We loved grace!
The most fabulous Grace Quick was helpful from the beginning of the wedding planning process! She is eager and passionate about making your day perfect by coordinating all vendors, decorating, and offering her pay it forward program. She was always in constant communication and very organized. We even got to schedule an in person meeting with her months out to make sure every detail was outlined. She can help with almost any question you have as she has coordinated hundreds of weddings. She is so much more than a day of coordinator. She’s a queen, a friend, and a great team player. She will tell you and the vendors how it’s done. We really appreciated Grace taking the time to really understand our vision and wants because when it came to the day, we had so much less stress knowing we were taken care of. Our favorite part of the entire process was getting to see our dream come to life and without her, it wouldn’t have been possible. She did all three weddings at our venue, Rumbling Bald Resort, in Lake Lure, NC back to back including rehearsals. I don’t know how anyone could get that all done and be perfect. We couldn’t be happier with the results and 100% recommended her for wedding coordination. She is so easy and nice to work with. She is also affordable which can be so hard to find. THANK YOU GRACE!!! Andrew and I truly had the best day ever! -

Grace was above and beyond anything I expected when I first looked into hiring a wedding planner. After Hurricane Helene our first venue and the majority of our venders were not longer available. We were left with a mess when it came to replanning and booking everything and that's when we heard about Grace. She swept in and picked up the pieces. Our wedding was stunning, we had everything we asked for and more. When the new venue tried to change our wedding location Grace made sure they knew that wasn't an option. She stood up for us and made us feel understood and listened to. My husband and I are beyond grateful to Grace and would recommend her to any bride in need of feeling stress-free! -

Grace Made Our Wedding a Dream Come True
I don’t even know where to begin—Grace was incredible from start to finish. She brought so much kindness, creativity, and calm to the planning process, and the day itself wouldn’t have been the same without her.
What stood out right away was how generous and flexible she was. She let us borrow absolutely any décor we wanted from her collection, which made it feel like we had endless options to personalize the space without any added stress or cost. And whenever we needed something—no matter how last-minute or specific—Grace just made it happen. She handled everything so smoothly that we hardly had to think about logistics at all.
On the wedding day, it was HOT. But that didn’t stop Grace for a second. She didn’t slow down—she worked nonstop from morning to night, making sure everything was perfect. Her commitment and energy were unreal, and it meant the world to us.
And oh my goodness, everything looked beyond beautiful. From the ceremony space to the reception, every detail was thoughtful, elegant, and so “us.” People kept telling us how gorgeous it all was—and we owe that entirely to Grace.
She truly went above and beyond in every possible way. We are so grateful to have had her by our side and cannot recommend her enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with Grace, know you’re in the best hands -

Grace was fantastic to work with!! From the first phone call, venue walk throughs when we had to change venues two months before the wedding, in person meetings, and the rehearsal and wedding day, she was organized, attentive, and made sure that she understood and could execute our vision for our big day! I didn’t stress at all for the rehearsal or the wedding day because I knew that Grace had it all under control. The day of our wedding flowed so smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day, thanks in no small part to Grace!! -

Hiring Grace as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she stepped in, she brought such a calming and confident presence that allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our wedding day without stress.
Even though she wasn’t involved in the full planning process, Grace took the time to thoroughly understand every detail in advance. On the day of, she handled everything seamlessly—managing the timeline, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything ran perfectly behind the scenes. Even helped set up last minute decorations and flowers. If there were any issues, we never even knew about them—she handled it all with grace (pun intended!) and professionalism.
Because of her, we were able to be fully present with each other and our loved ones, and we’re so grateful for her support and expertise. If you’re considering a day-of coordinator, we can’t recommend Grace highly enough. She made our day feel effortless and magical.

We are beyond grateful for Grace! From the moment we got engaged to wedding day, Grace went far beyond the typical expectations of a coordinator. From sharing her inventory of decorations, to contacting vendors, and keeping our timeline on track - Grace made sure every little detail was in place without having to ask. She seamlessly managed decor setup, ensured our guests were comfortable, and collaborated with all our vendors - all while keeping us relaxed and fully present. What stood out most was Grace's ability to anticipate needs before they even came up. Grace was always one step ahead, and somehow everywhere at once—offering water when we needed it, fixing a boutonniere, adjusting chairs, and even reminding us to take a moment to breathe and take it all in. Our families and friends kept saying how smooth and joyful the day felt, and that is entirely thanks to Grace. She brought so much heart and professionalism to our day, and made every planned moment come to life! It's clear how passionate she is about her job and she is amazing at what she does. The Very Best!
I cannot say enough good things about Grace! Unfortunately, our wedding was supposed to be on September 28, 2024, the weekend Hurricane Helene devastated Asheville. Despite cell phone service being basically non-existent, she went out of her way to get in touch with us and told us she would support us however she could. Ultimately, we decided to reschedule our celebration and as soon as we received the available dates from our venue, we checked with Grace before securing our new date because we knew we could not pull it off without her! She was such a pleasure to work with and we hit it off during our very first phone call. She made this Type A bride feel so at ease with every conversation and she helped make sure our rescheduled celebration went off flawlessly! She exceeded every expectation I had. I am so grateful for her and would recommend her to everyone! -

I initially had booked with another wedding planner who ended up needing to move away. She referred me to Grace! What a wonderful experience. She met with us to go over details and made the whole process very streamlined. I felt like our special day was in the right hands. On the day of the wedding, everything was stress-free for me and my husband. There was a lot going on for us, so it was a relief to have Grace handling all the behind-the-scenes details. She coordinated the florist, catering, and rehearsal all perfectly and I'm sure there were details she took care of that I didn't even notice! That is a true mark of the quality of her work. I was not at all worried about how smooth the day would go because I knew I could trust in her experience. Thank you so much, Grace! -

