WOW!!! Just incredible!!! The food was outstanding!! I am still getting calls 3 weeks later about how delicious the food was and fresh with 300+people to feed! The staff was gorgeous!!! The place was full love love thru the food, the crowd & the staff!
There was always a constant smile & love for us, during the evening & with the people working the event, even with 310+ people. What a great team, Falco's brought even more love to the night!! Could not have been more friendly & professional. Absolutely perfect!
We highly recommend Falco's to host your event. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring the best catering team in the tristate area!!

Fairest of them All!

My husband and I tied the knot on 10/10/2020 and we are thrilled to have chosen Falco's as our catering service! They went above and beyond to help us have the fairytale wedding of our dreams! They helped with last minute decorating, they put safety first when it came to planning a COVID wedding, and they walked us through each and every step of the process. My guests are STILL talking about the food! From the mashed potato bar to the lechon, every bite was heavenly! They even took care of clearing the centerpieces and other decor outside so we could relax and enjoy the day! Truly wonderful service!

My fiance and I LITERALLY vetted dozens of caterers leading up to our wedding, so when we found Falco's it was like a breath of fresh air! From day one, the entire Falco's team provided outstanding customer service and INCREDIBLE food! We had a pescatarian menu and did a cocktail style reception that turned out amazing. All of our guests raved up and down about the food. But that's not even touching on the best part of Falco's for us: Our contact Alissa was amazing throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. Whenever I needed something, I just reached out to her and it was done that day. She helped with everything from the seating chart to the alcohol order and then some! To boot, our Maitre D' Katrina was incredible the day of our wedding. Katrina anticipated potential issues I wouldn't have even thought of and truly made our day go off without a hitch. In short, we really owe so much of the success of our wedding to Falco's and couldn't have done it without their amazing team. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding, look no further - Falco's will give you delicious food, incredible customer service, and peace of mind on your wedding day, which is priceless!

The Falcos team was amazing to work with during the entire wedding process! The team was flexible with our changes and did everything to accommodate us! The food at cocktail hour and dinner delicious and all our guests were very happy with the spread provided. Lisa was our Maître D and if she is available you MUST request her, her experience and attention to details is above and beyond what you could image. (she even bustled my dress!) Thank you for everything!!

Falco's just did everything right!

Falco's was a preferred vendor of our venue and thank goodness they were. Let me first start with the tasting - they invited us to an event where we can taste a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres, hot food stations and entrées prepared for a large group of people. We found that perfect, in that setting we really saw their commitment to quality and their expertise in preparing food for large groups.

We went with the mini meals - which was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about it. We originally were looking for a traditional sit down wedding dinner but saw that Falco's had an option for mini meals served table side. We started thinking about doing something different that both maximized the dance party and while also being something that our guests have not experienced before. We wanted to find a different type of wedding dining experience that would be memorable. The mini meals ended up being perfect as guests were able to eat on the go (or in our case the dance floor) while other guests could still enjoy dinner at the tables. The food ended up being great, but most of our guests remember more the incredible party they did not have to stop partying to eat.

They took care of everything and worked with all of our other vendors so seamlessly it just made our lives so simple. We cannot thank them enough for making our day amazing.

Falco’s did everything we could ask for and more for our wedding reception at the Watermark in Asbury Park, NJ. We wanted a chic, fun cocktail style wedding, with lounge type seating and no sit-down dinner, with fun food circulating and fancy drinks flowing, and lots of dancing and mingling. Falco’s did their part to create exactly what we wanted. Lisa, the maitre d, worked together with our event coordinator to make sure the venue looked amazing. The wait-staff was pleasant and professional, took care of everything! The food was delicious! We chose the Watermark Package, which is specially designed for the venue. The antipasta was a delicious start to the reception. Then, the passed hors d’oeuvres started. While we were designing the menu with Falco’s, I had had the idea to incorporate a boardwalk theme – Alissa, the Falco’s team member in charge of our event, promptly sent me a list of fun ideas for these boardwalk bites, including mini sausage/ pepper sliders, philly cheesesteaks, coney island franks, pizza bites, and corn dogs, French fries, coconut shrimp -- fabulous! Guests raved about these! The mini meal entrees were passed butler style in martini glasses, & guests could have as many of each as they liked. Delicious food! Dessert was cupcakes made by my sister, but Falco’s added pastries and chocolate-covered strawberries, and a coffee service. They were really accommodating about the cupcakes, too – my sis dropped them off the day before the wedding, and they arrived the next day in perfect shape, and they set up the cupcake tower that I provided too and it looked spectacular. Lisa was so awesome to work with: attentive, organized, and warm and went out of her way to make us feel confident and excited about the event. Alissa was wonderful as well, helping us execute our vision. Falco’s listened to everything we said and wanted, and delivered beyond our expectations! Their price was reasonable as well, very good value. Highly recommend this quality company.

