I went with the first dress I tried on but wanted to be absolutely sure so I went to 5 bridal shops and tried on over 30 dresses! Providece Place was BY FAR the nicest, most helpful shop in DFW!!!! These ladies are so sweet and are truly wanting you to find the dress of your dreams! There was no pressure and they accommodated my friends and family with my “dress reveal” idea!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I just love the ladies at Providence! I came in multiple times for dresses, alterations and whatnot, they were friendly and supportive through the entire process. My dress was amazing and I got so many comments on it. The selection of bridesmaid dresses is perfect and we had a truly 'catered to' experience.

My Mom and I had the best experience here with Madison and even through this horrible pandemic. This pandemic couldn’t stop the happiness at Providence Place Bridal. She was patient, kind and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She made great recommendations and when I tried on different dresses she really paid close attention to what features I did and did not like about dresses. I ended up choosing my very first dress that I tried on and was in LOVE with how it felt and looked on me. It was a HUGE decision so Madison didn’t pressure me and I told her I wanted to sleep on it. Later that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and so I texted Madison and she offered to even come in on her day off so I could try it on ONE more time before I made a final decision. Again, she was so patient. She let me try it on again and told me to stay in the dress as long as I wanted. I did walk around it in and imagined myself walking down the aisle. I was so excited and said yes to the dress! Thank you to Madison and Providence Place Bridal for making this experience such an amazing one.

I went to a few different bridal shops and tried a good amount of wedding dresses before going to providence bridal. From the moment I arrive they were so kind and helpful and so invested in helping me find “the dress for me” . I worked with Mrs. Diana she listened to my vision of what I wanted and on my first visit I knew I had found the dress for me. Ordering my dress was super easy and it arrived faster than what I imagined. For the alterations I worked with Mrs. Karen, she really was the best!!! I had met with another alteration consultant prior and it was a nightmare. Mrs. Karen knew exactly what my dress needed and had it ready right on time. Thank you ladies for being my wedding angels!

Let me start off by saying that the Providence Place is the go to place for ANY bride! Everyone there is so welcoming! From the girls at the front desk to the seamstress (Karen) they have in store everyday! Even the owner! ❤

I came in about 3 months out for my wedding due to issues with the previous bridal shop I had bought my dress from (The Bridal Shoppe in Wylie). As soon as I walked in I explained how everything had happened with the other shop and they right away helped me! Totally different from how I had been treated at the other shop! Me and my mother were so amazed at how you could tell from the moment we walked in how the providence place really did care about making the whole process as least stressful as possible! The very first day I walked in, I found my dress and bought it! It was everything I had dreamed of! 😍 It was only missing 1 thing and that 1 thing got added on asap by their on hand seamstress who does the most amazing work and the most fastest work! They ordered material that was needed on the spot, gave me tracking info and estimated arrival, and even had measurements done on the spot. By the time of my wedding week everything was done so perfectly and so beautiful! I came from Canada to shop At Providence place for my daughter's wedding as well as my own. Lynette Coughlin and staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and were able to find me the perfect dress with little notice. I am not very comfortable trying on clothes and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were able to set me up as well with a seamstress who altered my dress quickly as i was heading back to Canada. I highly recommend Providence Place.

Best place in Texas to purchase a dress! Their knowledge about a dress and alterations is above and beyond any other company we talked with! I would recommend them to everyone! They answered every question my fiance asked and took all the time she needed to try on dresses. They treated Dawn like a queen!!!! Very professional and the alteration process was flawless! If you do NOT use this team then you are making a HUGE mistake. The individual attention they give you is top notch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies at Providence Place are a delight to work with! Their cheerfulness and personal interest in the bride and her entourage set them apart. You are not just a number to be hurried in and out. And Karen, alterations lady extraordinaire, was so patient and knowledgeable as it took several visits to get the perfect fit for my daughter, the bride. My daughter had the bridal gown of her dreams at an affordable price. It all turned out so beautifully!

This place is amazing. I went there to have my dress altered by Karen, who went the extra mile to make sure the dress was perfect! She is so talented and professional and I recommend her to any bride!
