We had very specific requests and Melanie filled them all. We learned so much, and she didn't scoff when we tried lower priced options (like a morganite stone). In fact, she took notes on what I like, and there was a diamond show the weekend after we went. She went to the show and picked things out just for me! We never even looked anywhere else.
