Truly, I couldn't have done it without her patience and expertise, especially since we we started working together during the pandemic. It was scary but she helped ease my worries. She got straight to work and helped confirm a room block in Maui for my guests. She made sure all of my guests had everything they needed, from hotel accommodations to shuttle service. She communicated with me on a frequent basis. She was able to move swiftly when there were changes and late guest add-ons. She was able to secure my fiance and I a wonderful 2 bedroom cottage, where we were able to host a Welcome Reception for our guests and then a one bedroom villa for our honeymoon suite. Barbara helped us plan an amazing honeymoon! My wife and I went big and planned a 4 week trip all over Asia. I think we were difficult customers because we were indecisive about our destination(s) and ended up going to 5 different countries and on a whole bunch of flights, tours, etc. Barbara was patient and flexible through it all and helped us narrow things down and find the right places and tours. I decided to keep the final itinerary a secret from my wife and reveal it to her day by day and Barbara made that easy to do and got us excited by the idea of a surprise honeymoon. We went to Bali, Malaysian Borneo, Thailand, Singapore, and the Maldives. We saw beautiful, ancient temples, rice terraces, endangered monkeys, orangutans, went on a beautiful sunrise volcano hike, walked through an amazing rainforest and incredible caves (and saw millions of bats!), fed elephants in a sanctuary, saw beautiful beaches, and went diving at wonderful reefs. It was a trip to remember and Barbara found wonderful places and made a great, highly customized itinerary for us. Would recommend (and already have recommended) Barbara to others!

This company and our agent Barbara were simply AMAZING!

My husband and I were trying to plan a vacation for our 20th wedding anniversary. We knew we wanted to go someplace warm, hopefully easy to travel to and meet both of our needs. I love to lounge on the beach and have down time and my husband loves to go, go, go.

Barbara had her work cut out for her and came up with a list of a few places in the world that might work! Every suggestion she made was right up both of our alleys. The hardest part was deciding which of the amazing packages to choose! Barbara told us which one she thought we would both really love and that is the one we actually settled on. We chose the Riviera Maya in Mexico aka The Mexican Caribbean.

Once we made that choice Barbara took over and booked EVERYTHING! From the hotel, to plane flights and connecting transportation. Barbara came in right on budget and was extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process! Her customer service was beyond amazing! We even got to see one of the seven wonders of the world, Chichen Itza.

Once all the details were set in place Barbara followed up with constant contact emails, letting us know what to pack, how to tip or not tip (the resort was all inclusive) and just how to get the most out of our vacation!

She made suggestions of other local things we can do like swim in a mystical cenote, swim with sea turtles and even go zip lining! It was the absolute perfect marriage of rest and relaxation along with culture and activities. Everything was so perfectly planned, we literally worried about nothing!!

As if that wasn't enough we missed our connection to Chichen Itza the first day, when we contacted her to let her know what happened she jumped right into action and helped us re-organize it for the next day and it went perfectly!

Our room had a private swim up pool right outside of our preferred suite at Secrets resort Akumal, it was amazing! Side-note, we highly recommend this resort as well, the service was epic the food was fantastic and staff and accommodations were pristine! We were treated like royalty! Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we feel like we left some friends behind.

Barbara's expertise, knowledge, ability to listen to what we wanted and execute the perfect vacation is priceless!
