Hiring Crystal as our wedding coordinator was easily the best money we spent on the wedding. Despite plenty of professional experience working on large projects and coordinating between vendors, we were feeling swamped. By the time our first conversation with Crystal was done, we both felt like things were closer to being under control and our stress levels were coming down. We opted for her “Month of Coordination” package, but Crystal’s support started way sooner than a month out, helping us select our final vendors and walking through our venue with us to offer suggestions on other logistics. Thanks to her experience, we entered our wedding weekend knowing we had planned everything we needed to, brought everything we needed to, and hired everyone we needed to. Throughout the weekend, Crystal made herself a buffer between any issues and us so we could focus on enjoying our wedding, not fixing things. As far as I’m aware, only two minor issues came up (both due to weather), and each time Crystal came to us not with a problem, but with suggested solutions. There may have been other problems that arose, but as far as we and our guests saw the wedding weekend went perfectly and smoothly. No matter how organized you are and how prepared you feel to run and organize your wedding, hiring Crystal is still money well spent so you can focus on enjoying everything.

Crystal and her amazing team made our vision come true and our day was seamless. If anything didn’t go as planned I didn’t know it. We wanted our son to throw petals from a wooden tool box and couldn’t find one? Crystal MADE one; trouble with the DJ and our mashup for the processional? Suzie blended our playlist on her phone the night before. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were.

There's not enough amazing things to say about Crystal! I am so thankful that we had her throughout this whole wedding process. I am a very type A person in general, so a lot of the planning (vendors, venue, etc.) had been done. I wanted to have someone on the day of to run the show so I would only have to focus on one thing- getting married!

Crystal delivered on that and sooo much more. She was amazing at communicating with me throughout the year and making me feel taken care of for the day of well before it even happened. On the day of, she was so amazing and stayed much later than was expected/ planned. She helped set everything up, took control of things, and helped everyone feel taken care of. I had several people come up to me and say how awesome she was and thanking the lord we had her!
