My husband and I held a Celebration of Marriage a few months after our tiny wedding, and needed support coordinating the details so I could relax and enjoy the event.. I was thrilled that Phauelle of The Backyard Table agreed to be my planner and coordinator.

From the first planning meeting, I knew I was in good hands. She had an extensive checklist that she walked through with me, including a planning and day-of timeline, questions about all the details of venue, decorations, food, photographer, flowers, guest list,and even signage. She listened with respect to my ideas and gently made some of her own which as I mulled them over seemed like good guidance. The more we talked, the clearer it became to me that I could really rely on her extensive experience to help me consider every angle.

Her pricing, communication and paperwork were all very reasonable and well-organized, and this made me relax and feel confident.

She checked in with me regularly as the event approached and helped me finalize details. I did want some control, such as picking up table runners and flowers locally, ordering our guest book online, and ordering the food, but she picked up the food for me and did all the day-of food and drink and decoration management. We were responsible for setting up and cleaning up at the rustic outdoor venue, and she was with us from start to finish, really going above and beyond to make it welcoming, comfortable, and successful.

Many of our guests commented on what a beautiful and well-run event it was, and mentioned her in particular making everything flow smoothly and with a super friendly, professional and warm manner.
