The team at Rebecca Rose Events is extraordinary. My daughter was married in Western NC (Highlands, NC) the day after Hurricane Helene struck the region in Sept 2024. We had no power, no communication ability, no tent (it was crushed), no band, no photographer, no videography, only 1/3 of the guests....and we were trapped in a rural lodge by multiple fallen trees and power lines. What we DID have was Betsy and her amazing RRE team. They created peace and beauty for our traumatized family and friends and the wedding went on! The fallen trees were moved by the groom and groomsmen. RRE did the rest. As the mother of the bride, I will always be appreciative for Betsy who persevered beyond anything we could have imagined. They pivoted and created a rehearsal dinner using whatever a local restaurant had in their freezer (that food was cooked in a van's mobile kitchen). They found votive candles to light tables. On Saturday, they figured out how we could use a different part of the wedding venue for the ceremony and the reception....and provided beautiful flowers and linens. As I walked down the aisle, I looked around and marveled at what beauty RRE had created. What partners they are with the families they work with! We are forever grateful.

Becca did the flowers for our wedding and they were AMAZING!! Our ceremony site was the most beautiful ceremony site I have ever seen and fit the ambiance perfectly. All the flowers at our reception were exactly what we dreamed of and beyond! She is extremely creative, great at what she does, and pays attention to every little detail. She even provided gorgeous flower choices for my hair. Not only that, Becca was extremely helpful while thinking about the overall decor for the wedding, and went above and beyond by providing recommendations for more than just the flowers. Everything was drop dead gorgeous!!!!

Becca, Betsy, and their team were incredible! They made the day even more amazing than I could have imagined. They were more than just wedding coordinators, they became our friends too!

Hiring Becca to be my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I made around my entire wedding (marrying my husband being one of the few better decisions around that day). She instilled a great deal of confidence from our first meeting that only grew through the planning process. As we continued planning together, I was impressed by the questions she asked to ensure we were prepared (ones that didn't enter my brain), and I'm very type A. No details was left undiscussed, but our time together was still extremely efficient. She ensured that I was the guest of honor at my own wedding not a stress ball trying to worry about the details. After interviewing quite a few wedding planners, I knew as soon as I spoke to Becca over the phone that she was the perfect fit for us. We chose the mid-level service package and honestly felt that the service, attention, and expertise we received was well beyond our initial expectations. I couldn't place a value on everything Becca and her team were able to do for us. We met face to face quite a few times, she was extremely responsive to emails, and I never really had a need to call her because she handled all vendor situations before I was even aware anything had gone wrong. Our venue was completely transformed thanks to her vision and excellent taste and it would not have been pulled off as elegantly or perfectly without her. All of our vendors commented that she was one of the best and most thorough planners they had ever worked with. She and her team are truly a pleasure to work with!
