Don’t think twice - Hire Falcos!
Falco’s Catering was absolutely incredible for our September wedding at the Asbury Hotel. The food was outstanding—our guests are still talking about it—and the service truly went above and beyond. They helped make the entire day run even better than we could have ever envisioned.
One thing that meant so much to us was how attentive they were to my husband’s dairy allergy. They went out of their way to ensure he could safely eat everything he wanted on our wedding day, which gave us so much peace of mind and made the experience even more special.
Alissa was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process—she helped us customize our menu to perfection while being incredibly mindful of our budget, finding creative ways to include what mattered most to us and eliminate what didn’t. On the day of the wedding, Heather and Lisa were amazing—so attentive, professional, and genuinely caring.
We couldn’t recommend Falco’s more highly. Exceptional food, exceptional service, and an exceptional team! Look no further to make your wedding day perfect! -

I could not recommend Falco more! For starters, their food was delicious and their team is beyond friendly and helpful. We had our wedding in our backyard and we were blown away by how involved they were beforehand. The owner/chef came to see the property and work with us to create a floor plan. We also loved that he brought a rep from Ocean Tents to see everything and work together. Then about a week beforehand our maître d came out to see the property and go over all the details she would be able to help with. We loved that neither of them came in blind the day of!
Our maître d Lisa was incredible! She was so friendly/ helpful while also keeping everyone in line to make sure the flow of the day kept moving. We loved that she made us a plate of cocktail hour foods to eat privately after pictures and before heading out to say our hellos to our guests. We also appreciated that she looked out for us and our parents at dinner time. She would make sure all of us stopped and ate at some point, otherwise we probably would’ve spent the whole day on an empty stomach.
Finally we have to shout out Heather. Heather was our point person through email from day one. She was so friendly and helpful, we could not have pulled off the day without her. Trying to pull off a backyard wedding is stressful but Heather helped every step of the way. -

We used Falco's for our wedding at The Asbury Hotel. The service was top notch from start to end! We worked with Heather as our maitre d'. Heather and her team were very responsive and extremely helpful leading up to our event. On the day of the wedding they executed everything exactly as described and more. Her team was very professional, friendly, and helpful the entire night. We loved the food and the all our guests commented on how fun and tasty the hors d'oeuvres were during cocktail hour. Would highly recommend Falco's for your event! -

We knew we wanted to do something different for our wedding, and Falco's was the perfect partner to help us bring our vision to life. Their wide array of packages and options allowed us to pick and choose what was best for us and our guests. Alisa, Heather and Lisa are in a league of their own, and their partnership over the year and a half planning process was much appreciated. They have a great reputation with other vendors and the way they worked across the aisle with the rest of our vendor team was excellent.
p.s. you certainly do not have to worry about your guests leaving hungry when working with Falco's! -

Where to begin? In short, 10/10. If you are considering using Falco’s Catering- do it, I promise you that it’ll be the right choice. Additionally, if you are considering a wedding at the Chapel at Sandy Hook, you MUST go with Falco’s Catering because not only is their service excellent, and food delicious, but they know how to execute flawlessly at this non traditional venue which can be a tricky. Despite the weather challenges (unusually windy) Falco’s kept us feeling stress free and made the right decisions to keep our guests comfortable and happy. Even with these challenges, I wouldn’t have changed a thing because the beauty of the venue and the expertise of Falco’s made it the perfect day.
Leading up to the wedding, Alissa gave us the best advice, helped us make decisions, and provided such detailed insight into the process. Despite being very busy, she always made time for us and never made us feel pressure regarding out choices. She always has great recommendations when it came to food, other vendors and color choices. Thank you Alissa, I don’t know what we would have done without you!
Lisa, our Maitre’D, is absolutely the BEST. Even under less than ideal weather circumstances, she was calm, cool, collected and executed everything perfectly. She made decisions on the fly that needed to be made, and never made me or my husband feel stressed or worried. When you decide to have an outdoor wedding, you know weather can be a factor, but Lisa kept us worry free the whole time. Our families were so impressed with her ability to run the event so seamlessly.
Renee, our captain, and the rest of the staff at Falco’s (Stephen, Alex, Jenna, Marissa and so many more) were on top of everything. Multiple people told me that the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate them or bring them an appetizer they liked. One server went out of their way to make sure my sister, who is vegetarian, got all the vegetarian options. It’s the little thing like this that make Falco’s stand out and provide an excellent experience for your guests.
Lastly, Stephen, Joey, Marino and the rest of the cooking team make the best food! The variety, selection, and quality of their food is top notch. It’s so impressive that they can keep such high standards even when catering completely offsite without a regular kitchen. A family member from out of state said he’s been to a lot of weddings and ours had the best food he’s ever had hands down. He specifically commented how perfectly the meat was cooked and I would agree! The penne vodka at Falco’s is the best you’ll ever have. Six months later and my guest STILL tell us we had, and I quote “the most legendary catering” at our wedding. Thank you to the whole team for making our day even more perfect than I had ever imagined.

