Mindy & Co. Events is a wedding planning service, based in Westlake Village, California. Owner Mindy Stageland is an experienced event professional that has served events of all sizes and styles. Mindy and her team are dedicated to helping you bring your wedding dreams to life, from the most extravagant displays to the most intimate details.
Planning the details of your wedding is such an exciting time. We know that there is a chance you have thought about this day for awhile. It is important to us to make sure that your dreams become a reality, but more importantly, you enjoy that reality. Let us take the stress out of the planning and leave the dreaming to you. We believe the key to this is to build a solid foundation of reliable vendors, a practical timeline and a realistic budget. Whether you’re starting from scratch, overwhelmed in the middle, or wanting a little support at the end, we are here to ensure you and your family enjoy yourselves on the big day.
Mindy started her journey many many years ago when she worked as an assistant for Tracy and David Murdock. Her time spent with the Murdock family taught her so much about how to be successful, how to treat people, and how to anticipate the needs and wants of others. She traveled the world meeting people from other cultures and backgrounds. Spending time with two such extraordinary role models was the catullus she needed to become the person she is today and gave her the confidence she needed to start her own business. Knowing what it takes to have a great event is something Mindy has collected through experience but it is her passion for helping others create memories that is the most important part of her business. Before starting her own company Mindy was an onsite coordinator for over 500 events at Malibu's Calamigos Ranch. At Calamigos Mindy was again blessed to be surrounded by so many strong and inspiring business role models. She has helped hundreds of Brides over the years, all from different back grounds, and many different budgets. Mindy has a great energy and an even greater work ethic. She is always smiling and always there for her couples.

The team can meet with you to help you design a custom wedding package, depending on the needs of your event. Some features of your package might include budget analysis, timeline creation, vendor communication, and more. Mindy can also offer a day-of management service, ensuring that you have an experienced hand to help your day run smoothly and effortlessly.

Mindy is a consumate professional. Quiet, unobtrusive, she is not a planner who barks orders at you or your friends and family. I never would even know she was there, but somehow everything is done. Her work is superb and she is so warm, kind, easy going, funny, and great to work with! I love her organization and cannot recommend her enough!
Mindy is fantastic! She is very calm but always in control which is the perfect balance for a planner. On top of things but also open to input from vendors which insures awesome wedding by a team effort. Can't go wrong here!!