Let me start this review by saying I am not easily impressed, but I am VERY IMPRESSED by Falco's! I am a wedding photographer by trade, and therefore have eaten hundreds of wedding meals made by countless venues and caterers across NJ. And when it came time to plan my own reception, I hired Falcos. From start to finish, Falco's staff was friendly, professional, flexible, and took pride in the quality of their work. From the beginning, we had long list of special requests, and they accommodated every one. Our venue was a 150+ year old house with many logistical challenges, but they planned and executed the food service flawlessly. Alissa, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and prepared, coordinating all of our rentals and bartenders for us. She was always available, and quick to respond to any question. Falco's menu options are the more diverse than any other caterer we considered, and they even added some unique 'special request' recipes. Our menu was served cocktail style, with several stations throughout the night, including passed appetizers, a satay station, raw bar, and a french fry bar. And you can bet those were some crispy, delicious fries that our guests are still talking about! Speaking of compliments, I had several guests walk up to me with an hors d'oeuvre in hand, saying "You HAVE to try this....". My only regret is that I did not get to eat more during the party!!! We priced out several different Monmouth County caterers, and Falco's pricing was very reasonable for our specific menu. My sister, who is herself a catering chef down South, commented several times about their exceptional value, quality, and professionalism. The day of staff was friendly, organized and worked hard throughout the party. They even indulged my decor obsession by serving our desserts on my collection of antique serving ware. We recently used Falco's for our wedding at the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park and they were amazing!! From the planning right up through the day of the wedding, they were phenomenal! I had the pleasure of working with Alissa. I don't think I could have asked her more questions! She was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful! She was so patient and kind and I don't know what I would have done without her! She went out of her way to make sure that our wedding was perfect and just how we envisioned it! Everyone at the wedding loved the food!!! It was so delicious and well done. Falco's really goes out of their way to make sure you are happy. I can't imagine anyone else being able to do what they did! They are the best and I can't thank them enough for making our day so amazing!

Our daughters wedding was 5/21/2016 at the Berkeley Oceanfront . It was better then I could have ever imagined! This is thanks to the hard work of Falcos team- most specifically Alyssa and Heather. They were responsive and helpful EVERY time we called with questions or concerns. The food was absolutely delicious (I am very picky as a caterer myself) It was all nicely presented-(we picked the handmade appetizers) and did the buffet. We saw lovely, smiling servers all night. The tables were continuously cleared, the glasses were watered and everyone commented on both the food quality, great service and venue. I would highly recommend Falco's wherever your event may be(though their experience at the Berkeley kept me very calm-knowing they know the place inside and out). I cannot say enough about them and their staff. Thank you Falco's for helping my daughter and her new husband have their dream wedding!

Falco's catered our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel on May 30, 2015. Everyone we worked with from Falco's was amazing!!! Alissa was very flexible, informative, and response to all of our questions and needs. She met with us a few times to go over all of the details and was very easy to work and get along with. Our Maitre D', Lisa, was on top of everything the day of the wedding and made sure things went exactly how we had asked them to. Our guests were very complimentary of the wait staff during cocktail hour and the reception and they have not stopped raving about how great the food was! Our wedding day was even better than we had dreamed and we owe Falco's a big thank you for making that happen! They went above and beyond for us and I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

From the beginning of our wedding planning to the end, Falco's staff was there for us. They never fell short of our expectations and Steve's commitment to quality service. Jenna, our Maitre d, was our "ace in the hole" all night. Our daughter's wedding was everything we expected and hoped it would be!

Where do we even start. If you dream it, Falco's can make it happen. Working with Alyssa was like working with a fairy godmother who makes all your wishes come true. They were always super responsive and on top of everything every step of the way. They can do this stuff in their sleep and are truly in the business for the love of it.

