyisola and her team at Statuesque Events are the best in the industry! From start to finish, they were professional and prompt. Feyisola walked my fiancé and I through the initial consultation and presented our options in a way that made it super easy to understand. Clarity of information is really important during such a busy time as wedding planning, and she nailed it. While I definitely wanted to be involved in my wedding planning process, my full time job simply did not afford me the time I’d need to take on the endeavor by myself. SE’s offer of the partial services package was particularly appealing to me for that reason, as it gave me the ability to make ultimate decisions but with the options and guidance provided by SE. The package not only came with full access to Feyisola for all of my many random questions, but also came with access to a great online wedding planning website that allowed me to track my budget, share inspiration ideas with SE, and keep track of my wedding check list. From start to finish, Feyisola kept me on task. She even came with me and my family to try on dresses, and watched me say yes to the dress! She also sent us a very nice wedding shower gift, which came as a total surprise to us. Even more than all of those amazing things, what I really appreciated about Feyisola was that she catered to my desires to have a Christian wedding. She recommended a DJ that fit our needs, helped me find praise dancers for our reception, and even recommended Christian songs we could incorporate into our day. She not only understood my vision, but she helped me execute it.

Importantly, our wedding day was a dream. Everything went off without a hitch. If there were any problems, I never knew about them. From the early morning wake up call to saying goodbye to our guests at the end of the night, Feyisola and her team were with us throughout the entire day. This meant even more to me because the night before the wedding I dumped on Feyisola the task of completing my seating chart, even though we didn’t discuss it prior. I was swamped and stressed, but she gladly took it off of my plate. In the morning, Feyisola and her team got our bridal party our breakfast, made sure we were dressed and our make up was done, coordinated our first look, made sure my wedding day gift to my husband was delivered to him safely, and kept us all on time. She very wisely built cushions in to our wedding day timeline in case of unexpected delays, and these proved necessary. Having been in a number of weddings, I know how important it is to have the day of your wedding run smoothly (and how bad things can get it doesn’t), and I am all the more thankful I had Feyisola and her team with me that day. It was truly a wonderful day, and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest, just the way we’re all supposed to.

In sum, SE is amazing. You get above and beyond what you pay for. SE could (and probably should) charge a lot more than they do, because the value of their services is worth so much more than the bill. If you’re looking for a team that knows the wedding industry inside and out but will cater your wedding planning experience to your needs and beliefs, then look no further!

From the first day my husband and I had a meeting with Fey we knew she was the perfect planner to hire for our wedding. We already had 2 kids, were actually already married for 2 years, lived in Illinois and needed to plan our multicultural Nigerian/Mexican/American wedding in New Jersey. Fey and her team are experts at what they do. Fey was our primary planner and she ensured that everything went as it we envisioned. During the planning process, she was there every step of the way to answer our questions or to help get us back on track. Always patient and unflappable, Fey was the ultimate architect of our beautiful day. I wanted to take a moment and talk about Feyisola who was my amazing wedding planner and also the owner of Statuesque Events. From the day Antoine and I talked to her when we were trying to decide what planner to go with we knew that Fey was the one.

She took the time to get to know us not only individually but as a couple which meant a lot to us. Anytime I or my husband needed her she made sure she was not just accessible via email but also by phone/text and even met up with us in person. Anytime a challenge came our way, from finding a church and then having to move the ceremony due to construction, Fey was able to come up with solutions that not only worked but were better than the original idea. Fey listened to our (my lol) ideas and brought them to life. Our wedding ceremony and reception was intimate and gorgeous just the way we wanted it.

On a very personal note I can’t express how caring Fey is. It wasn’t just about the wedding but she cared about me as a person. Less than 10 days out I started stressing about everything making myself physically ill. I wind up sending her this crazy email just freaking out about everything. Not only did she email me back assuring me everything would be fine and beautiful she called me as well to offer additional reassurance and didn’t get off the phone until I was ok. Lastly my dad became very ill during our reception. Fey could tell I was worried and distraught. She just held me which was so needed in that moment.
