  I had a beautiful wedding here last weekend, and Martha is the best to work with! She is very lenient with letting you have any type of wedding you would like, the options are limitless! The venue is beautiful, and there are so many spots you can party- in the beautiful sun room, the covered, walk around porch, in a huge field, or a secluded garden ceremony. I wanted to do our ceremony in the front yard garden but it rained and having to have it inside was still gorgeous! And it is so nice to have a plan B that is almost as nice as plan A!
  As far as working with Martha, she will let you choose your own caterer, florist, etc... many places require you to use specific vendors- not here! However she will provide you a list of vendors she recommends if you would like.
  Not only is the location gorgeous, but the best part about it is that we were aloud to have our dog there! That meant a lot to us, and was actually the nail in the coffin when it came to choosing a venue (although I already had my mind made up when I asked!) Our dog is part of the family, and we are so happy to finally find a venue where she was welcome.
  I highly recommend this venue and working with Martha is wonderful!

  Country Wedding in the City

  Who knew that you could have a country wedding in the city? Finding Rand-Bryan House (RBH) was such a nice surprise! The venue is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Martha, the owner, was so helpful with guiding us on some of the decision making along the way. Our wedding was on Memorial Day weekend and temperatures soared into the upper 90s. We still got married outside, but it was nice that after the ceremony guests could go inside to cool off when they needed to. I would highly recommend RBH to anyone looking to have an "out in the country" feel to their special event.

  The Rand Bryan House was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. It was absolutely beautiful-a perfect setting! Martha, and her husband were wonderful to work with-from beginning to end. Every time I asked to stop in-she was accommodating. I would definitely recommend The Rand Bryan House to anyone for their event.

  beautiful and peaceful venue, wonderful to work with

  We were so happy with the rand bryan house. I only wanted to look at one venue that fit what I wanted: century home with southern charm that had beautiful outdoor space. I knew when we visited that it was the perfect venue. Martha was great from the beginning and helped with a quick response anytime we had a question. We were allowed to have our dog in the wedding and when the rain came, she and her daughter wiped down the dancefloor so we could use it. Never would have used another venue! I wish I could live in that house!

  Rand Bryan was a beautiful spot for our wedding. We wanted a child friendly place that was still beautiful and charming. The outside provided spots for the bar on the porch and the extensive grounds for pictures and the children to play.
  
  Martha, the manager, saved the day by providing linens, which apparently my caterer had thought I was providing. She was cool and calm, and very kind. Just the person you need around when a big bump appears in the day!
  
  I recommend this venue for it's flexibility, charm, and ease. We had a lovely day!

  My husband and I wanted to host a kid-friendly wedding reception where we could invite literally EVERYONE we wanted to have there, and the Rand-Bryan House was the perfect place for us to host our event. Even with nearly 300 people invited (about 170-175 showed), we were still able to be within our budget because Martha allowed us much flexibility. We were also able to make it very personal to us, by choosing our own caterer, providing our own desserts (my family's specialty), providing craft beers from North Carolina to impress our guests from up North, and ourselves bringing a variety of wines from NY to show off. We were able to hire our own bartenders and servers (Tom's Bartending, which we highly recommend!) to serve the food and drink we were providing; all of this kept our costs much lower than they would have been at other venues that are more restrictive. The perfect weather that day was just the icing on the cake - we set up a kids' section on an area of lawn that was a huge hit. We received so many compliments, which feels awesome because you always want your guests to enjoy the day with you!

  This was such a beautiful venue! I am very glad I had the opportunity to have my wedding ceremony and reception in a place that truly values their customers. I wanted something with both a beautiful scenery inside and outside, and this was PERFECT! The staff was always very flexible and willing to meet at any point during the whole planning process. Great experience and no complaints! It was well worth all that we invested in the end!

  Can't say enough good for what Martha did for us for my daughters wedding. She was very easy to contact and met with us several times prior to the wedding. The venue worked great for us with a guest list of 80 people. Martha was very helpful in supplying different names of vendors to use. He staff was so helpful at the event. Loved the Rand-Bryan House!!

