We got Married at the farm on October 7th 2023 and that day was the most incredible day of our lives! Everyone was beyond helpful the staff is beyond amazing! Let me just tell you, YOU need that day of coordinator, Bridget is the best, I repeat, THE BEST she did a phenomenal job! The farm is beautiful and over super accommodating. We also stayed in two of the homes on the property and made it a weekend event! The homes are just what you need! We would get married here once a year if we could! I do not have enough words to express how amazing it was! Just go! Have your event at Rivercrest! Run, get married!

When we visited Rivercrest we were stuck by the incredible view and beautiful barn, but when we met Bridget we knew this was our wedding venue. She is nothing but good vibes, professionalism, and top-notch organization. She will make sure your day goes smoothly and feels right— no judgement for where you might want to stray from the norm and plenty of good suggestions from her wealth of experience. She truly wants your day to be special for you and your partner. We loved having the venue for the full weekend to host all our wedding festivities from our rehearsal dinner, Friday meet & greet, Saturday wedding, and Sunday send-off. The Friday before the wedding we were frantically trying to get everything ready… well we should never have stressed because Bridget and the Rivercrest team turned our vision into a flawless reality. There were a few hiccups (the limo, our ride to the venue, broke down!) but Scot was quick to come up with a plan B and Bridget kept us on schedule. One of our favorite aspects of Rivercrest is how flexible it is for adapting to the different phases of a wedding. There are so many pockets of space to gather, dance, and enjoy. The getting ready rooms are a little tight for big groups (our wedding party got ready at the cabins we stayed at) and the on-site cabins are limited on how many they accommodate partially because of the limited number of restrooms. That said, the neighboring Deer Run cabins are fabulous and nearby. We loved our Rivercrest wedding and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to get married in the embrace of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Great venue, people, and experience! We loved all of the staff and they helped make our dream day come true! 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time, great communication, and a fun wedding!

This venue was EVERYTHING! It was beautiful, incredible, something out of my dreams. I am so grateful to have been married at such a beautiful location. But location aside, there is one person that stands out in the rivercrest team, Bridget Manley! She is just something special and about 50% of why we chose this venue. Bridget was our coordinator for the wedding and she was spectacular. She made the day feel flawlessly perfect and I could not be more grateful. She worked with us for months beforehand answering any and all questions. She made us feel confident and comfortable with the venue and our beautiful day. To the entire rivercrest team, thank you for everything you all did to make our night so perfect! Thank you for offering that alternative ceremony site so I could get my dream of getting married on the water. Thank you for everything!

We had an incredible/dream wedding at Rivercrest. Bridget and Scott were both very responsive and helpful. The prices were affordable and the views magnificent. It was really nice that some of the family could stay at the venue and that we had such an awesome open guest rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. It's very much a rustic fairy tale experience complete with horses, mountains and a river!

First off, its taken us WAAAAY too long to write this review for Bridget, Scott, and the whole team at Rivercrest. We are a VERY satisfied June 2021 married customer of Rivercrest. This place is absolutely amazing. The moment we met Bridget in the height of covid to tour for our wedding, we knew that (she) and this venue was it! There was no way anywhere else could top it! We actually only toured Rivercrest and made our decision right after leaving! Anyone who has met Bridget knows immediately that she is the perfect person for what she’s doing. She’s extremely hospitable, cares beyond belief and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure EVERYTHING is the way YOU want it on your special day. We honestly felt like we had made a forever friend after meeting Bridget and touring Rivercrest for the first time. Not to mention, the price you pay for what you get is a slamming deal! Leading up to the wedding, Bridget was literally at our beck and call (even though she says shes a 30-days out wedding planner) there were plenty of times we needed answers or measurements and she was on top of it and answered us the same day we asked. The venue speaks for itself, the views and pictures we have to remember this day will never, ever get old. Scott, (the owner) made it a point to come out and introduce himself to us while we were decorating and setting up the day before. He also gave us his PERSONAL number and told us to call him at any time, if we needed anything! I mean, it doesn’t get more accommodating than that! There are nothing but good things to be said about this venue and the possibilities are endless. Bridget and Scott made it very clear that they were/are open to us using the venue however we see fit. They allowed us to have full control of where we wanted to put everything. Although, since Bridget is so great at what she does we did have her suggest and take over for some parts because, duh she knows better than we do! We live just over 2 hours away from the Venue but Bridget did a wonderful job at setting up video calls and making sure we felt comfortable about everything, every step of the way. It was an honest dream come true. Everything was 100x better than we would have ever imagined and we cannot recommend this venue enough. The people who work for Rivercrest paired with the beautiful views truly make it the most wonderful experience you’ll ever have in your life!!!!

Our experience with Rivercrest Farm for our August 2021 wedding was nothing short of perfect! We worked closely with Bridget throughout our experience and was she was absolutely amazing! We met with her quite a few times to discuss planning and logistics and come the wedding day we had no worries. She was easily accessible by either phone or email and able to answer any question we had. We chose to hire the staff at the venue for the day and I definitely recommend doing so, it is well worth it. Neither of our families or our guests had any worries throughout the entire day. Everything was taken care of and organized from start to finish. The venue is well cared for and able to handle very large events. Bridget, the staff and the owners were very well accommodating and made us feel very special on our day! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend rivercrest highly enough. The venue was beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous location. The staff were extremely helpful and the day would have been a disaster without Bridget. She knows then venue so we'll and absolutely killed it as a coordinator.

Rivercrest Farm is a beautiful venue with breathtaking mountain views! We wanted a destination wedding from PA to VA. We toured several VA farms, but after our tour with Bridget at Rivercrest Farm we just knew this was the venue for us. Bridget was so great to work with every step of the way! Seven months into our planning , the pandemic began. Bridget & the owners of the Rivercrest were willing to work with us to turn our destination wedding into a small private ceremony. We were able to stream the ceremony on Zoom & our day turned out so amazing & beautiful! I would recommend Rivercrest Farm to anyone!
