5 stars!!!! Amazing!

I went with the first dress I tried on but wanted to be absolutely sure so I went to 5 bridal shops and tried on over 30 dresses! Providece Place was BY FAR the nicest, most helpful shop in DFW!!!! These ladies are so sweet and are truly wanting you to find the dress of your dreams! There was no pressure and they accommodated my friends and family with my “dress reveal” idea!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Worth every Penny!

I just love the ladies at Providence! I came in multiple times for dresses, alterations and whatnot, they were friendly and supportive through the entire process. My dress was amazing and I got so many comments on it. The selection of bridesmaid dresses is perfect and we had a truly 'catered to' experience.

Patient, fun & kind experience!

My Mom and I had the best experience here with Madison and even through this horrible pandemic. This pandemic couldn’t stop the happiness at Providence Place Bridal. She was patient, kind and listened to exactly what I was wanting. She made great recommendations and when I tried on different dresses she really paid close attention to what features I did and did not like about dresses. I ended up choosing my very first dress that I tried on and was in LOVE with how it felt and looked on me. It was a HUGE decision so Madison didn’t pressure me and I told her I wanted to sleep on it. Later that day, I couldn’t stop thinking about it and so I texted Madison and she offered to even come in on her day off so I could try it on ONE more time before I made a final decision. Again, she was so patient. She let me try it on again and told me to stay in the dress as long as I wanted. I did walk around it in and imagined myself walking down the aisle. I was so excited and said yes to the dress! Thank you to Madison and Providence Place Bridal for making this experience such an amazing one.

Best bridal shop !!

I went to a few different bridal shops and tried a good amount of wedding dresses before going to providence bridal. From the moment I arrive they were so kind and helpful and so invested in helping me find “the dress for me” . I worked with Mrs. Diana she listened to my vision of what I wanted and on my first visit I knew I had found the dress for me. Ordering my dress was super easy and it arrived faster than what I imagined. For the alterations I worked with Mrs. Karen, she really was the best!!! I had met with another alteration consultant prior and it was a nightmare. Mrs. Karen knew exactly what my dress needed and had it ready right on time. Thank you ladies for being my wedding angels!

Beyond my expectations! 😍

Let me start off by saying that the Providence Place is the go to place for ANY bride! Everyone there is so welcoming! From the girls at the front desk to the seamstress (Karen) they have in store everyday! Even the owner! ❤

I came in about 3 months out for my wedding due to issues with the previous bridal shop I had bought my dress from (The Bridal Shoppe in Wylie). As soon as I walked in I explained how everything had happened with the other shop and they right away helped me! Totally different from how I had been treated at the other shop! Me and my mother were so amazed at how you could tell from the moment we walked in how the providence place really did care about making the whole process as least stressful as possible! The very first day I walked in, I found my dress and bought it! It was everything I had dreamed of! 😍 It was only missing 1 thing and that 1 thing got added on asap by their on hand seamstress who does the most amazing work and the most fastest work! They ordered material that was needed on the spot, gave me tracking info and estimated arrival, and even had measurements done on the spot. By the time of my wedding week everything was done so perfectly and so beautiful! I even had Karen make me a custom veil to match my dress, that came out just gorgeous 😍 Highly Highly Highly recommend this shop! If I could I would give them way more stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came from Canada to shop At Providence place for my daughter's wedding as well as my own. Lynette Coughlin and staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and were able to find me the perfect dress with little notice. I am not very comfortable trying on clothes and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. They were able to set me up as well with a seamstress who altered my dress quickly as i was heading back to Canada. I highly recommend Providence Place.

Best place in Texas to purchase a dress! Their knowledge about a dress and alterations is above and beyond any other company we talked with! I would recommend them to everyone! They answered every question my fiance asked and took all the time she needed to try on dresses. They treated Dawn like a queen!!!! Very professional and the alteration process was flawless! If you do NOT use this team then you are making a HUGE mistake. The individual attention they give you is top notch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies at Providence Place are a delight to work with! Their cheerfulness and personal interest in the bride and her entourage set them apart. You are not just a number to be hurried in and out. And Karen, alterations lady extraordinaire, was so patient and knowledgeable as it took several visits to get the perfect fit for my daughter, the bride. My daughter had the bridal gown of her dreams at an affordable price. It all turned out so beautifully!

