We recently had a wedding at Paterson's Farm in Howell NJ. The location was perfect, but required us to search for a caterer. The owner Sharon, recommended Shore Catering as one of a handful of options. I personally spoke with a few and decided on Shore. What a great decision as they were perfect in all areas and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We dealt with Patty (the founder) and Bryan the current owner and they both made it happen with great communication and exemplary service. We had 173 guests and they delivered on delicious appy's, and then plated dinners for all our guests. Maria was there to ensure everything went well, and the feedback from our guests has been amazing. I highly recommend Shore. You will not be disappointed.

From the very beginning, Summer was incredibly helpful and responsive — answering all of our (many!) questions about booking, menus, and logistics. She made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in great hands.

On the big day, Maria, our maitre’d, was a total superstar. She coordinated every detail behind the scenes with grace and precision, making sure everything ran seamlessly. We were able to fully enjoy our day knowing she had everything covered.

The food? Amazing. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour — from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the unique stations, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The appetizers kept coming and guests were impressed by the amount of options; we did upgrade the package to add some additional appetizers! The dinner buffet was standard!

When we tasted the food we knew that our guests would be happy with our selection of shore catering (and we were right! We recieved many compliments on the dinner and hors d'oeuvres). What we DIDN'T realize is that we were receiving more than just a catering service- we were receiving what felt like a warm welcome into a family business that took some of the stress out of the wedding planning process!

Shore was the only caterer we encountered that was willing to work within our budget, and individually tailor a package to meet our needs, allowing us to feel comfortable financially without feeling like we were sacrificing ANY of the quality and elegance that we wanted for our wedding!

Moreover, on the day of our wedding, summer took care of us as though we were her oldest friends, meeting us with so much genuine warmth and a contagious smile. She made sure we were able to actually eat and drink (which so many of our friends told us would be difficult to do at our wedding!) and kept the vibe HIGH even in spite of pouring rain and floods on the day of the event!

We wish we could get married again and again and we would hire Shore Catering every single time!!

My wedding was basically an elopement, but it still felt so fancy and grand because of Shore Catering. They set everything up and made it so easy. Although the setting was my parent's backyard, it felt like we were at a venue. It was awesome. Thank you so much!

August 5th I got married at an out door venue. As soon as the caterers showed up it started to down pour. the staff was well prepared, didn't bat an eye, popped up some tents, continued to set up the buffet where it was originally planned and everything was delicious and amazing. Patty, Summer & Bryan were so amazing to work with in planning our beach wedding at Taylor Pavilion. The food was phenomenal! Bryan came out with a tray of food from the cocktail hour for us when we were taking photos on the beach which was so nice!