Falco's Catering's off-site catering is UNMATCHED! The best ever!
True story: We decided on a wedding date and began researching/booking vendors. When it came time to reach out to caterers, we asked Falco's Catering if they were available on the date we were asking for, found out they were booked, and we actually decided to move up our wedding date two weeks earlier in order to secure Falco's Catering for our special day (also had to go back and change our date with the other vendors) and Falco's Catering exceeded the hype!! They validated the best decision we made for our wedding and all of our guests agreed that Falco's Catering was excellent!
This is a family-owned business and they welcomed us in as members of their family with true professionalism and an unbelievable menu. They put together an outstanding taste testing night at The Renaissance months before the wedding where we got to meet the owner Stephen Falco, the maître d' for our wedding Lisa, and coincidentally also Lisa Porada who is the owner of Chocolate Carousel (they partner with Falco's Catering and provided our wedding cake and favors).
Stephen Falco came to a site visit and was an integral part in ensuring our tented wedding was laid out in the best possible way for us and our guests. He is genuinely the nicest man, a phenomenal chef, and the absolute best in the business. Alissa was a tremendous help via email communication and did an awesome job working with our wedding planner Brielle (I Do Wedding & Event Planning, LLC) and our tent rental company (Ocean Tents) to finalize rentals and our menu selections. She was with us from the very start.
On the day of the wedding, our guests raved about the food. As a wedding couple, you know that there is so much going on that you don't have much of a chance to take a break to eat, but our maître d' Lisa really went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of: We were eating and drinking all night! Lisa made sure our plates and glasses were full and all of our guests had wonderful things to say about Lisa and the Falco's Catering staff. Everything we tasted was delicious and we were so delighted to know that all of our guests were going home with full, happy bellies.
Falco's Catering is in a league of their own. Every other New Jersey catering service is playing catch up. If you're planning an event and you need catering, book Falco's Catering because it will be worth it! And be prepared to be flexible on your date because they are so good that they book up fast! -

Falco‘s is outstanding! High recommend. Staff is very responsive and accommodated every request we made down to what brand of caramel corn we wanted on our boardwalk sweet station. They allowed us to reduce the number of guests due to Covid despite a contracted minimum.
The food was all beautifully displayed and delicious! Our guests raved about the food! The choices of passed hors d’oeuvres and appetizer stations was endless, and they allow you to come to a tasting to help you choose. The Fire and Ice station was a particular hit with fresh oysters and clams replenished after our guests devoured them in record time. The steak and tuna at the carving station were high-quality.
Our maître d’, Lisa, is a seasoned professional. With Lisa in charge, our wedding was on time and perfectly executed and we could focus on our guests and having fun!

Booking Falco’s to cater our backyard wedding was THE BEST decision we could have made! Not only were they professional, responsive, DELICIOUS, flexible, but they are ALL so incredibly kind and helpful! I had a lot of questions, as our wedding venue changed last minute and we needed a catering company that would do off premises events. Falco’s came to the rescue. The owner, Stephen, came to do an off site visit, and I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He really knows his stuff! Heather was our coordinator and was SO sweet! She entertained my craziness and thousands of questions/changes. Tory was our maitre’d, and let me tell you how I have never felt so taken care of! She was SO SWEET and calm and kept everything under control. She made our wedding day seamless! The food is incredible and people were talking about it all night! It was truly the best decision ever! I would recommend them a thousand times over! THANK YOU FALCO’S!!!!!

Falco’s was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!
Due to Covid, we had to change our plans three times and each time, they were encouraging and helpful. We ended up having our reception in our backyard and they worked perfectly in the space. They did not dirty my house at all and we could barely see them changing any of the tables around (it was cocktail style).
The mater’d (Lisa) was perfection! We could not have asked for better. She kept everything so organized and came out the week before the wedding to see the space so she was well prepared. She helped to set up decorations and made sure the yard looked stunning the whole night! She brought my husband and I food and drinks right away the entire night and we never had to wait for anything.
Stephen (owner and chef) was also amazing! He came out a week before the wedding as well to do the same as Lisa and check out the property to organize things. The entire staff was so friendly and all of our guests were raving at how amazing the food tasted. At the end of the night, they had everything cleaned up so quickly and packed up leftovers for us (the leftovers tasted just as great the whole week after)!!!
The only issue (which was extremely minor) was the help with rentals. As we were one of the first events for them this year, due to covid, it was a bit disorganized with getting rentals for everything we needed and we ended up not having some things. No one even cared or really realized this issue (I am very type A which is why I caught on to it). There was also some alcohol not delivered (had nothing to do with the caterer), but the staff called to have the missing alcohol brought to our house immediately.
Due to covid and having to modify our plans, we will still be having a large ceremony next year at a larger venue with many more guests. There is no other caterer I could imagine having besides Falco’s! We can’t wait for next year!! -

