She fixed any wedding problems before I knew it!

Candace coordinated my wedding even when my venue had its own coordinator. And thank goodness we hired her!!!

There were some hiccups on our Beautiful day, as sometimes happens in ANY and MOST weddings.

The cake was not set up (the venue coordinator had it off to the side not on the dance floor just in the back.). and she quickly gathered anything and everything needed. (The knife went missing no one knew where the table was.) she quickly vanished to make a plan B. I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE there was a problem! She managed to figure it out and I would have never known if my sister didn’t tell me! Well done!

Not to mention the wind blowing everything off the table as it was outdoors. She quickly improvised to ensure that it was as elegant as I envisioned!

There was the disaster at the end where prior to my wedding day the venue stated we could leave decor over night as long as it’s picked up in the morning at 10am as there was an afternoon baby shower planned. Which was also a big factor to choosing the venue so we didn’t have to rush right after the wedding. I paid for additional hour to have the fire and they cut us 30 minutes short and also told us we needed to take everything with us as we leave.

What a way to end a wedding!! Candace hustled and loaded everything into her own personal vehicle and flew around trying to find anyone else who had room in their vehicles to ensure we adhered to their last minute request.

10/10 goes to this woman for making my wedding not end in tears!

Amazing & Enthusiastic.

At the beginning of planning our wedding, I had sooooo many questions. CANDACE ANSWERED EVERYTHING. She was quick, responsive, enthusiastic and all around just amazing. She answered my questions in a timely and considerate manner! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my bid day.

Awesome coordinator!!

Candace was like a stern friend at our wedding. She helped us get together for all important photos and helped keep us on time. She was smooth with my friends and family and helped the staff to stay focused. I appreciated her help prior to the ceremony... she tried desperately to contact one of our vendors for a screw up. Honestly... you just tell her what you need and she's on it. She even brought my husband and I a drink after our nuptials. Just surprised us! I felt like a princess.

Rude and unprofessional

Candace was absolutely horrible and ruined our wedding day. It makes me mad to think about it. I yelled at her, my wife yelled at her and so did vendors because she kept messing up. The other vendors complained about working with her. Then Candace owned up to none of her mistakes, called and complained about my wife to vendors etc. The other vendors called us to inform us of how unprofessional and difficult she was.

A series of unfortunate events

I originally hired Candace for bar services, but after talking to her I decided that she would be a great day of coordinator but boy was I wrong. Leading up to the wedding: -communication was lacking with me and vendors. Everyone consistently didn’t get what they need and came to me for what they needed. -alcohol amounts were way off, we ran out of beer yet had a bunch of things left -things were missing from the list strawberries for the strawberry lemonade, red and white wine etc. that I caught! -She consistently spoke over me and disregarded my thoughts on my wedding. This is infuriating. I asked 4 times to do the rehearsal with music and finally she gave in when a bridesmaid asked. -She always made promises to call me or get me things and she never would. When we would finally connect days later she would be in a car with horrible service and kids screaming in the background. (I get that life happens but I figured this should still be mentioned as she was never timely or professional with me or my vendors) I already regretted bringing her on to my big day once all my vendors started to complain. I confronted her ahead of the wedding and she told me not to stress. Come wedding time: -I asked Candace to ensure no chairs ended up at the ceremony (we had all matching benches for everyone) and was adamant about this. When we got to the site they were right in the way of people walking down the aisle, then they got moved to the front row! -The groomsmen were lined up backwards at the alter. Our fill in for one who didn’t show up was next to my husband and his brother was at the end -She gave the DJ the cue to start didn’t start so timing was messed up (we were already an hour late) -She did not coordinate with the shuttle driver like I had ask so the shuttle reversed during the ceremony (with the beeping noises) AND kept his engine on -my dress didn’t get bustled prior to dances so that was difficult -guests were called to seats for the dances and half the seats are in the barn but the dance floor was under the tent -I told her not to get me food yet she did anyways so we had no champagne for our toast. I ended up not even eating because I didn’t want cold food yet getting more would cost more money. Then me, my husband and my family had to get the champagne ready for the toast after it was announced -The napkins and koozies were not given out at the bar. That alone is $670 dollars wasted! -The champagne was supposed to have glitter in it, I told the bar. This again is money wasted. -I spent more time looking for you to get stuff done than actually getting to enjoy things -guests didn’t even know we had signature cocktails! Again communication here. -guests didn’t know about the s’mores or cake so again money wasted. My husband is so upset about the wedding that he can’t even talk about it. I expect things to happen (I even face planted before I walked down the aisle) but all of this is inexcusable. I reached out to Candace after the wedding and gave her this feedback and she denied it all and said she didn’t have control over things. She was hired to coordinate my day, she lined up the groomsmen, she was in charge of the bar, the champagne toast was on the timeline etc. She never responded to my second email, but she did ask for a call which I stated was unnecessary if she was going to deny her involvement and I have not heard from her sense.
