Perfect Day Celebrations is a non-denominational wedding officiant in Livonia, Michigan. The officiant, Denise Tucker, has a contemporary, laid-back style and loves to make your ceremony romantic but fun. Perfect Day Celebrations always ensures your ceremony will go exactly as you desire and that it will express your unique personalities as a couple. Denise’s goal is to provide a memorable experience that you and your guests will talk about for many years to come.

Services Offered

Perfect Day Celebrations provides unlimited communication by phone or email so you can relax and feel confident that your ceremony will go perfectly. Rehearsal services and customized vows are also offered. Denise performs ceremonies for any type of wedding, from civil unions and interfaith ceremonies, to non-religious ceremonies and vow renewals. Couples of any belief system or custom are welcome.

Other Services

Along with ceremony services, Perfect Day Celebrations will also help coordinate your music, readings, and even your bridal party for no additional charge. Denise will also fill out and file your marriage license paperwork for your big day.

Celebration of Life

Denise Tucker's ability to honor my husband’s life with such authenticity and grace speaks volumes about her gift as a speaker. A wonderful and personal ceremony

We could not have had a better officiant for our wedding day! Our wedding planner recommended Denise to us after attending a few of her ceremonies with prior clients. My husband and I met with Denise over Zoom, and after a one-hour Zoom call we knew that we needed to hire her! Denise had us each fill out some questionnaires to honor those that could not be with us and get to know us better – these questionnaires were used to personalize our ceremony, which we loved! Denise also attended our rehearsal dinner and helped line everyone up to make sure that the processional and recessional were smooth on our wedding day. Our wedding ceremony was so beautiful, and it would not have been as special and unique to us without Denise officiating.

Denise is absolutely fantastic! Our guests were raving about her weeks after our wedding. She makes everything so personalized, is very fun and bubbly, and helped us through anything we needed. Could not have imagined being married by anyone else!

Professional and personal officiant!

I cannot speak highly enough about Denise, she made our wedding ceremony touching and so personal! I planned my wedding virtually from Florida and was worried that my ceremony would show it but Denise met with us once two days before the wedding when I got into town, had us fill out a simple questionnaire, and did a morning of rehearsal at our venue - and I couldn't have designed/written a better wedding ceremony! She is definitely an expert! I had a last minute change in bridal party numbers due to COVID that didn't phase her, and she coordinated with other vendors to make sure cues were perfect with the string quartet etc. She also completely took care of mailing our marriage certificate for us, what a professional! I highly recommend Denise!

I hear you LOUD and CLEAR!

Denise will fight for you!! She wants your day to be perfect. With this pandemic we had a hard time getting an appointment for our marriage license. At the end of the week I'm pretty sure Wayne county knew her by name! She never stops fighting for you! We knew we wanted Denise to officiate our wedding just by how much care and thought she put into her email to us. When we sat down to talk in person it was only a matter of minutes and we knew we found the right person. Our guests raved about her all night. They loved how personal she made the ceremony, how she included everyone, she was LOUD and CLEAR !! (nope didn't need a mic!) She had an upbeat tone to her voice, not monotone. Thank you Denise again for everything!!!

So Amazing!

Denise was absolutely wonderful! She made our special day even more special. She was warm, funny, classic, and genuine with the ceremony. We couldn't have asked for anything more. She responded quickly and reply made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
We got married on March 14th, 2020 right before state pretty much she down cause of covid and she hung in there with us and was so supportive.

Perfection is her middle name!

Denise is amazing, she made the entire planning process so easy and simple. The ceremony was absolutely BEAUTIFUL thanks to her, she had many guests in tears. It was great being able to meet up with her in person months before the wedding and letting her know the vision we had for our wedding. Denise truly LOVES what she does with a PASSION you can tell from the moment you start to talk to her. She was absolutely perfect!

Perfect Day Celebrations is Perfectly Named

Dennise was just wonderful. She made our ceremony a moment to remember not for just myself and my now husband but also our guests. Everyone LOVED our ceremony. Denise was able to bring humor to the ceremony and at the same time is was heartfelt and just lovely. I would reccomend Dennise to anyone.

When you are planning such an important day in your life, you need an officiant who will make the most important part of the day so memorable. Let me tell you, Denise delivers! She is so personable and really puts so much passion into delivering the ceremony. She is punctual, communicative, professional, and knows this business so well. She made some great suggestions to help customize our ceremony and took the time to get to know us beforehand. Her pricing is also more than fair--she doesn't nickel and dime you for things like mileage or a custom ceremony piece. Most importantly, she helped us have a ceremony that had us both in tears of joy. We got so many compliments from our guests as well--could not recommend this rock star vendor more.

Words cannot begin to express just how amazing Denise is! The planning process was so simple because of Denise’s loving and guiding hand- she was so quick to respond to all emails, was wonderfully organized and gave as many materials as we needed to create the perfect ceremony for us, and was so flexible with meetings. I was so nervous about the rehearsal and Denise took all of that anxiety away by her calm and gentle demeanor...from start to finish she ran everything and I felt completely relaxed and understood how every facet of the day would go. The ceremony itself was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Denise is absolutely magical at creating a one-of-a-kind ceremony, personalizing everything and including the guests. I recommend Denise highly!