The best decision you’ll make about wedding day
Stop looking for a wedding coordinator and book with Grace immediately! Our wedding day turned out to be an absolute dream and that was because of Grace. Grace exceeded our expectations for what it meant to be a wedding day coordinator. She was involved throughout the whole process and supported us the whole way through. She truly became part of the family by the time wedding day arrived. Her “pay it forward” philosophy is so unique and alleviates so much of the stress involved in buying things you’ll never use again. She checked in with us during the entire wedding day and made sure we ate (so so important!). Just like family, Grace was my first call when navigating unexpected stressors on wedding day. Most amazing day of coordinator!!
Grace was an incredible day of coordinator!! She was so supportive throughout the whole wedding process. She is there to help from the very beginning and she will make sure your vision comes true! I honestly cannot imagine our wedding without Grace. I wasn't sure what I was expecting when I reached out to Grace, someone to give some ideas and help us plan our NC wedding from SWFL, to help us organize our thoughts and help our day go a little smoother. Grace exceeded our expectations times a thousand! As a wedding photographer for almost 20 years, I've worked with hundred of day of coordinators and planners, and I've never met anyone that works as hard as Grace does. The time she invested from day one, meeting us for almost an hour to meet and see if we were the right fit, to meeting us at our venue a few months later to walk the property and give her ideas, to the numerous texts, calls, emails, etc, to coming to our rehearsal dinner, etc. Our wedding day was a success because of Grace, it's really that simple. She reached out to our vendors, took care of all the big and little things that my groom and I didn't have to worry about, Grace is extremely organized, kind, hard working, talented and just amazing. I didn't see our tables and decorations completed until after the ceremony, I trusted her completely but I was blown away with everything. She got our vision and made it come to life, other vendors told us how amazing she was to work with, this woman works her behind off and we can't thank her enough. We loved her so much, we invited her to the rehearsal dinner to join us with our families, we had a seat for her at our family dinner table, she is family now. We hired her for day of coordination but she went above and beyond that and was THE reason our wedding day was perfect. Trust me, you want this woman! We love you Grace! -

Best decision you can make for your wedding day!
Grace was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. I began this process not thinking I needed a Day of Coordinator. Boy was I wrong. My finance insisted that we have someone, so that I could enjoy my day. I interviewed several coordinators and decided that Grace was the one! She kept me on track! Grace kept in touch, made sure she knew every vendor, made sure she understood what we needed for the day and busted her butt to make sure it happened! Grace was an absolute all-star, and more than what we bargained for. She is truly there to help you and make your day special. She let us borrow some of her own wedding decorations to incorporate into the ceremony and reception. She is very responsive to all email and texts, and she made our whole wedding day come to life. She setup a wedding day timeline, coordinated with all the vendors a couple of weeks prior, ran the rehearsal, she took care of the setup and removal of the decorations, and made sure the flow of the wedding was seamless. Grace was an amazing Day of Coordinator for our wedding. We are so happy that we chose her. She was amazing, especially having our wedding during the pandemic... She was great communicating with us, very attentive to our needs, great at delegating and making sure our day was perfect. She's kind & firm, which is exactly what you need so everyone around actually listens and knows what they're supposed to be doing. She even helped with providing some decoration options, and even going ABOVE & BEYOND by having a friend of hers do pretty chalkboards for us. Trust us, CHOOSE HER! I was recently married and had originally decided I would do all the planning and set up by myself...... ( i know ..crazy!) .... a few weeks before the wedding my venue convinced me to rethink think that plan and to speak with Grace. I decided that with all the covid stress and planning and re-planning that I would treat myself to a coordinator as my wedding gift to myself and it was the BEST GIFT EVER!! I interviewed others just to do my due diligence but my venue was right and Grace really was the best! She was the only person that really listened to me and got my vision! Even though I gave her a relatively short timeline she jumped right in and got everything organized. Not only did she do an awesome job but she had such a great attitude and really helped keep me together! Our venue had a few issues but Grace was always on top of everything before it was ever a problem and even my guests keep telling me how she's the best they've ever seen. I am so thankful for you Grace! You did such an amazing job and I so appreciate all of your help and making me day so wonderful!!! -

Grace is the absolute best! She will go above and beyond to make your day as special as possible. Grace contacted all of our vendors before the day of to coordinate arrival and directions with each of them. She created a timeline for our day to keep us on track. Grace is very well organized. She was super helpful too in helping to set up decorations and the reception area on the day of our wedding. Grace made our day stress free, which is all that we could ask for and more! Grace was, unquestionably, the best wedding planner and day-of coordinator we could have asked for. A former teacher and Asheville expert, she knows the ins and outs of this beautiful mountain town and how to get things done with kindness and efficiency — all at a price much more affordable than other planners around Asheville. Throughout the planning process, Grace was accessible (at all hours), thorough, and creative, finding us elegant but inexpensive ways to decorate and furnish our wedding. She met with us several times to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted and composed a detailed, step-by-step timeline for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. When the day came, Grace was nothing short of essential. She relieved us of any stress, delivering breakfast and lunch to the wedding parties, setting up the entire venue exactly how we envisioned, and ensured that everything (and everyone) was on time and ran smoothly. Grace was critical in making our wedding the greatest day of our lives. Beyond all of that, though, she genuinely cared for us as people and became a trusted friend. For all of these reasons and more, we can’t recommend Grace highly enough. -
