We cannot recommend the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center enough! Although it’s known as the UT Alumni Center, it is so much more, a stunning, elegant venue that absolutely wowed us and our guests. We had countless people comment on how beautiful the space was and how incredible the food tasted.

Ashley, from Rosemary’s Catering, was our main point of contact and truly the MVP. Her communication and organization leading up to our big day made the entire process feel seamless. She was responsive, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which was especially helpful since we were planning from outside of Austin.

We chose the Tex-Mex buffet and it was an absolute hit! The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. To top it all off, we added Amy’s Ice Cream for dessert, and our guests are still talking about it.

Booking with Etter-Harbin made wedding planning so much easier. Through them, we handled all the food, drinks, and rentals in one place. Once we secured the venue, all we needed was a coordinator, photographer, florist, and DJ and their preferred vendor list helped us find amazing people for each.

This venue is beautiful, well-run, and perfect for anyone wanting a smooth planning process and an unforgettable day.

Rosemary's Catering was wonderful! They prepared an incredible menu that our wedding guests loved. (The pesto gnocchi was a hit!) From the appetizers to the family style dinner, everything was flawlessly planned and executed. Our wedding planner, Kristin Catter, recommended Rosemary's, and we sure are glad that we chose them!

We can't say enough good things about Rosemary's. We picked them to be our caterer for our wedding originally planned to be in April 2020. Due to COVID we ended up having to postpone twice and finally were able to have our ceremony and reception in November 2021. They were so helpful and accommodating when we had to rebook things multiple times. Besides that everything else was fantastic. The tasting we did when we were deciding between vendors was wonderful. They prepared several appetizers and mains that we had asked for and were super helpful with any questions or other ideas that we had. After we decided to move forward with them, everything else went as smoothly as we could have asked for. Rachel was our main contact and she was also super responsive when we had questions or needed anything done. We couldn't have been happier with our choice and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a quality caterer.

I hired Rosemary's Catering for my wedding reception and cocktail hour and I worked with Rachel. I hired them for both food and rentals! Rachel was very organized and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She was very easy to work with and I love that Rosemary provides not only catering services but also rentals. The food was amazing and the servers and bartenders were all great. Our wedding was a little chaotic as we had planned an outdoor event and it started raining 10 minutes before the ceremony. We decided to shift cocktail hour ahead of the ceremony and Rosemary's Catering adjusted to the schedule. They started rolling out appetizers and making cocktails 30 min prior to when we had initially scheduled. I appreciated the flexibility. I highly recommend Rosemary's Catering for all of your catering and rental needs.

Rosemary’s Catering catered our 10/16/20 wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests on how professional, safe, and diligent they were. The food was delicious, and their catering service was top notch! Rachel was extremely helpful with the planning process and answered all our questions every step of the way.

They were creative when writing our wedding menu and helped us with design options. They worked closely with our wedding coordinator so we and our entire family could just relax and enjoy the day! Rosemary's Catering crushed it at our wedding! We planned the wedding from out of state and really wanted a great menu for our guests. We worked with Taylor (formerly Wood), and she was incredibly accommodating and set-up an amazing tasting menu and worked with us on linens, high-tops, a bar, and a great background for photos. She was incredibly helpful and responsive as time got closer and was even present at the rehearsal and day-of! The cheese and charcuterie board was a huge hit along with chicken and waffles, ahi tuna, rock shrimp and shiitake mushrooms. The hanger steak and sous-vide salmon with risotto were also amazing. From the set-up and the flip of our venue, this team was professional and on point! We loved our experience overall, and our guests loved the food.

As a UT alumni, we decided to have our wedding ceremony venue at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center for 100 guests. Our sales manager was Taylor Kelly, and she was magnificent! She was incredibly responsive through email and answered all of my questions. Our meetings were lax, and I never felt that she was trying to sell me anything that I didn't want or need. From working with our budget to tasting the menu, she was very flexible and accomodating.

Unfortunately she had to move states in the middle of our interaction, but the handoff and transition to our second sales manager, Emily Malaya, was seamless and no information was dropped. Emily was just as wonderful, efficient both through email as well as in person. We completed working out all the details without issues and working with both Taylor and Emily was the most pleasant and least stressful experience of our wedding planning. When the first sales manager is excellent at her job, you wonder if she was just one-of-a-kind rock star. But when the second sales manager is equally as talented, you realize you're working with a great event planning company that knows how to hire and train.

The day of the wedding has arrived and just when we thought Emily was incredibly valuable, she stepped it up a notch. From coordinating the procession to rounding up the wedding party to personally pinnning on my boutonniere, she made sure every part of the ceremony was as flawless as possible, and any issues that popped up she handled it easily and calmly. You can clearly tell she's had a lot of experience under her belt. Honestly, who know how many fires Emily had put out that I don't even know about. I have no idea how the ceremony would have gone without her help. You can tell she's not just good at her job, but she really enjoys taking care of her clients on what could be the biggest day of their life.

We had several guests tell us that Rosemary's provided the BEST wedding food they have ever had! Even though my husband and I were unable to eat the day of the wedding (nerves, too busy, etc.) we were packed a to-go goodie bag by the cater and ate it the next day and, let me tell you, it was still some of the best food I have ever had. Not just "wedding food", but any food in general!! They blew us away from the trial to the day of the wedding and after. 5 stars!!!
