Power events is more than just a catering company. Throughout the night Ashley made sure I was taken care of and fed properly. I ruined my dress and she was quick on her feet to tie a bow to it. We received amazing feed back not only about the food but also the staff from all of our guests. Everyone we were introduced to from her crew where amazing people that loved what they did and went out of their way to make sure we ate and had a great time. I can not wait to use her for my future events.

We loved working with Ashley and her team at Power Events. From the very first contact she was super efficient, professional, and personable. Many of our guests remarked that the food (especially the braised beef shortribs) was among the best wedding food they had had. Ashley also anticipated my every need and had even set aside a plate of all the various cocktail hour appetizers and glasses of bubbly ready for us when we were running late to cocktail hour.
