We hired Kendall to be our Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding on August 30, 2025, and we were so impressed by all that she did for us. Saying she went above and beyond would be a massive understatement. To give a few examples: she worked with us (and our vendors) months ahead of the weekend to help us be as prepared as possible, she made goodie bags that she gave to each vendor on the wedding, she personally ensured that the table settings were done correctly (which included hundreds of placements--and folding hundreds of napkins), and she helped us through the last-minute stresses and mishaps like they were nothing. We cannot recommend Kendall highly enough. We are so grateful for all that she did for us.

Kendall was an absolute dream to work with. She didn't just meet our expectations; she far exceeded them by taking our vision (including my crazy vision of disco balls and rattan lamps) and bringing it to life beautifully. I cannot recommend her enough. From organizing rehearsal day to literally climbing ladders to hang our crazy vision of disco balls and rattan lamps, she does it all. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day—decor was perfect, the bridal party was on time, and she kept me sane by handling every single question from guests and our bridal/groomsmen. I literally did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. Kendall is the sweetest woman and so easy to talk to. When I first inquired, she immediately helped me organize my vision and decor (a lifesaver for my ADHD brain!) and provided the steps and spreadsheets to stay organized during the planning process. She is worth every penny and more. I cannot recommend her enough!

I truly could not imagine our special day coming together without Kendall! From our first phone call to wedding day, she was always very responsive, professional and quick to help. She helped create the timeline of our wedding day, coordinated with all venders and set our venue up making it more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She was such a pleasure to work with that our entire wedding party kept saying how awesome she was. I cannot recommend her services enough! Thank you Kendall!

Kendall went above and beyond to make sure our special day went as planned. She was very responsive, professional and organized. It was extremely helpful to have her communicating with our vendors to take that off our plate. She set up our reception room beautifully with our decorations and was available all day and night long for anything we or our guests needed. I would highly recommend Kendall! Kendall and Evergreen Events made our wedding day run seamlessly. Kendall is calm and collected in all situations - exactly what you want on your wedding day. She is a seasoned professional, and left no detail to chance. We had quite a few DIY elements, and she helped get them over the finish line on the day of. We had to pivot to our rain plan and she made the last minute change feel like no big deal. I have no doubt that our wedding wouldn't have run as smoothly as it did had Kendall not been on our team! She exceeded all of our expectations! We would absolutely recommend Evergreen Events to anyone getting married!

Kendall is amazing! She is friendly, professional, easy to work with, insightful, and the efficiency with which she gets things done is incredible. I am still in aww of how much she did during our wedding weekend. She had so many helpful suggestions, was able to take so many things off my plate, and did an incredible job helping our vision become a reality. My husband was skeptical of whether we really needed a day-of-coordinator for our small (~40 guest) wedding, by the end of the night he had completely changed his tune and thought Kendall was excellent and we couldn't have done it without her.
