Smooth Sailing!

Erin & Katie were wonderful and made our wedding run smoothly --- their positive energy also made us feel like we were in good hands. To be honest, I am not quite sure what was going on behind the scenes and I think that's the point of hiring a coordinator-- to not know! Erin & Katie were more than just day-of coordinators-- they really took the time to work with us in the weeks leading up to our wedding in order to finalize and brainstorm all of the details that made our day so magical!

Would hire her again in a heartbeat

SO SO glad that we had Erin for our small wedding in NYC. She made us feel 100% comfortable and that we could rest assured that she had everything under control, which went such a long way for us. We had spoken to numerous other coordinators, and no one came close to Erin. Her positive energy, "calm, cool, and collected" yet just the right amount assertive demeanor, and overall kindness, made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. She was one step ahead of me the whole time, and knew all of the right questions to ask our vendors. We truly could not have done this without her, even with a group of 20. Even our guests noticed how amazing she was. Bottom line -- hire Erin and DO NOT THINK TWICE.

Big help!!

Erin and Kelly were great, they responded to questions super fast, stayed calm and collected and were well organized. Kelly helped immensely on the day of the wedding and had everything under control. Thank you so much!!

Erin is a lifesaver!

We hired Erin for our June 4th wedding and could not be happier! My husband and I are both former actors and lifelong theater people, so we knew from the beginning that we wanted a stage manager for our wedding. Finding someone who is both a stage manager and a wedding professional was a dream come true! Our event was very DIY, and a bunch of family stuff came up in the months leading up, so by 2 months out I was completely overwhelmed with the process and at my limit. But from my first phone call with Erin, I felt totally reassured. Her theatrical background made me feel really at home and confident that she could handle anything. She was so responsive to my frantic emails and texts, and was an absolute angel on the day - she took care of every detail so we could actually enjoy ourselves, kept me calm before I walked down the aisle, and at the end of the night so many guests commented on how smoothly things had gone. Trust me, YOU NEED HER.

Worth every penny!

Jessica and Erin surpassed all of our expectations. They were part of our wedding journey from start to finish, managing many Covid uncertainties and 3 wedding postpones! They were not only helpful but extremely professional, flexible, empathetic and responsive throughout our entire experience.

The day of our wedding Jessica made me and my family feel at ease. Anything we needed she had and if she didn't she went and found it!

Highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed!

Magical wedding day!

Erin and Jess worked so hard to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. I'm quite particular and really knew what I wanted and I could not have been happier with my entire wedding day. Having a 150 person wedding down at a remote ceremony location with travel logistics is no easy feat, but none of our guests would have ever known because it all went so smoothly. I really can't get over how perfect everything was, and I know how much work and hustle goes on behind the scenes the day of to make that happen. Erin and Jess were crucial in all of this and I was so lucky to have them.

Erin is the best!

I can’t say enough about Erin. At our wedding over half of our guests got stuck in traffic and a 15 minute ride turned into an hour and 15 minutes. We were racing against sunset for the ceremony and I was panicking, but Erin kept her cool and we pulled it off!! She was so prepared and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy. It turned out to be a perfect night.

Life Saver!

We couldn't have had our wedding without Erin! She was the most supportive throughout all of our covid issues and had a smile on her face the whole time. She's quick to respond and problem solve and gets along with everyone. We're SO thankful for her help and services!!

Everything you want for your daughters wedding weekend

I can’t say enough great things about Erin and how helpful she was during our wedding weekend. Professional and cheerful, Erin stuck with us during pre covid, post covid, drastic weather changes and venue changes. She took charge of coordinating all our vendors. She took any stress we may have had and made it magically disappear. She is super organized and became our family friend over the course of the weekend. Highly recommend!

Absolutely seamless experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Erin and Jess. Jess was my day of contact. They both are simply amazing! Erin is so responsive and organized, always available for questions. Jess was great as my day of coordinator. She went above and beyond from the beginning to the end - had endless supplies (even ended up sewing my bustle in). I really felt like I could trust her, she put myself at ease all day and my wedding day went legit perfect!
