We could not have been happier with our decision to get married at Owl’s Nest. The entire staff is professional and will accommodate anyone’s needs. The facility itself is first class. Golf, tennis, pickleball, brand new onsite housing with more amenities to come. This is becoming one of the best resorts in all of New England. We were fortunate enough to get married at the new pavilion that is on top of hill. With weather on our side we were able to have the perfect ceremony overlooking the mountains behind us and the sunsetting in the background. You will not be disappointed choosing Owl’s Nest as your wedding destination. I can say with full confidence anyone who is lucky enough to have Gail Batstone as their wedding coordinator will have the best experience they could ask for. Gail went above and beyond for us on several occasions including accommodating last-minute changes to the wedding. Gail was quick to respond to emails, attentive and knew every little detail of our wedding.

Our experience with Owl’s Nest was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From the moment we toured the venue with Gail, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. She made the entire booking process so easy and helped us choose the perfect date. Owl’s Nest truly offers an all-in-one experience — the on-site lodging made it so convenient for our family and friends, and every space on the property is breathtaking.

We hosted our wedding in The Lakehouse, which was stunning, and originally planned to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party in The Vault. When our guest list grew, the team seamlessly moved our welcome party to The Sunset Pavilion, and it worked out perfectly! We even reserved the golf simulators at Slice, which added such a fun touch for our guests.

A huge thank-you to Taylor, our event planner — she was absolutely amazing. She put so much thought and detail into everything and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. The night before and the day of the wedding, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I was nervous about vendor coordination, and Taylor personally reached out to each one to confirm everything so I wouldn’t have to worry. On our wedding day, she was my cheerleader, problem-solver, and calm in the chaos.

I know Owl’s Nest has several planners, but I truly feel so lucky to have had Taylor. She made our entire experience unforgettable, and we could not have asked for a better venue or team. I would recommend Owl’s Nest to any couple looking for a beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding experience!

We loved everything about getting married at Owl's Nest. We had our wedding ceremony on the deck of the Lakehouse & our reception inside and were able to host a Welcome Party at The Vault. Both locations were perfect. One of our favorite things about the Lakehouse is that it is a standalone beautiful venue. We felt like we didn't need to go over the top on decor because between the chandeliers, the view, and the farm tables, the room already had so much going for it.

From our first time visiting Owls Nest and meeting with Amy McCoil, we had an excellent experience. She was super knowledgeable and helpful during our tour and we immediately knew this was where we wanted to get married. She answered all of our questions in that tour and through emails in the weeks after and we always felt fully equipped with all of the information we needed from start to finish for our wedding day. 
The day of staff was excellent, including our bartenders (whose names I unfortunately did not catch to give credit to!). When we started working with our coordinator, we got a template for a day of timeline that included timing of passed apps going out, salads going out, and then entrees going out. The full Owls Nest staff and team did a great job with maintaining this schedule and making sure food came out on time and we are very grateful for their careful planning and scheduling to make sure there were never any delays. At the end of the evening, the staff was also so helpful with getting everything cleaned up, including one of the staff members who helped me package up all of our desserts and another staff member who drove us in a shuttle back to our nano cottage. Overall, the entire staff at Owl's Nest was so kind and easy to work with any I cannot say enough good things about each person we interacted with!

We have NOTHING but great things to say about our wedding coordinator, Haleigh O'Regan. From our first meeting 6 months before the wedding up until the full day of our wedding, she answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) quickly and with a ton of information. Her responsiveness and planning blew us away and we are so thankful to have had her as our coordinator. She kept us on schedule during the first few hours of our reception, made sure we ate and knew where we needed to be and was just a great person to have around all day. She was a key reason our wedding ran as smoothly as it did! THANK YOU HALEIGH!!!! 

It is also hard to put into words how incredible it was to get married at Owl's Nest because of the resort factor. Every time I stepped out of our nano cottage (which was amazing!) throughout the weekend, I would run into family members and friends because the lodging department (shoutout to Kaleigh!!) did such an incredible job of getting all of our guests in the houses/cottages/guest rooms/Lakehouse suites that were nearby each other and super close to the venue. It was a really special experience to have everyone so close and allowed me to see people more than I would have ever been able to if we got married at a different venue. We got a ton of positive feedback of how nice it was to be able to walk to the various wedding events or to the restaurant or to golf throughout the weekend and we felt like our guests really enjoyed getting to be at Owl's Nest for the weekend.

This is a beyond beautiful venue, the staff is incredible, and we would absolutely recommend this to anyone. It will be amazing to see all of the things Owl's Nest does to continue to grow the resort because it is already incredible and is just getting better!

I cannot recommend Owl's Nest enough! Not only is it a STUNNING venue with beautiful views of the mountains, the golf course, and gorgeous buildings, the lakehouse and sunset pavilion, but the staff really make Owl's Nest stand out from other venues. Every staff member we worked with was incredible and went above and beyond to make us and our guests happy and make our day run smoothly. I did not have to stress about a THING with the Owl's Nest staff present, they took care of everything and were so so kind and thoughtful. We had the best experience working with them.

I cannot say enough great things about Owl's Nest and their team! We were the first wedding in the Sunset Pavilion on May 20, 2023. Gail and Stacy were very open with us about the construction of the venue. We knew it would be finished in time and it was finished the night before. I know that sounds nerve wracking for many brides, but the venue being finished was the least of my worries leading up to my wedding because I trust Gail and Stacy with my life. The construction team was super nice to us when we were snooping on it while they were finishing up, and they even let us sign a board so our name is on the building.

Stacy, our coordinator is a literal legend! She had everyone organized, paying attention (which can be difficult with so many excited people), and looking squared away. She set up my tables exactly how I asked and did not hesitate to ask for clarification if needed. Idk how to say how much we loved her. If you go with this place beg to have her!

