The best brisket we've ever had!
Everything day of was seamless and easy. I did not have to worry for one second! Leading up, Audra was so easy to work with and answered every question or concern promptly -- even when we asked the same question 3 times.
We have had so many compliments on how great the bbq was from all of our guests!

Star Hill Ranch highly recommends Railroad Bar-B-Que. The staff are professional and courteous and their food is fantastic. In addition to consistently providing our clients with delicious BBQ choices - moist and expertly flavored brisket, chicken, sausage, etc., Railroad prepares very tasty and creative sides, including a mac & cheese dish with bacon that will bring tears of joy to your eyes. At one wedding, the owner, Gerald, prepared a baked fish entree for those less inclined to BBQ, and as a person that doesn't normally eat fish, I went back for seconds. Railroad is great at making, presenting and serving their core product, but are able to provide out-of-the-box solutions to meet the needs and tastes of everyone! 5 stars!
