Hello my name is Grace Quick. For 33 years, I was an elementary classroom teacher. I use many of the same skills to be an invaluable Day of Wedding Coordinator....organization, people skills, detail-oriented, passionate, and creative. Though I market myself as a Day of Coordinator, part of this role involves me meeting with you, your vendors, and venue along the way to ensure that I am well versed in your event needs. Over the years, I was a bridesmaid more times than I can count, and planned birthday party for my kids that they still talk about( they are in their 20's!) Planning a wedding is stressful enough. Grace was an amazing Day of Coordinator for our wedding. We are so happy that we chose her. She was amazing, especially having our wedding during the pandemic... She was great communicating with us, very attentive to our needs, great at delegating and making sure our day was perfect. She's kind & firm, which is exactly what you need so everyone around actually listens and knows what they're supposed to be doing. She even helped with providing some decoration options, and even going ABOVE & BEYOND by having a friend of hers do pretty chalkboards for us. Trust us, CHOOSE HER! Grace was such an asset to my daughters’ weddings. Yes, I said weddings. I had two daughters get married this year. One in June and the other in October. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Best coordinator ever
Grace was more than a coordinator she was my partner in crime!! I told her I was planning this alone and she stepped right in and made my dreams come true !! She is a beautiful person with an amazing heart!! I love her so much and would recommend her a million times over !! She made my day easy and stress free! I fully enjoyed my planning even with covid because she was by my side!! Grace is more then a coordinator she is family !