All my life i thought I wanted a princess dress and maybe if I would have gone to another store I would have picked it. But walking into here there were so many options and every dress was better than the one before. The staff was so helpful and it didn't take me long before I knew the one I was getting married it was more than perfect!! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Providence Place Bridal enough! THIS is what a wedding dress shopping experience should be - and more. I came in on a Saturday and without an appointment. I hadn't even been intending to buy a gown that day - just to browse - but Lynette, the owner, was so fantastic and attentive. She came and asked me what I envisioned for my big day while my mother and I combed through the racks of gowns. I told her 'Gatsby' and she pulled THE dress (Maggie Sottero, Elison) right away. No joke, it was the first and only dress she pulled for me. I tried it on and knew at once that this was MY dress.

The experience didn't end there! Because of my great luck, it was only logical that I would use Providence Place for my bridesmaids dresses. Five of my seven bridesmaids purchased their dresses here (Angelina Faccenda) and I had my alterations done in-house by Karen who is MAGIC.

Between coming in with bridesmaids and for alterations, I was a semi-regular face in the salon. The staff was always so friendly and attentive - sometimes when I was at The Harbor for unrelated reasons (lunch or a movie in the same shopping center) they would spy me outside the window and COME OUTSIDE to greet me BY NAME. This is service you won't find anywhere else.

On the day of my wedding, my bridesmaids and I were stunning and I could not imagine my wedding without the support, attention and service I received from Providence Place Bridal Salon.

The ladies at Providence Place were absolutely fantastic!! They made sure my and my bridal party's experience was super fun and memorable. They don't pressure you or hurry you along; they just let you have at it and have a great time looking for the perfect dress! And once I found it, they had as much fun as we did, adding accessories and veils! Also they worked with me to order my dress over the phone so I didn't have to make the trip over to the shop again, especially after offering to price match another bridal shop across town..Super sweet ladies and very helpful!

The ladies at Providence Place are wonderful! The owner herself helped me when I came in for my first look at wedding gowns, and I found my dream dress on that first day. After shopping around, I came back to buy my dress from this shop and Lynette, because of the amazing, personal service I got on those first visits. They have an in-house seamstress for alterations, which was super convenient. Karen completely re-did the back of my dress, and it fit perfectly. The number one thing everyone was asking my mom on the wedding day was "Did you have that dress custom made!?" Skip the bigger shops and don't waste your time driving all over Dallas. Providence Place is a gem!

The team at providence bridal was amazing. They made my experience dress shopping a breeze. I found an amazing dress working my budget which I thought was impossible. I also found my bridesmaid, mother of bride and mother of groom dresses here. All of them were gorgeous and budget friendly. Karen did an excellent job with alterations on all our gowns for an incredibly reasonable price. A little glitch with the guys tuxes but nothing of concern since our guys are not standard sizes & they did everything in their power to make sure everything fit fabulously before our wedding day. Their customer service was beyond amazing. Highly recommended one stop bridal shop! They make you feel like family!

We went to a big box bridal shop where we were treated so poorly it was ridiculous. Providence Place was about to close and we called them from the other store, told them what was happening and they held the store open for us! Not only did we find a dress for under our budget, they were able to get it super fast and everything, including the alterations were awesome. LOVE this SHOP!!

Karen altered my dress. She worked with me over and over again to make my dress absolutely perfect for my wedding day. She truly is incredibly talented. She takes such sweet care of her client's dresses, and she was a delight to work with. I loved every visit to the bridal salon for my fittings. The staff at Providence Place are completely precious. I am so happy with my choice to have my dress altered there.

I was recommended to Providence Place a few weeks ago by a couple of friends who found their dress there. I visited with my mother. We made an appt. and pretty much had the shop to ourselves! The ladies that helped me pick my wedding gown went above and beyond in helping me decide which gowns to try on and which ones I would look best in. We were greeted with enthusiasm and felt like we were all old friends. We so enjoyed our time there and it seriously flew by. I purchased my dress with ease and comfort, and didn't have to borrow money to get the design I was looking for!

As a Mother of the bride (MOB), I could not have asked for a better experience! Lynette and her team took great care with my daughter to help her select just the right dress along with accessories that enhanced the dress. Additionally, she worked with me to find a dress that also made me feel special for my daughter's big day. Everything was delivered timely and any necessary alterations were completed perfectly on-site by Karen. I highly recommend Lynette at Providence Place as she ensures the bride as well as the entire bridal party attire is just right. I honestly did not think I would find anything I could afford or get immediately. I walked in 8 days before my wedding and the ladies were so helpful. They helped me find a dress that I could get ASAP and one that was way under my budget. They even called the lady that does the alterations to make sure she could have it done in time before I purchased the dress. They found me the most beautiful dress!!! They were so friendly. I felt comfortable and I am very happy with my experience. It reminds me of a high end shop, which is why I didn't think I would be able to afford a dress there. They have dresses for every budget!!!'