My husband and I tied the knot on 10/10/2020 and we are thrilled to have chosen Falco's as our catering service! They went above and beyond to help us have the fairytale wedding of our dreams! They helped with last minute decorating, they put safety first when it came to planning a COVID wedding, and they walked us through each and every step of the process. My guests are STILL talking about the food! From the mashed potato bar to the lechon, every bite was heavenly! They even took care of clearing the centerpieces and other decor outside so we could relax and enjoy the day! Truly wonderful service! -

Falco's was a preferred vendor of our venue and thank goodness they were. Let me first start with the tasting - they invited us to an event where we can taste a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres, hot food stations and entrées prepared for a large group of people. We found that perfect, in that setting we really saw their commitment to quality and their expertise in preparing food for large groups.
We went with the mini meals - which was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about it. We originally were looking for a traditional sit down wedding dinner but saw that Falco's had an option for mini meals served table side. We started thinking about doing something different that both maximized the dance party and while also being something that our guests have not experienced before. We wanted to find a different type of wedding dining experience that would be memorable. The mini meals ended up being perfect as guests were able to eat on the go (or in our case the dance floor) while other guests could still enjoy dinner at the tables. The food ended up being great, but most of our guests remember more the incredible party they did not have to stop partying to eat.
They took care of everything and worked with all of our other vendors so seamlessly it just made our lives so simple. We cannot thank them enough for making our day amazing. -

Vow Renewal
My Husband and I did a Vow Renewal for our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Renaissance. It was more than we could have hoped for from start to finish. The food was outstanding and the Staff did an amazing job looking after us and our guests. If you are looking to have a smaller intimate gathering or something on a larger scale then this definitely fits the bill. -

Falco's blew the other caterers out of the water. From the tasting, where we fell in love with the appetizers, carving station, mini ice cream pops, and zeppole fries; to the planning Alyssa made so easy and accommodating; to Lisa, out Maitre'd who handled everything the day-of seamlessly, we couldn't have made a better choice than Falco's. One guest even wrote my new mother in law a letter stating how she would definitely hire our caterer for a party after eating at our wedding. Everyone stated the food was excellent. The grilled cheese station was a huge hit. My husband and I actually got to eat at our wedding, and Lisa remembered every one of our requests and had them waiting at our table. I can't thank them enough! -

We had our wedding at the Asbury Hotel & Falco's was recommended to us (they know the place like the back of their hand!) Where do I even begin with them? Alissa was the person we spoke to from the beginning. Can I just say I felt like we became so close by the end of the whole process, I completely adore her! She was BEYOND accommodating from the start and made sure every single request was taken care of. We talked through dietary restrictions (I and a lot of my family are vegan/gluten free - she had so many options that were above and BEYOND for us at the wedding). But also catered to the two large Italian families as well. Our tasting, which my parent's and in-laws attended as well was one of the most fun nights of our lives. It was a mock wedding where we met the staff, ate, and drank the night away . (I've never heard of anything like that - absolutely spectacular). Choosing the menu was a blast with Alissa- not kidding every single thing we requested was accommodated (to another vegan entree- in addition to an off menu mahi mahi dish , and different things we thought up on our own). Ps- I wanted Alissa to attend my wedding as a guest by the end of it! Getting to the day- I was lucky enough to have Lisa as my maitre d. Let me just say she was my third mother on that day, my cool aunt, and an extreme professional all rolled into one cute little lady. She made sure our room after the ceremony was filled with our cocktail hour food & also kept away everyone for some alone time for us. She ran around making sure important family members were taken care of. We always had our favorite drink in hand because of her and she even figured out how to bustle my dress for me when no one else could. Needless to say I just ADORED her as well. Lastly, THE FOOD. Everyone absolutely raved about the food & they even packed all the leftovers for us so we could continue to enjoy it. Our cocktail hour was unmatched- most people were stuff just from that (the pasta bar was irresistible). Our big Italian family couldn't get enough of the buffet- steak, chicken, fish... they even tried tofu! Needless to say, if you want true professionals, the most kind hearted people, and the tastiest food ever Falco's is your place. -

