SO SO glad that we had Erin for our small wedding in NYC. She made us feel 100% comfortable and that we could rest assured that she had everything under control, which went such a long way for us. We had spoken to numerous other coordinators, and no one came close to Erin. Her positive energy, "calm, cool, and collected" yet just the right amount assertive demeanor, and overall kindness, made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. She was one step ahead of me the whole time, and knew all of the right questions to ask our vendors. We truly could not have done this without her, even with a group of 20. Even our guests noticed how amazing she was. Bottom line -- hire Erin and DO NOT THINK TWICE. -

We hired Erin for our June 4th wedding and could not be happier! My husband and I are both former actors and lifelong theater people, so we knew from the beginning that we wanted a stage manager for our wedding. Finding someone who is both a stage manager and a wedding professional was a dream come true! Our event was very DIY, and a bunch of family stuff came up in the months leading up, so by 2 months out I was completely overwhelmed with the process and at my limit. But from my first phone call with Erin, I felt totally reassured. Her theatrical background made me feel really at home and confident that she could handle anything. She was so responsive to my frantic emails and texts, and was an absolute angel on the day - she took care of every detail so we could actually enjoy ourselves, kept me calm before I walked down the aisle, and at the end of the night so many guests commented on how smoothly things had gone. Trust me, YOU NEED HER. -

I can’t say enough about Erin. At our wedding over half of our guests got stuck in traffic and a 15 minute ride turned into an hour and 15 minutes. We were racing against sunset for the ceremony and I was panicking, but Erin kept her cool and we pulled it off!! She was so prepared and made me feel like I wasn’t crazy. It turned out to be a perfect night. -

We were so pleased with our experience with Erin and Jessica. They were so warm and accessible and really helped with my wedding day stress. We were required to hire a DOC for our venue and honestly, it was the best money we spent. I would recommend hiring a DOC even if you aren't required to, it really makes a difference. They were organized, communicative, and day of when a few things went awry, Jessica handled it no questions. They are lovely and very professional! Hire them! -

I cant imagine our wedding day without Erin and Jessica! We got married outdoors at our family home with over 200 relatives and friends. Also, we got married in New York and planned our wedding from LA. Erin, with her superb organization and communication skills, kept us on track and made sure we weren't forgetting any important details. She was very accessible, professional, energetic and really fun to work with. She reached out to all our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. All this pre-planning made our day run so smoothly. Nothing was missed! We are so thankful for her help. Jessica has master crowd management skills and seamlessly kept the day running smoothly. She fixed issues before they became problems and she anticipated my needs - bringing me supplies, food and drinks. She made sure we didn't miss out on any part of the wedding day. I highly recommend them for your special day! -
Megan Sent on 08/01/2018Erin is a saint, an angel, a wedding good luck fairy. I honestly didn’t realize how much I needed her there until she was - because of her I did not worry. Because of her I could soak it all in and remain present. Because of her, I could relax.
Thank you will never be enough.
There are so many things that one can forgo on their wedding day - don’t skip over having a point person.
Erin will execute the dreams that you’ve been planning for months become a reality - and help you, your fiancé, your bridal party, your loved ones feel at ease.
It’s impossible to be stressed or nervous when Erin’s working a wedding, for she handles it all! -

Dana Sent on 10/06/2018We hired Erin to be our wedding day-of coordinator and were so impressed by her work. She was very professional, clear, and responsive. She helped us plan before the wedding and was with us throughout the weekend to coordinate the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. There were many small emergencies that she handled with ease. She was such a calming and positive presence, and truly made our wedding day better. We wholeheartedly recommend her! -