This is an awesome wedding boutique with tons of gorgeous wedding dresses & accessories. I finally found my dress and it ended up being at a price better than I expected. Karen Garner did all my alterations at the store and she was great. Very helpful, friendly, and worked around my schedule (since I lived out of state & made trips randomly).

My experience at Providence Place was nothing less than stellar. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad that I agreed to make the trek from North Dallas to Rockwall. This was the first and only place that I went to in search of my perfect dress. I must admit, I didn't think I would find "the one" being that it was my first place, so I am still kind of in shock. It is a boutique, but they had the perfect selection. Lisa Covington took her time with me and was very understanding when I expressed any concerns. They also accomodated and took really good care of my "support group" though it was a small boutique. Can't wait to pick up my dress! Make an appointment with Lisa; she'll take care of you!

Providence Bridal gets a 5 star rating as far as we are concerned. I am so glad we accidently walked into this shop on the way home. We had been to a few other bridal places but once we stepped inside, we knew this was where our daughter's wedding dress would be purchased. We fell in love with the owner and her staff. They were so helpful and extremely nice. From picking out a gown, to having custom alterations done and working with the bridesmaids was the best experience a person could have. Very professional, friendly and the prices of her gowns are awesome. You will not be sorry if you choose to go here to buy your gown. An experience we will always remember.

I must have looked at over 20 bridal shops to visit online, i knew that i would probably end up somewhere in Dallas. I live in rockwall and noticed a bridal shop named providence place. I scheduled an appointment, as i did for other bridal shops as well. This was the first bridal place i visited. I found my dress in April and canceled every other appointment i had made. The team here at providence place are really special. They made me feel like a bride, and they were extremely professional. And I love the boutique feel of the bridal shop. Everyone I brought in was pleased with the service, look and feel. If i had to describe the service in one word, id say outstanding.

The whole staff at Providence Bridal was phenomenal to work with, small shop, but don't let that fool you, they have a huge selection. This was the first place on my dress "journey", I went to others and none could compare to the level and quality of service I received here. So I went back and eventually bought the first dress I tried on, the only dress that made my mom and me cry. They were so great and patient, they let me come back a few times after I ordered my dress to try on the sample for friends and family. It was a stunning dress, and they gave me a great reference for a seamstress and my alterations were amazing and so affordable. Thanks again for my beautiful Mori Lee gown. Thanks again!

This bridal dress venue not only helps you go through the not this one, but the oh my this one without making you want to pull your hair out. Also they work with you on payment methods. I felt like I was in a movie every time I walked into the place! I would go through that treatment anyday everyday all over again!

They offer a quality selection of bridal gowns. They were only the 3rd shop I visited and I found 'the dress.' They prices are comparable to other stores, but the quality of their gowns is far better than the chain bridal stores. I also purchased my veil from them. It did not come with a blusher but they worked with the vendor to have one made for it. It was a great experience.

Don't let the size of the shop fool you Providence Place is THE best place with regard to service, selection, and price! Lia and Lynette are fabulous in setting up as many appointments as you need to find just the right dress. They were able to help me find my perfect dress and even a dress for the reception as well. They also have discounts available if the other members of your bridal party wish to purchase their dresses there. This place is absolutely a gem, and I am so happy I took a chance is stopping in when I happened to find the shop when walking at the Harbor in Rockwall.

I absolutely loved the personal attention that you get at Providence Place, you don't feel rushed in and rushed out. The staff are superbly professional and compassionate.

I had an amazing experience at Provi! The ladies are very knowledgeable and help with every step in finding the perfect dress! We used Provi for all the dresses in the wedding!

I found my Stunning wedding dress only after trying on about 6 others dresses here & I new it was meant to be when we got it on me! I felt like Cinderella and I found my missing Glass Slipper!! I believe the women who runs this place is named Lynnette.. and anyways, it was just her assisting me that Sunday evening & she was absolutely fabulous! She also gave me a great referral to THE WORLD'S BEST SEAMSTRESS EVER!! I truly feel I received FIVE STAR service here and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The prices are very reasonable and the dresses are gorgeous. The most impressive thing about this place though is easily the ladies that work there. They are genuinely friendly and let me emphasize genuine. I went to only 2 other bridal stores and I wish I hadn't wasted my time. The were overpriced, pushy, and just not personable at all. At Providence Place you feel like the actually care and are interested in your wedding and helping you achieve what you want in your wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and accessories.

I had the most amazing experience with Lynette. She was attentive, listened, and was patient. We spent a few hours here and I purchased my dress from them. I would send anyone and everyone I know. She accommodated my friends and family that came with me to shop, provided water when I got hot from the layers in the dressed, and just went above and beyond my wildest imagination of how wedding dress shopping would be.

