As soon as we contacted Falco’s, we felt like we had no reason to worry as they made us feel instantly like we could relax and were in good hands! Renee made it clear from the beginning that she wanted us to not have to worry and just enjoy our big day- and that is exactly how it went. I cannot recommend Falco’s enough.

I don't even know just how to put into this box how grateful I am to have found Falco's and to have worked with them for our wedding. From top to bottom, from our first e-mail until we drove away from the reception, and even after, Falco's was my favorite team of people I have ever worked with.
Their expertise and wisdom from experience, their attention to detail and genuine care, and their incredibly professional team, made our day the best it could have been. We felt like the King and Queen of the world all day. From setting up the stations, coordinating with our rentals and other vendors, to even wrapping up a bit of everything from each station for us to bring home at the end of the night, we could not have dreamt of a better catering team.
Their familiarity with our venue (Tatum Park in Middletown) was also a huge score. These guys made a public park feel like a high-end, whimsical, tucked away, nugget of a venue. Tatum is beautiful on its own, but Falco's made the event feel so elevated and so true to the space at the same time.
I can't say enough about Alissa who worked with us on the sales and coordination end. The communication was always expedient and professional, but so human and grounded. I felt like I was talking to a friend by the end and I still miss talking to her all the time and the strings of e-mails filled with questions that she always answered, happily.
Lisa, my angel and also the maitre d', what a superstar. Her energy during our venue walk-through a few days out from the wedding made me feel so at-ease and so excited. I knew that, with Lisa, I would be as stress-free and grounded as possible on such a hectic day. She checked in with me constantly, answered all of the questions that I didn't even know to ask, and made me feel so taken care of. From wiping icing out of my nose after our cake cutting, to wire cutting the boning of my wedding dress to keep it from hurting me, to her warm smile and radiant confidence.
The food. Like, come on. Absolutely fantastic. We got so many compliments on our food stations. We chose to go with a cocktail reception to have the flexibility and who wouldn't want options like an Asian wok station where the food is served in take-out boxes? We made the best decision, and so many of our guests said that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.
I could sing their praises forever, and I will, but you will know exactly what I mean as soon as you talk to them.
I would get married all over again just to have them cater it.

Falco’s Catering was absolutely incredible for our September wedding at the Asbury Hotel. The food was outstanding—our guests are still talking about it—and the service truly went above and beyond. They helped make the entire day run even better than we could have ever envisioned.
One thing that meant so much to us was how attentive they were to my husband’s dairy allergy. They went out of their way to ensure he could safely eat everything he wanted on our wedding day, which gave us so much peace of mind and made the experience even more special.
Alissa was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process—she helped us customize our menu to perfection while being incredibly mindful of our budget, finding creative ways to include what mattered most to us and eliminate what didn’t. On the day of the wedding, Heather and Lisa were amazing—so attentive, professional, and genuinely caring.

I could not recommend Falco more! For starters, their food was delicious and their team is beyond friendly and helpful. We had our wedding in our backyard and we were blown away by how involved they were beforehand. The owner/chef came to see the property and work with us to create a floor plan. We also loved that he brought a rep from Ocean Tents to see everything and work together. Then about a week beforehand our maître d came out to see the property and go over all the details she would be able to help with. We loved that neither of them came in blind the day of!
Our maître d Lisa was incredible! She was so friendly/ helpful while also keeping everyone in line to make sure the flow of the day kept moving. We loved that she made us a plate of cocktail hour foods to eat privately after pictures and before heading out to say our hellos to our guests. We also appreciated that she looked out for us and our parents at dinner time. She would make sure all of us stopped and ate at some point, otherwise we probably would’ve spent the whole day on an empty stomach.

Finally we have to shout out Heather. Heather was our point person through email from day one. She was so friendly and helpful, we could not have pulled off the day without her. Trying to pull off a backyard wedding is stressful but Heather helped every step of the way.

We used Falco's for our wedding at The Asbury Hotel. The service was top notch from start to end! We worked with Heather as our maitre d'. Heather and her team were very responsive and extremely helpful leading up to our event. On the day of the wedding they executed everything exactly as described and more. Her team was very professional, friendly, and helpful the entire night. We loved the food and the all our guests commented on how fun and tasty the hors d'oeuvres were during cocktail hour. Heather and her team were awesome!! Ours was a second wedding for both of us. I called Heather in desperation as our first venue fell through. She was amazing from start to finish! The food was great the staff was accommodating. CALL THEM and if you have your wedding here please invite me 😂

If you want to have a wedding with food that is delicious and customized to you, Falco’s is the best. Working with Alissa for over a year of planning was absolutely amazing, she was always quick to answer our emails and went into detail with every possible option we could choose for our contract. We got married down the shore and inquired if we could have boardwalk inspired food at our cocktail hour. Not only did Alissa deliver with food recommendations, she created an entire boardwalk station for us (corn dogs, onions rings, cheese fries, so much more) which was something that was not included in the listed cocktail hour options! The team was so attentive and focused on making sure we had everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. Our maitre d’ Heather and bridal attendant Lisa made sure our reception went smooth and that we always had food and drinks in hand. We highly recommend getting the Italian ice as one of your dessert options, our guests absolutely loved them!

Highly recommend!! Falco's went above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process and they made our day so special at The Asbury Hotel. Heather kept us updated throughout our planning and she was helpful whenever we needed something. Both Heather and Renee provided unbelieveable service the day of our wedding, as well as the other Falco's staff. The food was great and we received plenty of compliments from our guests about it. The service and presentation was awesome as well. Truly a great experience working with them and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful experience with Falco's for our 4/28 wedding in Asbury Park. After meeting with Lisa and expressing that our goal was to get on to the dance floor after dinner as quickly as possible, she MADE IT HAPPEN!