Falco's was the secret man behind the curtain who made everything come to life. Alyssa continued to add items to our package as they came up and was always recommending different options to improve and fill in where we weren't sure. Lisa as the maitre die was absolutely incredible at execution, making everything go smoothly, and not letting us know any little hiccups that occurred during the reception by handling with grace and professionalism.

Alyssa always made sure that we had the exact food that we wanted by changing and altering options to what we liked.

Five months later the most talked about thing at our wedding is still the bacon bar. Yes, that's right, bacon bar. Three different types of bacon and sauces. Incredible. They perfected our stations to have a taste of everything on top of a fully stocked cocktail hour with extra little surprises.

I wouldn't change a thing and wish we could do it over and over again to work with them and eat the amazing food they create. An absolute pleasure to work with and we recommend them over and over again

Choosing Falco's as our vendor was perhaps the best decision we made on our big day (apart from marrying each other!). Our wedding was at the Asbury Hotel, which highly recommended Falco's. We worked primarily with Alissa, and there are not enough words to sing her praises. She is super friendly, professional, and extremely responsive - and delightfully, she truly is invested in making sure that your day is free of stress, full of food, and joyous. She was truly willing to personalize our big day to our tastes without ever upselling us, and had an answer to everything - a well-oiled machine that never felt like stodgy, boring, or overly traditional. We were blown away by Renee, our Maitre D' - like Alissa, totally on top of everything, so nice, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She somehow executed many moving parts with such efficiency and expertise. Most importantly, the food was awesomely delicious and everyone raved about it. There is not enough praise for Falco's - they make the entire process as easy as possible, do it with such joy, and truly make you feel like family.

We really enjoyed working with Falco's catering for my daughter's wedding. They were extremely responsive and attentive. The food was wonderful and plentiful! We had a couple of guests that required Kosher food and they had another caterer that they work with for the Kosher food. They made sure that our guests were served the food that was ordered for them. The food and their service was great!

We used Falco's Catering for our wedding at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel in Asbury Park a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good about Falco's! We knew we were in capable hands after our very first emails with Alissa and after the food tasting when we got to meet the team, including the owners who made a point to come around table to table to introduce themselves and answer questions. Alissa was our main point person, and she answered all our questions, big and small during the entire process!! She took the time to meet with us to finalize our menu and organize all of the personal touches we wanted to have during the wedding day. The wedding day went so smoothly - it was a complete dream! The food was terrific! Our family and friends raved about the cocktail hour and were especially impressed with the number of hors d'oeuvres, and the amount of cocktail foods passed on the trays. Lisa, the Maitre D, and Katelyn, the Captain, were so accommodating during the whole night. I'm not the "princess type" but they truly made me feel like royalty. They were there every step of the may, getting us food and drinks as needed, encouraging us to eat! It was awesome!! And Falco's worked so well with the Berkeley Hotel, throughout the whole process, that the planning was seamless! I would definitely recommend Falco's Catering, again and again!

Lisa and Heather were awesome! They took full control of the day so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was great and everyone had a great time. I was slightly concerned with the way that the venue was handling things from the beginning but Lisa and Falco's worked with us through everything and it turned out wonderful. Thank you so much!

We highly recommend Falco's Catering. They are professional, helpful and efficient. Alyssa helped us plan the perfect menu for our rehearsal dinner and for our event the next day. Our wedding fell during Winter Storm Jonas, but Falcos made sure the food arrived during the Blizzard without issue. They also had all the food arrive the next day at Watermark even with all the left over snow. The food was delicious and the events turned out perfect!

Unbelievable food and service!!

Wow! We cannot recommend Falco’s enough!! From Day 1, they gave us an overwhelming menu choice that allowed us to truly customize the food to our favorites. We had a standard cocktail hour and sit-down plated dinner, and everything was delicious!! From a sushi bar to the steak dinner - guests are still raving about the food! Lisa was our maitre’d the day of, and she made sure we weren’t without food or drink the whole night. During the beginning of cocktail hour, she even made us a plate of all the hors d'oeuvres to eat before we went out to see everyone! We also did passed desserts - s’mores, ice cream, and zeppole fries, which was a huge hit!! Our reception was at the Asbury Hotel, and they have worked together in the past, so the communication and day-of was seamless! Falco’s was very easy to communicate with and we recommend them to everyone!

