At first, I was overwhelmed by the invitation and "day of" material process, but after meeting with Deb I felt a ton better. She walks you through everything and partners with you to make all your visions come true (even if you're not sure what they are at the beginning!). When Deb and I first met, she had boxes upon boxes of unique, personalized invitations and save the dates to look through. Deb answered all my questions promptly and always had designs ready on or before her target dates. She designed a "logo" to help personalize and provide a consistent detail - something that we used in our paper goods, on our cake, and in different decor elements.
