We cannot thank Caroline enough for the fantastic and top-tier wedding planning that she provided for our weekend. We went with the full-service option because we started our our wedding planning from out-of-state. Despite moving across country and starting a new job in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Caroline ensured that I did not get overwhelmed and kept track of all of the details. Their online platform is very organized and took the place of making a wedding binder which was nice. Caroline also did an excellent job of giving advice based on her experience without pressuring us so we were able to work together to make our wedding vision reality. Her and her team on the wedding weekend were fabulous and they literally think of everything so my fiancé and I truly got to enjoy the day without major worries. My family will definitely be using Caroline and her team again for future weddings.

When thinking about pulling off a perfect wedding, you first need to start by selecting the perfect vendors. In my opinion that all starts with a wedding planner, and Mint to Be is the PERFECT planner team. Working with Caroline and team was easy and fun. She has the best ideas, calm demeanor, and organized communications. From the very start, she put together a planning timeline that made the process less intimidating and reassured us that she had our best interest in mind every step of the way. I relied on her opinions and feedback when selecting the rest of our vendors and I loved every single one of them. I credit my perfect wedding day to Caroline and the Mint to Be team. I was able to relax, enjoy my day (and have fun!!) because I trusted that Mint to Be had everything under control.

Mint to Be went above and beyond to make our wedding day a reality. Caroline and her team were easy to work with and offered so much guidance on our wedding planning process. They were such a joy to work with as well - which is so helpful throughout all stages of wedding planning. Mint to Be stood out to me when selecting vendors because of how much value they offered in their planning packages and the practical ideas on how to stick with a wedding budget, while also being realistic about what it takes to achieve a certain wedding vision.

We had an act of god during our wedding that caused a power outage at our reception, and Caroline was nothing short of a miracle worker for helping to ensure our wedding day still ran smoothly! I am so appreciative for all of the extraordinary efforts her and her team went through to not only illuminate the venue in candlelight but also collaborate with the caterer to find a generator so we could still have our band play at our reception. It's hard to find words for my appreciation, and for my awe, in her and her team's talents.

I can't recommend Mint to Be enough, and know I'll be reaching out to them should I plan a vow renewal in the future!

Caroline and Lydia from Mint To Be are AMAZING. They are above and beyond what any bride could ask for in a wedding coordinator. Showing up to a blank canvas of a venue they transformed those boring white tables to absolutely stunning works of art. When we showed up with bins and boxes of wedding decors Caroline was so quick and knowledgeable on what went where, how to place things so they wouldn't be in the guests way, and what would match well. Throughout the night Caroline and Lydia busted their butts. I honestly don't know how our wedding couldve happened without them. They handled everything from lining up our wedding party and sending them down the aisle; Corralling the guests during cocktail hour; releasing tables for the buffet so there wasn't a huge line; pouring and passing champagne glasses; setting up our donuts on the peg wall for desserts, cleaning tables and repacking our decors. I could go on and on. All I can say in summary is that you NEED Mint To Be Weddings!

Caroline and the entire Mint to Be team were amazing to work with! They have so many resources available and industry knowledge/connections and it made our entire wedding planning process seamless. We got married during a rare January snowstorm and had several hiccups along the way (including our officiant not being able to make it at the last minute!), but Caroline and Lydia helped me remain calm throughout the week leading up to our ceremony and especially on the day of our wedding, providing solutions and helping me not to worry about the details or fire drills. I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

The Mint to Be team made our wedding day absolutely seamless and we could not have been happier with our planning experience! From the very beginning, Caroline and Lydia took the time to listen to our entire vision for the wedding day, from decor to flow to budget, and really helped us think through elements we may not have otherwise planned for. They were extremely organized from the online planning software they offered to decor inspiration and timeline documents they put together for us. The MTB team was always willing to meet and catch up on any questions we had throughout the process, and took the time to assist with multiple venue walkthroughs and design meetings.

Our wedding day was truly incredible thanks to Lydia and her team. Both myself and my husband, our family and wedding party could fully enjoy the day thanks to MTB taking care of all the details, including vendor drop offs and pick ups, set up, logistics and so much more! Run, don't walk, to book Caroline and the Mint To Be Team for your wedding! It was hands down the best decision we made. Caroline is down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! She helped me stay calm and collected throughout the entire planning process. She was always a phone call or text away and was always very responsive and patient with any and all of questions. Lydia & Lauren ended up being our day-of team and they killed it! The entire team is so easy going and organized. We hired Caroline and Mint to Be weddings as a month of coordinator for our wedding. From the very beginning (over a year and a half planning) Caroline was on top of it all! She sent us timelines, resources, and was so supportive and responsive! The month of my wedding was a breeze, as she took over communication with all my vendors, met with us at the venue for our walk through, was incredibly organized and supplied a variety of décor items which took the whole aesthetic to the next level, (all while being 8 months pregnant!!! TOTAL ROCKSTAR!)! She was on top of every detail, question, and concern (not that there were any) that came up, and did it with a smile to the point that I had absolutely no stress on my wedding day, which was a true gift. I HIGHLY recommend Caroline and the Mint to Be girls for all your planning/coordinating needs. Booking Caroline as our wedding planner was the best decision we made! Our original wedding date was planned for April 2020, and I'm honestly not sure what we would have managed without her help navigating through postponing/COVID. She was with us every step of the way (all while planning her own wedding during COVID) and I always felt better after talking things through with her. This girl is PREPARED. She is always on top of things and has an amazing team (shoutout to Lydia and Brooke)! She will make sure there is no stone left unturned and that all of your bases are covered.

We went through several venue changes and she helped us find our final wedding venue when ours fell through a month before our wedding! Normally this would have been a really stressful experience, but Caroline and our other vendors made it a seamless experience. Having her as the point of contact for all of our vendors the month before our wedding was a huge help.

On our wedding day she brought me the most thoughtful care package and took care of everything - I didn't have to lift a finger! Everything went off without a hitch and we had the most beautiful wedding day! It was better than we even imagined, which is a credit to Caroline and the Mint to Be girls.

Caroline and her team are the absolute best. I am a COVID bride and prior to my original wedding date, Caroline had the real insider wedding knowledge and helped me pick great vendors. She was already an incredible planner and worth every star afforded on this review. But in the aftermath of covid and having to postpone and reschedule and worry every second of our lives, Caroline really delivered an incredible experience. She was sensitive to our heartbreak and coordinated with each vendor for a new wedding date, she offered monthly, weekly, and daily support amidst a very unique time, and she updated us frequently on any new change to our restrictions and guided us in how to answer to those restrictions. I felt supported and reassured and confident that our day was going to be exactly how I envisioned it. With family and with love. I will use Mint to Be again! (not for a wedding, I'm in the long haul with my husband, possibly an anniversary vow renewal!)