  An Amazing Venue

  We looked at several venues before choosing the Rand-Bryan house, but ended up being won over by it's combination of rustic charm and classy elegance. I'm so glad that we chose Rand-Bryan. In the end, not only did the venue live up to all it promised aesthetically, but the connections and advice of Martha (Manager/Owner) proved invaluable. She was able to connect us with several vendors who were lovely and knew the space well, and allowed us to plan our unforgettable day and evening easily. Thank you Martha for helping us make our wedding one of a kind and unforgettable. We could not have done it without you!

  First, Martha is GREAT. Our event was a rehearsal dinner ~ 50 guests. Great venue with indoor and outdoor space. Indoor space included a private sitting room where the bride and groom presented gifts to wedding party, a large foyer and entry, and ball room which easily sat 50 with additional ~1,000 sq. ft. of dance area. Buffet (cater) was set in a large room that adjoined the outdoor decks AND ball room! Now to the outside!!! Wrap around porch and shaded lawns allowed guests to spread out (we had GREAT weather). Rocking chairs included!! Parking is extensive and "formal" look in front of house lawns as you drive up. All catering vehicles park behind house so pictures are very nice. One more note about Martha! She recommended Caffe' Luna as the caterer. Great choice and they do many functions at the property and thus know the set up. We were thrilled!!

  The Rand Bryan House was a beautiful, romantic, quaint, and very intimate wedding venue. The staff are very professional and help with any questions you may have. They want your day to perfect and stress free, so they are great at making sure details are covered. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

  Beautiful and intimate celebration venue

  We loved using the Rand-Bryan house for our wedding celebration. Heather and the team were great to work with & very flexible when a deployment changed our original plans.

  The Rand Bryan House is a perfect place for a wedding and reception. We only rented it for wedding reception and it was a perfect place for it. The house and grounds are very well maintained and the yard is really pretty in the summertime.

  The Rand-Bryan house was the perfect location for our outdoor wedding ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception. The staff was wonderful to work with, and the facility and grounds are emaculate. It's a stunningly beautiful place, with gorgeous landscaping - making for unbelievable wedding photographs. I can't say enough great things about Martha and the Rand-Bryan house! They were flexible in allowing US to choose the vendors we wanted to work with (as long as they were insured, etc.), instead of choosing between 2-3 exclusive vendors, as many other wedding venues do. Martha had some suggestions of caterers/rentals/etc she's worked with before, which was helpful. Our wedding day was a perfect day, and we're so delighted to have celebrated it at the Rand-Bryan house.

It's a stunningly beautiful place, with gorgeous landscaping - making for unbelievable wedding photographs. I can't say enough great things about Martha and the Rand-Bryan house! They were flexible in allowing US to choose the vendors we wanted to work with (as long as they were insured, etc.), instead of choosing between 2-3 exclusive vendors, as many other wedding venues do. Martha had some suggestions of caterers/rentals/etc she's worked with before, which was helpful. Our wedding day was a perfect day, and we're so delighted to have celebrated it at the Rand-Bryan house.

  The Rand Bryan House was the absolute perfect place for us to have our wedding. The inside of the house is gorgeous with the giant window that let in plenty of light. There are two wonderful outside choices as well, and being near a Christmas tree farm was the icing on the cake. Martha was a dream to work with. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to recommend a vendor to us when we were lost. She was also wonderful throughout the night of the wedding - I cannot tell you how many of my guests came up to me and said they were so impressed with how she checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful house!

Martha was so easy to work with, she was very reassuring about all my fears, she never got frustrated with all of my questions, she made suggestions that were crucial to our day, and she was so helpful throughout the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception!
  
  The inside of the Rand-Bryan House is simple but gorgeous which is what we loved about it. We really didn't need much decoration at all for the ceremony! We used the field out back for the reception tent and it was beautiful! The landscaping around the Rand-Bryan House is absolutely gorgeous (a photographers dream!) there are seemingly endless options for ceremony/reception sites and photos!
