The team consistently provided thoughtful organization and knowledgeable foresight, ensuring a wonderful experience for myself, my husband, our families and guests! Chandra had great suggestions regarding vendors in the area who provided top quality services and products for our wedding. The communication skills and availability of Chandra and Kaitlyn throughout the planning process, especially on the days leading up to the event, were so helpful and reassuring! Chandra took our ideas and vision and transformed them into the rustic and elegant outside barn wedding that surpassed our dreams. My first view of our tented reception area brought me to tears; it was unbelievably gorgeous. My now-husband exclaimed, "I can't believe this is OUR wedding!" Chandra's suggestions and recommendations -- for everything from vintage furniture vendors to florists to caterers to dance lessons to cocktail napkins -- were invaluable and completely in keeping with our aesthetic. We were also able to rent lovely linens and napkins from her, which perfectly accented the large wooden farm tables she had suggested we use. Chandra and her team synchronized all of those vendors and numerous moving pieces, and then assembled them to create a wedding that our friends and family are still describing as the most beautiful they have attended. Chandra also served as our photographer, and because she had worked closely with us on the details of the wedding, she understood the importance of those little things to us, and she photographed them. Also, because of her familiarity with our venue, she knew the perfect locations for photographs that captured us in the golden glowing Northern Michigan evening light. Chandra is very professional, uber-organized, and responsive -- and she is also flexible, caring, personable and very sweet. In summary, "Orchestrated Grace" is the perfect description of Chandra and her team. What they produced for us was more than a wedding -- it was one of the most beautiful days of our lives.

I cannot begin to express how happy we were with the service of Chandra and her team at Orchestrated Grace! We traveled to the Traverse City area from Rochester Hills, MI for my daughter's wedding at Cherry Basket Farm. We are a family of detailers! My oldest daughter is an event planner, my BRIDE daughter is a photographer and a designer and I am a teacher with a mad love for parties and all the amazing details that go with them. Needless to say we had a multitude of those in Heather and Jordan's wedding. Chandra understood our vision completely and was able to pull together all of those details with her own incredible sense of style to make the wedding absolutely amazing! She organized us, as well as all of our "stuff", in a calm manner and if anything went wrong, we never knew about it! I could continue to go on and on about all that she did but I think the phrase that sums it up the best is to say it was one thousand times better than we ever dreamed it could be! And while we were completely and absolutely thrilled with everything, all of our guests commented on the entire production! Weddings are expensive but I am so glad that I spent the extra to work with this incredible group of people! I officiated the Skole wedding on 8/16/2014. Working with Chandra was an excellent experience, to say the least. Chandra and her team were more than adequately prepared, even in the face of rainy weather for an outdoor wedding. The rain cleared shortly before the ceremony was to begin and thanks to Chandra and her team, it was like it had been sunny all day. I was a bit nervous as this was only the third time I had officiated a wedding, but Chandra put me at ease by answering all of my annoying questions and had me feeling prepared for the ceremony. Chandra and her team were absolutely AMAZING to work with. I literally do not know what I would have done without them. Chandra was sweet, flexible, accommodating and so on top of it! If I didn't know something because I was frazzled or nervous, she assured me it was okay and figured it out in another way. She came over and visited me while I was getting ready, did everything she could to keep my ceremony outside despite the rain (which ended up working out perfectly), kept the entire day on schedule and most importantly became someone I felt comfortable with and trusted. I cannot recommend her services strongly enough! While we only used her for the day of coordination, she was an invaluable asset to the entire process.
