The Rand-Bryan House is a rustic yet elegant wedding venue located in Garner, North Carolina. We offer our historic 19th-century home, scenic porch, and picturesque grounds for both your ceremony and reception. Situated 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, our rural 135-acre farm is great for hosting both intimate gatherings and grand affairs. At the Rand-Bryan House, we are all about flexibility and we look forward to bringing your unique vision to life!

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 110 guests inside and 250 guests outside. For your ceremony, you can say your “I do's” in our beautiful, intimate garden, spacious side yard or tree enclosed meadow. Native trees and blooming bushes surround the house and provide a relaxing, picturesque setting for your cocktail hour. Your guests can enjoy the lush green grass as you dance the night away under the stars. Host your reception inside the house, or under a tent surrounded by evergreens. The Rand-Bryan House also has a romantic wrap-around porch, perfect for cocktail hour, mingling with guests, or simply sitting in a rocking chair to enjoy a beautiful evening. If you prefer an indoor event, our beautiful historic house is perfect. It features hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light. You can exchange your vows in our sunroom for a romantic and intimate ceremony, then we will convert the space to get the party started for your reception.

Services Offered
We allow plenty of flexibility so that you can personalize your wedding to fit your style. Although we do not require you to choose from a pre-set vendor list, we are happy to provide recommendations for outstanding vendors who are familiar with the space. Our on-site preparation suite is perfect for those special photos while you get ready with your wedding party. Our package allows you full access to the entire house, extensive grounds, and parking lot. Caterers will have full access to the kitchen to take care of all of your culinary needs.
