Chantell did an amazing job with my hair and my bridal party's hair for my wedding! She got the style I wanted just right. On top of being a talented stylist, she is super sweet and fun to talk to! She put me at ease when I was nervous before the ceremony.

Chantell did hair for some of our wedding party and relatives. The hair was fine, though some of the styles quickly fell out, were frizzy, or improperly done (my sister's braid, for example, had random loose pieces of hair at the bottom that were not included in the braid -- we had to have my bridal HMUA fix it). The biggest problem, though, was how rude and aggressive Chantell was about payment. We sent her the deposit and balance as soon as she asked prior the wedding, but then two extra people wanted services on the day of. In the 24 hours after my wedding, she sent me multiple messages asking for payment, called me as I was packing up at the venue to demand payment, came up to me and multiple family members AS WE WERE LEAVING OUR CEREMONY to ask for immediate payment, sent multiple Venmo requests and reminders, and finally, 48 hours after services, threatened legal action if I didn't pay her by noon the next day (despite me reassuring her multiple times prior that I would pay her as soon as I had a second). Not a single other wedding vendor behaved this way. So, here I am, one day after leaving our wedding venue, venmoing her 200 bucks and leaving this review to warn other brides that she will harass you until you pay her and adds huge amount of stress to your wedding. (Oh, she also showed up to the wrong house on the day of the wedding). During the hair services, she also literally shoved her venmo in my sister's face for her to pay $75 to add in extensions that my sister brought. My sister was so off-put, and didn't even have a second to think about it. So rude and unprofessional!!!
