Weddings should last for days, not hours. Shenandoah Woods specializes in weddings where all of your guests will enjoy the entire weekend together. Located in a private valley in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah Woods is a spectacular setting for your wedding. Our Pavilion is on the edge of our forest with a sweeping view of mountains and farms below. Our Pavilion is a custom 3200 square foot, open air structure with changing rooms, restrooms and a catering kitchen. We provide as much as we can to make your planning as simple as possible; you do NOT need to rent a tent, port-o-potties, speakers, lighting, tables or chairs. Choose to have your ceremony on the lawn in front of the Pavilion, or in the chapel in the woods, just a short walk away. Your wedding party and guests may choose to stay in any of our 17 onsite modern cabins making an amazing weekend for everyone!
We only book one wedding per weekend which means you have exclusive access to our venue Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our rate is $9500. You can check availability here on Wedding Wire or on our website, linked below.

Services Offered
The team at Shenandoah Woods provides a variety of wedding day services. From a professional PA and dance lighting system to propane space heaters for cooler weather celebrations, we provide nearly everything you need for a seamless wedding-day experience. Shuttle service between cabins and the Pavilion is included. You'll even have access to an electric golf cart to use for your ceremony and a restored 1953 Chevy truck to use for photos. We also provide a variety of lawn games such as cornhole, giant chess, and giant connect 4 for your guests to use during cocktail hour. Shenandoah Woods’ services include, but are not limited to:

Accommodations
Shenandoah Woods offers modern vacation cabins for up to 150 guests. Each of our cabins features unique styles and services, including mountain views, hot tubs, screened porches, grills, Wi-Fi and more. Most of our cabins can be put on hold so that only your guests can book them. Accommodations are priced separately. Please see our website for information and rates on our cabins.

Gorgeous mountain views, cozy onsite cabins and an available farm house for rent, and MORE make the perfect recipe for a RELAXING, FUN, and MAGICAL wedding for YOU and your guests. You can't go wrong with working with Jason - he's AMAZING, informative and beyond helpful. Other perks for this venue include (but are not limited to): -shuttle services for guests -a sheltered picnic area by the lake for rehearsal dinner or day after brunch -kayaks and canoes for use on the lake -cornhole boards -open, full size canoe drink bar/ice cooler -the perfect s'mores fire pit for wedding guests to relax and enjoy -the choice of a separate, rustic, woodsy ceremony site OR clear walls for the pavilion as a rain back up ceremony plan (so you don't have to worry about bad weather on your wedding day) -an antique farm truck that looks amazing in pictures -a short drive to great hiking trails in the Shenandoah National Park AND more - LOT'S more. The list is endless, really. So much so that my hubby and I are considering a vow renewal and Shenandoah Woods would be our #1 pick! =)
From a DJ's point of view I always get nervous with outdoor venues and any venue that has there own audio house system. I reached out to Jason and he immediately responded which is awesome! (Venues are usually very poor at responding) He answered all my questions. Day of he has awesome to work with and the audio system rocked! (I was impressed!) For being an outdoor venue the place was crazy clean and the restrooms were as well. He also has a built in lights for dance time. Not the inexpensive cheap lights either. I could tell that Jason put some thought into this. Jason was also available the whole evening and during the event put up covers up to keep the warmth in as it was a rather chilly rainy day. I loved the look and feel of the venue. Any Bride & Groom or company looking to throw a party should check this venue out and at least make a trip to visit this venue and see for yourself! Great venue! Great service! Jason is the man! PS: You have to take a picture in front of the truck!
Shenandoah Woods is one of my favorite venues. Why? Obviously they have a lovely pavilion & amazing views. But, also because Jason goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful event every time.
