Mcguyvtini Coq is an amazing coordinator. My husband & I have chosen him to help us coordinate our day and boy did he do, what was needed to be done. Even though we had 0 experience planning a wedding, He answered all of our questions and never made us feel inadequate or did he seem annoyed. He was super patient. On our wedding day, we couldn’t stop getting compliments from our guests on how smoothly everything went. How organized the event was, and how perfect everything happened. We thank Mac for all of this.

Mac was an amazing help for our wedding! He went above and beyond making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. From decorating our venue how we wanted it since we did a DIY wedding, To making sure our guests were seated at the right time. He even went as far as to get more drinks for us when our bar ran out of it too quick.
He even was very communicative with our DJ to make sure we were all in the same time line and everything was falling into place.
He helped host some traditional Mexican games that our guests weren’t getting right the first time we explained it and it made it so much fun.
The night could have been hectic and crazy without his help and we’re so happy we decided on hiring him. Definitely recommending him to everyone and definitely hiring him again for any big party’s we might have in the future.

We hired MCoq for our wedding day coordinator. He did amazing. We had our rental items that needed to be set up and arrange according to the design and MCoq went above and beyond to set it up for us. For example, our battery candlestick was too small for the candle holders he strategically found a way to make it fit by taking the time to use tissues on each candle holder. We can imagine how time consuming that was for 100+ candle holders. He is a great planner. He also acted as our MC. He brought soo much energy to the reception. It was a whole vibe. He is dedicated, a great problem solver, has a lot of passion and deep care for your wedding day. Overall I was happy with his work. He won’t disappoint if you hire him.

It was a real pleasure working with Mac on our wedding one week ago (August 2023)! His advice was so helpful as we put together plans in the weeks leading up to the big day, and he had some helpful questions for us to think about as our plans came together.

Where Mac and his team really shone was during the week of the event and on the wedding day itself. He made himself available to do a venue walkthrough with us a few days before the ceremony and got a solid grasp of all the details of the plan, including vendor logistics, decoration, and food.

He also has a kind and fun vibe! It was actually fun workshopping parts of our plan with him, and having him quarterback things helped get our stress under control.

His team is super creative, and they were able to implement our plan with a few creative elevations/embellishments. We had leftover baby's breath. They put it to use! We forgot coffee-making equipment. They improvised a solution!

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without Mac's ability to think on his feet, understand the vision, and connect with what we and our guests needed in real time. Couldn't have done this without him!
