I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid in wedding SEVEN YEARS AGO where MKUP was hired to do the bridal party glam, and I knew from that day forward I'd be hiring them on my big day as well. Not only are their artistry and skill in this industry UNMATCHED, Maggie and her team bring exactly the energy you want on your wedding morning, especially if you're an anxious bride! Maggie is literally the most calming and pleasant person to be around and work with. Her knowledge and communication around how to find your perfect look is incredible, from trial to wedding day. Essentially, I wanted to look like myself but better (lol) and that's what she did. I never imagined I'd feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day and MKUP was an ESSENTIAL part of that. They are absolute pros at creating your timeline and making the day seamless. They also collaborated with so well with our photographer and other vendors to make sure our timelines added up. All of my bridesmaids raved about them as well and one has already recommended them for her other engaged friend! It's so helpful too that they traveled hours the night before and stayed in our hotel so we could start bright and early. Bottom line is- they have perfected their craft! Maggie even sent me a sweet text the night before wishing me a great last day as a fiancé and that's the kind of genuine people you deserve to work with on your big day! She even guashua-ed my face in the morning to reduce inflammation before applying my makeup. These are good people and experts in the industry. I knew that Maggie was going to be the one when she did my makeup for a best friend’s wedding December of 2023!! She did an absolutely fabulous job then, and as soon as we got engaged last December, I inquired to MKUP for our wedding date!! Working with MKUP was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! Maggie was truly amazing. She knew exactly what would make me feel like the most beautiful version of myself and made the entire morning calm and joyful. Everyone at MKUP was absolutely amazing!! From my trial to my wedding day they were so kind and helpful! Me and my party never felt rushed and we were ahead of schedule which as a type A person relieved so much stress the morning of! Everyone was extremely happy with their makeup and it lasted all night and even through the many tears!! I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone was!! Maggie and her team is worth every penny!!

Maggie and Tiffany were amazing! I loved my trial, but they completely exceeded my expectations on wedding day. They were calm, fun, and fit right in with our relaxed getting-ready vibe. We stayed ahead of schedule, and I never felt rushed. They even made sure I had time to eat, touched up my makeup, and helped with my veil.

My bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law all felt beautiful, and Maggie and Tiffany were so responsive to everyone’s requests. My makeup stayed flawless (even through happy tears!), and my hair was stunning. They listened to the changes I wanted from my trial and nailed them. I’m not always the most confident person, but they made me feel 100% like a bride. I’d recommend them to any bride without hesitation!

On top of being obviously talented at what they do, the MKUP team goes out of their way to be accomodating and share their experience to make your day the best it can be. I would work with MKUP 100 more times if I could, they were kind, timely, and so so accommodating. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and never worried once about hair or makeup day of. 6 stars!

Truly the BEST hair & makeup team around! My bridesmaids and I were all OBSESSED with how we looked on my wedding day. I booked Maggie to do my hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding May 17, 2025. This was the best decision I made. She did an amazing job, She made me feel welcome in her studio. She’s very friendly and personable. It was worth every penny so if you are considering this business, don’t hesitate just boo, you won’t be sorry.