The food was amazing and we go so many compliments on it. Their bar package is also very fairly priced.

The whole venue is set up so well for your guests to all be able to stay. The house my family rented to get ready in was laid out perfectly for our hair and makeup team (who worked there before and loves that venue). The views are perfect. Both the Sunset Pavilion and Lakehouse are designed so beautifully. They are the perfect clean slate to make your wedding design compliment what you want.

Basically, have your wedding here. You cannot go wrong.

We couldn't be happier with the decision to have our wedding at Owl's Nest this past weekend (11/26/22). From the first tour to the end of the reception, everything was perfect and stress free! We worked with Gail for touring and Stacy as our coordinator and have nothing but fantastic things to say. They helped create the perfect wedding we envisioned and constantly went over and above to make sure all of my guests were taken care of. Stacy was professional while still being so fun to work with. During the day of our wedding, Stacy and the rest of the staff were exceptional and made us and our guests feel so welcomed. Our guest complemented us on how amazing the whole staff was as well as the delicious food. The houses on property really wowed our guests and made for a fun, safe weekend for everyone. Sean in Lodging helped us and our guests with booking houses/rooms during the entire planning and he was so wonderful. He answered all of our questions, recommended different houses that best fit the guests, and was always so friendly. Even the security guard went out of his way to ensure our guests made it home safely. Outstanding venue and staff. We are so grateful for them all! We would do it all over again every weekend if we could!

Where do I even begin? Growing up in the white mountains, playing golf and spending time at Owl’s Nest, I always knew I wanted to get married under their Sperry tent looking over the golf course with gorgeous mountain views. From the moment we booked the venue and two years of planning, we had the most perfect wedding over Labor Day weekend. Between golf, lodging, food & beverage and the event staff, the whole weekend was unforgettable. Amy and Taylor were by my side the entire way (answering any and all of my ridiculous questions at all hours of the night) and with Haleigh’s assistance on wedding day, they executed an amazing, stress-free perfect weekend. Mike and Matt McDonald and their whole food & beverage team were incredible. We still have guests raving about the appetizers, dinner and the size of the portions! Katrina, Sean and the rest of the lodging team were amazing in making sure our room block was perfect. All of our guests had the option to stay on site. They made sure everyone was well taken care of and comfortable. Head golf pro Joe Clark Jr., Cole, and the rest of the golf staff was especially accommodating when planning and putting on our Friday morning golf outing. Our wedding day was beyond incredible and was truly the best day of our life. Throughout the planning process and weeks leading up to the wedding, Taylor provided us with a detailed schedule on how the day was going to go. I will tell you, the first time I looked at it I was a little nervous…but everything went to plan and I’m SO glad we had it. I wish I could go back and do it all over again! Owl’s Nest will always hold a special place in our hearts for all the years to come. I would 1000% recommend Owl’s Nest to anyone looking to have their dream wedding!!!

Our wedding at Owl’s Nest was pure magic — they truly created the wedding of our dreams! The venue, including our welcome event at 360, the wedding at the lake house, all onsite housing, the golf course, was extraordinary. It’s the perfect modern mountain wedding…you are literally in the middle of the White Mountains at a chic, elegant, beautiful, take your breath away spot. The food is extraordinary. Nearly every guest raves about the cookout at our welcome dinner, the appetizers at the cocktail hour and the meals at the reception. Truly delicious. The drinks were also tasty, and the bartenders were fabulous. The Owl’s Nest team beat every expectatoin we had for a wedding planning and coordination team. It’s hard to articulate how incredible Taylor was during the planning process and throughout the wedding weekend. She went above and beyond to help us plan our dream wedding, and then execute (and enjoy) it! Taylor was outstanding—she ensured everything was perfect, we were well taken care of, happy, and that we had everything in place for the best days of our life. She was diligent, thoughtful, adaptable and cheerful throughout the whole wedding weekend. Our guests had an incredible time. We all loved being able to stay on property. We were so grateful to share this place with our friends and family over our wedding weekend, and we are very grateful we booked Owl’s Nest.

I don’t even know where to begin in describing how absolutely BEYOND incredible the team at Owls Nest is. We toured Owls Nest in July 2021, looking for a venue in the mountains where we could have our ceremony and reception, with onsite lodging. Since we decided on Owls Nest, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Even when their new hotel would not be finished in time for our wedding, we were contacted and new accommodations were made for our wedding block. We worked with Stacy through the planning stages, she was always quick to reply to emails, offered her knowledgeable advice and made sure we were on track with all of the decisions we had to make. We always appreciated her time and hard work, and knew we were in good hands, but when it came to our actual wedding day, we gained a whole new appreciation for her and the Owls Nest team. We had booked the outside ceremony at the arbor with our reception under the tent, but day of the forecast was not looking great. We were trying to keep calm and hope for the best, knowing we had a plan B for bad weather. When the rain and the wind came in the mid-afternoon, we’ll just say that for the sake of safety, plan B turned into plan C and they did not hesitate to make every accommodation for us, even though it required moving everything in the rain and completely setting up our reception a second time. The team worked with our other vendors, some of whom had also finished set-up and everything was re-set and finished in less than 2 hours. Stacy and the team absolutely went above and beyond for us, we could not stop thanking them and praising them their hard work and amazing resolution to the awful circumstances. My dad specifically was beyond impressed with Stacy and the team and made sure to tell them many times how grateful we all were, how much we appreciated them turning the whole thing around within hours and going far above and beyond anything we could have expected. I still don’t know how to thank Stacy and the team enough for the incredible experience we had at Owls Nest, this was truly a day we and our guests will never forget. 20/10 would HIGHLY recommend Owls Nest.
