Starting from the first moment of meeting Belle at a delicious bakery, I knew we would be a great fit. Belle is an insanely professional and hard working woman who is earning her place in this field! We hired her as a 6-weeks out coordinator, and she was a godsend!! Not having to stress about if our food truck was going to arrive or if the venue was going to be able to help with x, y and z was a HUGE relief. She took those things off of my plate so that I could focus on the hundreds of other details. I would define our wedding as a fun party that was “non-traditional” in many ways. Belle rolled with the punches and helped make it all happen so that on or wedding day, I could actually let go of the stress and be in the moment! 10/10 would recommend Belle to any and every bride! Belle and her crew were profession, responsive and easy going. They anticipated need and met them, without needing over detailed instruction from us. Belle helped me plan my intimate, destination wedding in Asheville, NC. She is everything you could ask for in a wedding coordinator and more!! I began to plan our day myself, thinking a small, intimate ceremony wouldn't need much time and preparation, but I was wrong! Hiring Belle was the best decision I made for my big day (other than my husband)! She has wonderful vendor connections and will help you every step of the way if you need it. She even came to my dress fitting! She reminded me many times that this was "my day" and for that I am truly thankful, because that was the little piece of advice that would calm some of the stress of decision making. Belle is very knowledgable regarding logistics of a wedding day and is fun to work with! She took so much stress off of me, as the bride, during the planning process and on the wedding day. Her team made sure everything was on time and ran smoothly, even when there were a few hiccups due to weather. Our big day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without Belle and her team. My partner and I were so fortunate that Belle was our day-of-coordinator. We live several hours away from the Asheville area, where we held our wedding, so we weren't able to meet her in person until the day before the wedding. She was so flexible, talking with us several times over video chat (even on her birthday!) to get to know us and our wedding plans. She was available to help us with any questions or needs that arose throughout the planning process, and I'm sure she would be so helpful for anyone looking for full wedding planning services. When the wedding weekend finally arrived and we met her at the venue, she immediately felt like an old friend. Within minutes, she was up to speed on what was where and who was who. On our busy set-up/rehearsal day, she problem-solved technology issues, worked closely with us to make our ceremony entrances and music perfect, helped us feel confident and relaxed, and went the extra mile to further get to know us and our guests.

On the wedding day itself, Belle was completely indispensable. She expertly navigated the challenge of our spread-out, no-cell-service venue to coordinate endless moving pieces and a complicated timeline. I didn't have to think about timing or tasks a single time once she arrived, and everything happened smoothly and right on cue. She was patient, positive, efficient, organized, and so fun to be around - the ideal wedding coordinator. By the end of the day, I was sad to see her leave. Not only had she gone above and beyond to help us create a really, truly, PERFECT day - she had also become a friend with whom we were so happy we got to share this moment in our lives.