Couldn't recommend Falco's more for any event! Everything from our initial tasting, to planning the menu, and corresponding back and forth was effortless and perfect! The food was phenomenal with choices for everyone. They even were able to accommodate adding a vegetarian and kosher option. Everyone talked about how great the food was from the cocktail hour, to the meal, and the deserts and farewell station! Heather and her team are amazing! -

They made our dreams come true -
Falco's Catering at the Renaissance was our dream venue. I grew up in Ocean Township and knew that they have been around forever, but it wasn't until I booked my wedding with them that I realized the real reason as to WHY they have been around forever! Alissa was our master planner and she did everything...and I do mean EVERYTHING to make sure our special day was perfect. My fiance and I had been engaged for 3 years never thinking we would ever have a "real" wedding...but the packages Alissa put together for us to meet our budget was TOP notch. The flexibility they had with the open bar and alcohol packages really made a huge difference for us. The ballroom was beyond elegant and exactly what we were looking for...Now everyone goes to a wedding expecting the food to be "ok" - but not at Falco's - every single one of our guests is still raving about how amazing the food was!! Their list of appetizer options was endless! Our ceremony was scheduled to be outside....but with our luck, the morning of the wedding was cloudy, cold and looking like rain. I called our Matre'de, Lisa, at 8am, asking her what were we going to do?? She calmed me instantly, took care of everything with the rest of the team at Falco's who all went in earlier than they should have and brought the ceremony from the patio into their club room and made it look gorgeous. Lisa had everything under control and even managed to ensure that all 5 of our young children (who were our bridal party) didn't want for anything. They knew where to find her at all times to get anything they needed which let us enjoy the ride and be "off- duty" as parents for our special day. I could honestly write a book about how much happiness and wonderful memories Falco's helped bring to my wife and I...it was a perfect day. -

We are so sorry that this review is so overdue! Falco’s did an incredible job. The food was DELICIOUS. Our wedding was back in October and our family and friends are still talking about how much they loved the food! We went with their Boardwalk Plated Package, but Falco’s will customize anything you want so your wedding reflects your own personal style. We worked with Heather and Katrina and they were excellent. They were very patient with us when our guest list kept changing last minute and super helpful in sourcing kosher meals for a few of our guests. They were also very flexible in terms of our timeline. We wanted our reception to run a little differently than the traditional timeline and Katrina made sure the kitchen would be able to stick to it. She also made sure we ate and set aside our favorite hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour for us - VERY important when you’re being pulled in a thousand directions on your wedding day! We can’t thank Falco’s enough. We highly recommend! :) -

Falco's was an excellent caterer for our wedding! Our guests loved the food and there was plenty of it! We really wanted something laid back and not formal and Falco's was extremely to accommodate our wants and needs, and even coordinated with other food/dessert vendors to make sure we had all the many different things we wanted for our big day! They have such a huge assortment of options and I really felt like our menu was customized just for us. Alissa and Katrina were very easy to work with -- I would highly recommend them to any couple! -

Aubrey Sent on 10/02/2017I don't know where to begin. My fiancé and I booked our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront in Asbury Park for Sept. 30, 2017. (This past weekend). When I tell you that when booking, we chose Falcos on 100% reputation over any other caterer. Our friends, family and even strangers suggested them and now we know why. Falcos staff is the true definition of an impeccable catering company. They're not only professional and outstanding in the food department, their staff is now family. Alissa, is a true pleasure to have gone thru the past year working with. She does not know the word "No". At least I never once heard it out of her mouth. Tory was a pleasure to have as our captain! She was always there to help us! And Lisa, our Maitre D.. made our day possible. Every nerve went out the window when she walked thru the door! She is exquisite and incredible at her job. Falco, you have the perfect staff and the greatest company! Every venue you are in is incredibly lucky to have you!

Not only is their food absolutely delicious (everyone is still raving about it!) but they have a great variety of options and are super flexible and willing to help! Alissa was our sales manager and she has been absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and treated us like family. Lisa was our AMAZING maitre D and just like Alissa, Lisa treated us like family. The attention to detail and care she put in to making our day run flawlessly was exactly what any bride could hope for. Both ladies helped us execute a 160 person sparkler send off and helped us set up a champagne tower at our cocktail hour- making my dream come true. She sat down with us the day before and worked out all the details so there was no stress during the day of. The entire Falcos team were all extremely professional and very responsive. Up to the day of our wedding, Alissa was a huge help in answering any and all questions I had...and I definitely had a lot. Our guests all raved about how great the food was. Lisa was an awesome maître'd. And Alisa was a pleasure to deal with while planning. Very flexible in what you want, food portions were more than your average party portion, and the food quality was outstanding!
