Sara made my dream wedding come true! From the moment we hired her until our wedding, she was the most amazing person to work with! She has such incredible attention to detail, is efficient, thorough, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate planning our wedding during the pandemic and made it much less stressful than it could have been! She was such a pleasure to work with and the most amazing advocate for my husband and I during the entire process! I would hire Sara again in a heart beat!

Sara is the best - if you are looking for a wedding planner look no further! We hired her in 2019 to plan our wedding in March 2020 and everything was ready to go... and then the pandemic hit! She was quick and thorough and replanned our wedding not once but twice! She was extremely flexible and wanted to give us the absolute best event we could have ever hoped for. She is based in DC area and she travels - she did our wedding in NYC and it was the most unforgettable day. I hired her after getting a referral from my friend who had worked with her and had a spectacular wedding (which I attended!).

We are so incredibly grateful we had someone in our corner throughout this whole process who was organized, efficient, creative, and thoughtful. We had people come up to us during the event and tell us our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended! I can’t speak more highly of Sara. She made planning, postponing, and replanning a breeze. During a stressful two years, Sara proved to be not just a planner but a friend. Sara was phenomenal to work with. We had to cancel our destination wedding during the pandemic and Sara helped us plan two subsequent local weddings (had to cancel a second one before planning the third). Sara was as much a fantastic planner as a friend and therapist throughout our planning process. She was great at understanding what we were looking for when we didn't even know for ourselves. In particular, she was excellent at narrowing our choices since we didn't want to choose from 100 flower types or bands or venues but instead just 1 or 2 for each -- that saved our sanity and helped keep costs down. Most important, Sara understood our many fears with planning a covid-era wedding and she helped us make sure that we did things safely while still tastefully. I can't recommend Sara highly enough!

It's sort of weird no longer having Sara as my confidant after a year of planning. She took my vision and ran with it in the best way possible. She was honest, creative and her negotiating skills provided us with perks we would have never even thought of asking for. My guests won't stop talking about how it was the best wedding ever and I really have to credit Sara for it!

Cassie Harwood was the best wedding coordinator ever. She did a fantastic job at our wedding rehearsal and through out our wedding day working tirelessly and endlessly. You won’t go wrong with Cassie!

I spent the first 6 months of wedding planning agonizing over whether or not it was worth the money to hire a day of wedding coordinator. I finally bit the bullet and reached out to Sara a few months before my wedding, based on the recommendation of my photographer.

Sara matched me with a hero, I mean planner, named Megan, who was going to be my coordinator. She and I met at my wedding venue for our first meeting and walked through everything. I unloaded all of my anxieties and everything that had not been resolved yet. She knew what questions to ask, was organized and was clear about how to figure out next steps. She was incredibly kind and excited about everything related to the wedding, which I appreciated. Moving forward, I felt like I had an advocate and a teammate as I was negotiating vendors and family members.

On the day of the wedding, Megan arrived with an assistant. All I can say is that they were so wonderful. Megan quietly and efficiently kept the day on track, dealt with unforeseen issues and made sure that everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. The real act of wizardry was how Megan got the center pieces setup. There were at least at least 25 vases with flowers, as well as candles, that needed to be put out on tables while the venue staff were turning over the space quickly to transition from the ceremony to the reception. I honestly have no idea how she did it, but it was very impressive.

After the wedding, I felt so grateful that I went with Sara and her team and wondered if I could hire Megan to coordinate my entire life. If you are feeling like you can't do it all on your wedding day or that you won't be able to enjoy your wedding because of your responsibilities (and it works with your budget), I highly recommend getting at least a day of coordinator and I recommend going with Sara Muchnick and her team.

We debated whether to hire a day-of coordinator, and hired Cassie after speaking to her. I can't imagine what we would have done without her. She confirmed every detail with vendors, eased our parents' concerns, and best of all, shielded us from problems during the wedding day to the extent that we didn't even know about them until afterwards. I honestly would not have enjoyed my wedding day nearly as much if Cassie hadn't been there to take all my worries away and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. She even knew several of our vendors personally, further ensuring the event's success. You will not regret hiring her! I can't even put into words how good of a decision she was-- and my husband completely agrees!

We recently celebrated a wedding for our daughter at the Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC. My daughter interviewed wedding planners and chose Sara and I am most appreciative for her hire. Sara was 5 star in all aspects of her work. She was able to work well with the wedding couple as well as the parents of the bride. She listened and gave quality advice on so many decisions for the wedding. She and her assistant did all of the work so that the couple and the parents could enjoy the wedding to its fullest. I would recommend her to any couple who has an upcoming wedding.
