We got married the day after Thanksgiving and 10/10 would recommend a winter wedding at this venue. It was beautifully decorated, the food was great, no one had to wait in line for a drink and the staff, from servers to the lead event manager(s) were kind, attentive and ready to help make the day perfect. They also had other programming on the property that weekend which made for a very festive experience all of our guests. They made everything easy, one stop shop, for the most part and we were able to celebrate with 215 of our loved ones!

We could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone we worked with at The Omni, especially Colleen were nothing but kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. They are easy to communicate with, easy to work with, and flexible. Their expertise helps so much with all of planning, and making sure everything is organized. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, thanks to all of the staff. The room looked beautiful, the staff are kind and friendly, and everything was perfectly planned. The food was incredible! I had family members talking about their meals for months after the wedding. Overall, we cannot recommend The Omni enough!

We had the absolute pleasure of booking our wedding with the Crowne Plaza team. The event coordinators we had the pleasure of working with were communicative, responded quickly, and were always willing to help or provide answers to questions as they arose. On the day of our wedding, Kristy did an incredible job of checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, but also took the time to make sure I was feeling okay because she knew how nervous I was. There was never a doubt in my mind that Kristy would make our dream wedding come true! Amanda also did an incredible job of setting up the Atrium for our ceremony and took the vision I had in mind and brought it to life. Throughout the evening, we also had incredible banquet staff members who took such good care of us and our guests. Our family and friends could not stop raving about how wonderful they were. Connor and Sapphire were on top of their game and ensured everything ran smoothly. Sapphire made sure to wrap our meals and some desserts for us because they noticed we were spending time with our guests and didn't have the chance to sit down and enjoy our meals fully. Connor took the time to attend to one of our friends who had a severe allergy and ensured everything was safe for her to eat. He also took measures to make sure there was plenty of water for our guests to hydrate with after dancing the night away. If you are considering booking your wedding with Crowne Plaza, just know you are in such great hands and you will not regret it! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable and incredible evening that we'll remember for the rest of our lives!

When my husband and I decided to plan our wedding, we knew we wanted something small in a unique venue. We also knew we wanted to have our wedding where we met-in Providence, RI. The Hotel Providence was the PERFECT choice! Venue The venue itself is stunning and unique. Our ceremony was held on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, where staff accommodated our request for a rooftop bar for before and during the ceremony. The main dining room was the perfect location for our reception. With access to the restaurant space and the courtyard, too, our guests had plenty of room to dance, drink, mingle, and enjoy the summer weather. Food & Drink One thing we were really amazed by was the amount of food and food options we had. From hearty food stations and appetizers down to much-needed late night snacks, the food was rolling out all night. The best part was that it was all delicious! The drinks were made well and readily available all night. Staff From the initial planning stages to the last song of our wedding night, Kate and Emily handled every detail and helped make our wedding perfect and stress-free. They coordinated drop off from other vendors, helped us make (and keep) a timeline, and incorporate fun extras, like a cigar bar and cornhole for the courtyard and a kids' activity table for the youngest guests. They answered our countless questions and always made us feel like we were the only clients they had. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even making sure to deliver a slice fo wedding cake to the rooms of a few young guests who didn't make it to cake cutting time. The bartenders went above and beyond, even offering to go to a nearby liquor store to purchase the groom's beer of choice when it was revealed that it was replaced by a comparable beer that we had not requested. The Hotel Providence helped this visionless bride create the the most perfect setting for the most perfect day. It is without hesitation that I would not only recommend the Hotel Providence for any special event but would also happily host another event here in the future!

We got married in the Biltmore Ballroom at the Gradate in Providence last weekend and cannot recommend it enough! The staff is so incredibly accommodating and supportive, and Elise is truly a pro at wedding planning/coordinating. She was responsive and helpful over the last year of planning, and we felt so supported along the way. We planned our wedding at the same time that we purchased our first home, and we chose the graduate because they handle so much of the planning, and make it all so easy. The whole weekend of our wedding was so smooth and calm because of Elise and her staff, we were able to truly sit back and just enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. A week later, we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and how much everyone loved the food. We also cannot get over the photos we took at the hotel! Cannot recommend enough!

I went there along with my bridal party to get our hair and make up done. They did such an amazing job! Elena did my hair and she really made it perfect! My hair stayed for the whole day despite the hot weather! Thank you! Also, Katie did my make up and she did a fantastic job! She made it look beautiful and natural at the same time! I can’t thank the hair stylists and make up artists there enough! They made everyone look amazing! Everyone left happy!

We had the most incredible experience at our wedding venue, thanks in large part to our amazing coordinator, Elaine. The space was absolutely beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the day feel seamless. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, but just before the ceremony, it began to rain. Elaine quickly stepped in and worked with our vendors to move everything indoors and somehow made it just as beautiful, if not more. I truly wouldn’t change a thing. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about the late-night pizza, which was such a fun touch! Elaine was so thoughtful and attentive throughout the day. She even captured one of my favorite photos of us walking back up the aisle. We’re so grateful for such an unforgettable experience.

We recently had our wedding at the enVision Hotel & Conference Center Mansfield-Foxborough, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly set up to accommodate our guests comfortably. Everything was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly throughout the entire event. The banquet and conference space created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly so we could focus on enjoying our special day. A special thank you to Christina, who did an outstanding job. She was incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important day, and we highly recommend this location to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

My husband and I became engaged right in the middle of the pandemic. Despite this, Kate responded quickly to all of my emails and when I was getting nervous about guidelines/restrictions related to covid, she would look for a time to talk and she helped reassure me on the phone. The Renaissance made our ballroom wedding come true and my husband and I fell in love with the look of our reception. From the bistro lights included in our package to the cocktail hour, everyone loved it and commented so much on how beautiful everything looked. We have so many great things to say about this venue and truly feel blessed that we were able to have our wedding at the Renaissance and customize what we were looking for. Thank you Kate and everyone at the Renaissance for a wonderful night and experience!

We loved having our June 2024 wedding at Gardiner House! I think we were one of the first weddings booked since the hotel opened, and we ended up doing a last minute switch from another venue to Gardiner House because we liked it so much when we came to Newport and explored. We liked working with their team; they were organized, efficient and on the day of everything went off without a hitch!! We loved how unique and ideal the location is, right on the water and walkable from most downtown Newport restaurants, and brand new! GH let us use all the vendors we wanted, were flexible on rules/pricing/headcount in a way we really appreciated and the space is GORGEOUS, so design-forward and luxurious!! We did the ceremony on the lawn outside, in addition to cocktail hour, and then the reception in their ballroom with an informal after party after in the studio bar. All our guests loved the space so much, we got so many compliments, and the wedding felt very elegant and classic Newport! The GH restaurant Flora had not opened yet when we had our wedding, so we can't wait to go back and visit to check out the restaurant space and relive the wedding energy. Highly recommend!!
