Brennan's Catering

Brennan's was the perfect choice for our wedding. After checking out a few catering halls, we hadn't found any place that had food that wow-ed us. We were a little apprehensive walking into the deli, but were quickly impressed by the food and by Brian and the staff.
Our guests were stuffed by cocktail hour and have been raving about the food ever since. We didn't have much of a chance to eat during our wedding, but the event staff packed up meals for us to enjoy after our reception which was delicious.
Brian is easy to work with and we couldn't be happier with our choice of Brennan's.

My husband's main concern was the food. He needed it to be delicious, out of the ordinary, gourmet & warm. We got married in a barn where everything had to be brought in, including a kitchen. He was worried the food would be served cold. Brian would not let that happen! He was absolutely amazing. He took everything we said to heart and brought it to life. Guests are still raving about the raw bar and cocktail hour selections! We wanted something instead of a dessert bar/option so Brian came up with midnight snacks for our guests to eat starting at 11 pm. We had small pizza's to go, pork roll egg & cheese sandwiches to go and hot pretzels. It was a huge hit and I am so happy he was able to bring everything to life for us. Brennan's never ceases to amaze us and we will continue to use them in the future for more events! Thank you so much Brian and team for making the best day of our lives possible.

My husband and I used Brennans for our wedding and I cannot even put into words how amazing it was!! The chef Brian was incredible he came up with awesome ideas for stations at our wedding and was so excited when we brought our ideas to the table. His food is just out of this world people could not get enough!! The staff was so friendly and made it an easy stress free night for us. We cannot thank them enough!!

What to say about Brian and his team? We Cant say enough He is truly professional, artistic take charge LOVES what he does! Made our wedding a major SUCCESS!!!

The brunch the next morning was more of perfection! Omelette Station Fresh Fruit Buns and dont forget Mimosas and Bloody Marys!

Brennan's was the recommended caterer for our venue so we went them because it seemed like it would be the easiest thing to do. And it did seem easy at first - they were hard to reach on the phone but when we did get to meet with them, they happily agreed to all of our particular requests. However, over the planning process we started to notice that they were forgetting things they'd agreed to. The week before the wedding we got an invoice that was missing half our menu - when they sent us a corrected one the price was still the same. At that point it was too late. The guy we'd communicated with through the whole process wasn't there on our wedding day. There wasn't enough food (despite having ordered a HUGE buffet with lots of extras). Part of our buffet dinner was served during the cocktail hour. Dishes that were supposed to have ingredients removed or substituted hadn't been. Gluten-free dishes weren't labeled (but vegan dishes were, at least). And nobody who was there on our wedding day had any idea what we were talking about when we complained. I would NEVER recommend Brennan's to anyone and if you're already booked them I'd suggest you really intensely babysit them and make sure they confirm every detail repeatedly. Know exactly who will be there at your event and speak to THAT PERSON. Don't take anything for granted. I do have the say that the food was good (not great) but the service in general did not live up to our expectations.
