Jacques' catered our Oct 6th wedding and we were blown away by their service and food! They listened to every detail, big and small, that we had requested, all the food was delicious and served beautifully. We live in Hawaii and had to send family members to the tasting for us ahead of time, so we did not get to taste the food ourselves until the day of the wedding and wow it was even better than we had expected! Lisa, the catering director, was very responsive and knowledgable and worked very hard to make everything work out perfectly. :) Our families had some specific requests and she made everything flow seamlessly. Many people told us after the wedding how delicious the food was, how attentive and courtesy the staff were and how pleased they were with both the buffet and the bar set up. Our maitre-d, Mary, was on-top of everything and made sure that we had plates of food for the cocktail hour, the dinner and dessert and got to taste everything! She was great at anticipating our needs and checked in with us through out the day just the perfect amount. Jacques' provided gluten-free and vegetarian options as well as traditional options and everything was so delicious that every guest, with every type of diet was able to have plenty of food to eat.