They also had the perfect match to our wedding colors for the bridesmaids, my Maid of Honor tried on a few dresses, and was very happy with their quality and design. I look forward to work with Lynette again for items for my wedding.

The staff was great. The store manager Lia was very helpful from day one. They also had a great selection- I found my dream dress my first day, couldn't be happier. Thank you Providence Place for everything!

Lynette and Lia are just amazing! They have gone so far above and beyond for me! To start, I just stopped in without an appointment which was not a problem to them. They were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable (I don't normally feel comfortable standing naked with a stranger.) Lynette asked for a description of what I liked and she picked out "the Dress" for me in no time! Lynette and Lia were very carful not to go over my budget and did not pressure me to purchase at any time. Lia has not only helped me find a hair and makeup person but she hand delivered my dress to my seamstress AND they are holding my dress until my wedding day to keep it safe. Bottom line, these two women are wonderful and do good business! I recommend dropping in, I promise they will not disappoint!

I came in to Providence Place a few weeks ago with my 2 bridesmaids and my mother. We made an appt. and pretty much had the shop to ourselves! The ladies that helped me pick my wedding gown went above and beyond in helping me decide which gowns to try on and which ones I would look best in. I had gone to 2 other shops before I came here and they didn't even compare to the professionalism and kindness these women had we me and my friends. We were greeted with enthusiasm and felt like we were all old pals. I spent a good two hours there and it seriously flew by. I purchased my dress with ease and comfort. If anyone is wanting their day to be extra special, I would 110% start with this place!!!!!

Loved this boutique for my wedding dress! It was a little crammed when we are so used to superstores (plus I would bring more people than probably necessary), but I love the ladies that work there. So friendly and helpful. I was happy they carried Mori Lee and were near enough to my home. They ordered the dress I've wanted for over a year, but since it was from previous seasons, I couldn't try it on. But they gave me so many other dresses so I could have the experience of trying some - I almost changed my mind to one of those. Had to order the dress I wanted blindly but it ended up perfect for me! Provi Place even offered a Google coupon so I got 10% off a dress that was already decently priced. My mother even found a cute black cocktail dress for the wedding that fit her perfect (and super cheap!). They kept me updated of the order status and when it had come in - sooner than expected. They brought one of their seamstresses to my fitting to show me what should be done and from then on out worked with her about three times (I kept losing weight) to get a great fit. Very happy!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My mom and I originally had an appointment at another super pushy boutique in another city. We were stuck in an accident and were not able to make our appointment. This was during the week and we stopped to have brunch and looked to see if there any close by bridal boutiques. Yelp recommended this one! We did NOT have an appointment by were greeted with smiles and they were so friendly. I can't remember my consultant's name, but she was a doll and very helpful. I tried on about 6 dresses and the 3rd one was my IT dress! I was given an approximate arrival date but it came in a couple of weeks early! My veil arrived on the approximated date. But it was not big deal as I was already set up for alterations with, Karen, there in boutique. She is amazing!!!! My dress fits like a glove and the bustle is perfect. I'm so happy not to have to wear a bra! Love everything about it!!! My dress was a beautiful Morilee dress in light gold. I also bought a traditional plain comb single veil.

This shop was the best I have been to. They were so accommodating and even allowed me to come in after hours with my mom and bridesmaids. No one made me feel rushed or like I had to hurry so they could get to the next girl like all the other shops. They have moved though to a new address so this need to be updated. They are at The Harbor in Rockwall now. I think the address is on Summer Lee in Rockwall. I think the address is on their website, thats how I found it.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dress. From the start these ladies were attentive to me and made me feel so special. They are so personable and make sure all your needs are met. My dress turned out stunning and I stayed in budget! I would reccomend this place to all future brides. There was no stress with getting all my dresses from here.

Providence was wonderful! We bought my wedding dress as well as our bridesmaids dresses from them, and they were beautiful. My dress was something no one had ever seen before, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding. The ladies in the store were incredible kind, and helpful. They did not act like used-car salesmen, and I appreciated that. Other bridal stores seem so desperate for you to buy a dress, where Providence is in the business to help you find the dress of YOUR dreams! Would highly recommend!

The value of the dress is the only thing I was really disappointed with. These are supposed to be expensive designer dresses and there were weak spots in the fabric, blood stains, and loose crystals and pearls in my dress. I love the boutique itself, but the dresses weren't worth the money spent.

Purchase dress off rack never noticed how filthy it was underneath from being tried on so much bead work was falling off . I didn't wear it had to purchase a brand new dress else where and I can't even resale this dress too damaged !