Falco's recently catered our wedding at the Berkeley Hotel and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Both Alissa and Jenna were a pleasure to work with from the first time we made contact. It really set us at ease when we learned how often Falco's worked at the Berkeley and how comfortable they were in the space and with many of the vendors we selected. We have heard nothing but rave reviews on the cocktail hour and entree meals, which was very important to us. Alissa was always happy to answer all of our questions (no matter how silly they may have been) and even just to chat and throw around ideas for the reception. Jenna was amazing day of, and ensured that we had food during cocktail hour, were able to actually EAT our entrees and took all of our things up to our room (including leftovers) once the wedding was over. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend Falco's for any of your catering needs!!

Falco's catered my daughter's wedding last weekend. We had the reception in our backyard. From beginning to end everything went perfectly. We worked with Alissa and Heather. They were so professional. Heather was our Maitre d' and came to my home the week before the wedding to go over everything we wanted. She arrived early the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Anything we needed or wanted they were always there to help or to make any adjustments. Stephen also came to our home in August to review the menu and help configure our backyard for the set up of tents and the flow of the wedding. All our guests raved about the food!! Stephen was our chef and we really could not of been happier with everyone from Falco's. Would recommend Falco's to anyone who is planning a wedding.

There are seriously not enough good words to describe how wonderful my experience working with Falco's was! I worked with Alissa and she was absolutely the best. She answered every single question i ever had, walked me through anything i was unsure or unfamiliar with, provided suggestions and opinions and was there for anything i needed along the way. She was SO fast about responding (i specifically remember emailing her at like 9 pm and within a half hour or less she had responded)!

the food was absolutely delicious - everyone at our wedding was extremely impressed by all the food from cocktail hour (the sushi, cheese steak station and soo many passed hors d'oeuvres), through dinner (the delicious choices of chicken, steak or fish) even to our dessert with a smores bar and mini milkshakes!

our maitre d' for the night was Lisa and she orchestrated everything to perfection! everything flowed smoothly and all of the decorations i had gotten/made, such as various signs, pictures, and even an entire candy bar that i had a diagram for (yes i was a little bit of crazy bride ;)) - Lisa set up perfectly! (she said she had never seen a bride with as much stuff as me).. but she did a great job at pulling it all together exactly as i wanted it!!

I honestly could go on and on but bottom line, Falco's was the best to work with - great people in every position, great food and they will definitely help you to create the wedding of your dreams!

10/10 Amazing

I could not recommend Falco more! For starters, their food was delicious and their team is beyond friendly and helpful. We had our wedding in our backyard and we were blown away by how involved they were beforehand. The owner/chef came to see the property and work with us to create a floor plan. We also loved that he brought a rep from Ocean Tents to see everything and work together. Then about a week beforehand our maître d came out to see the property and go over all the details she would be able to help with. We loved that neither of them came in blind the day of!
Our maître d Lisa was incredible! She was so friendly/ helpful while also keeping everyone in line to make sure the flow of the day kept moving. We loved that she made us a plate of cocktail hour foods to eat privately after pictures and before heading out to say our hellos to our guests. We also appreciated that she looked out for us and our parents at dinner time. She would make sure all of us stopped and ate at some point, otherwise we probably would’ve spent the whole day on an empty stomach.

Finally we have to shout out Heather. Heather was our point person through email from day one. She was so friendly and helpful, we could not have pulled off the day without her. Trying to pull off a backyard wedding is stressful but Heather helped every step of the way.

CANNOT EXPRESS HOW AMAZING FALCOS IS. My wedding was at the Berkeley in Asbury park and Falcos handled everything for me. Leading up to the wedding I worked with Alissa. Her email responses were answered quickly and thoroughly. She was just so helpful and my meeting with her about final food choices was incredible. She was just so kind and I felt extremely comfortable telling her all my quirky little visions for my day, including my choice of PB & J as my wedding dinner. Heather ran my wedding the day of. She was fabulous !!!! Again, she made me feel so comfortable in letting me know she was there for anything I needed and she just ran my wedding perfectly. Renee was my caption and I literally would finish a sip of my drink and have another in my hand. What great people they have working at Falcos truly. The guests loved the food especially at cocktail hour. And the goodbye station was a great touch. FALCOS IS AMAZING.
