Blue Collar Catering was incredible for my summer backyard wedding. They were priced very reasonably, and the quality of the food was amazing! We booked the traditional buffet package and were blown away at the offerings for the price, and how beautifully everything was presented- it was venue quality setup in our backyard. Karen and her staff went above and beyond for service. Karen was helpful in every aspect throughout our entire planning process and was a delight to work with. Karen, the servers, and bartenders were all such hard workers, and everyone was so kind. I would gladly book them again for future events, and recommend them to anyone!

Karen was a delight to work with from start to finish. The servers at the wedding were so nice and so professional. The food was outstanding! We had so many compliments on all of the food from the appetizers to the main course. We had a buffet, and it was just perfect! I so highly recommend Blue Collar Catering!

We used Blue Collar Catering for our casual backyard wedding. We picked the Luau package of food & added the whole roasted pig. The food was amazing! We had so many compliments!! We added 2 servers to help us during the party & they were amazing - from set up to clean up - they went above & beyond

Karen from Blue Collar catering was very nice and extremely helpful when selecting the catering for our wedding. We went with the buffet option and all the food was great and we kept hearing from guests how much they loved everything. If you are looking for a good, dependable, quality caterer then you need to talk with Karen at BLUE COLLAR CATERERS. For the past 3 years, Karen has "taken care of all our needs". We have had a different choice of food for each of our Past Family Reunions. From Italian Feast, to Shrimp & Lobster Bake, to our Variety Choice last year, which included the most tender/delicious/mouth watering beef tenderloin. The selections that Karen has suggested have been amazing. The food was Delicious, the Service - Better than you would expect and the Price is Very Reasonable. We are looking forward to our Decision for this year. Karen is very knowledgeable and does a lot of the cooking/baking herself. We Strongly recommend that you consider BLUE COLLAR CATERING for your next affair. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Karen and Staff. Blue Collar Catering is forever our #1 Caterer! In May 2013 they catered our son's wedding at our home. From the first day we met with Karen we just knew we were dealing with honest and professional people. Beforehand we had a tasting which other caterers would not do.. and we were provided with the best! The day of the wedding when I started shutting down, Karen and the serving team showed up and took over! The food was fantastic and everyone was up for seconds and thirds! The butler served cocktail hour and gorgeous cheese/fruit table served on the dancefloor was a big hit! Everything they did was fabulous and professional. When you are used to doing everything yourself it was so comforting to know that they were taking care of every detail and we could just enjoy our wedding! So that's what we did.....we will never forget that day and the only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't write this review sooner!

Blue Collar was amazing! They were very flexible and helped us pick the perfect menu for our reception. They also provided us with table linens to rent at a very low rate! The food was azamaing and all of our guests loved it!

Used Potters Hall and Blue Collar Catering for my Bridal Shower...AMAZING...the venue was gorgeous and the food was outstanding. I've heard great things about this catering company and continue to especially after my special day.

I will continue to recommend this company and have referred them to others for similar occasions!
