The folks at Metro Rental were absolutely phenomenal to work with for our big day this past weekend - and I'm sure we didn't make it easy on them. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we had to make a modification to our original order - absolutely no friction on Metro's end and we were able to get the contract updated in minutes. And again, the day before our wedding, we decided we would like to add sides to our tent to shield our wedding party from the winds coming off of the sound. Metro was happy to accommodate and quickly got us taken care of.

Their crew was great to work with - true professionals and extremely friendly. We really enjoyed their presence around our venue as they were getting things set up. They also communicated directly with the decorators at IDoOBX to coordinate timing and other logistical details. If you're in the market for some event rentals, I wouldn't think twice and just go with Metro - they were amazing.

they worked with me changing my chair count upt untill week before wedding, they delivered everything for us the day before our event and picked it all up next day. Worked great for our diy wedding, although they do offer set up at an additional cost we didnt need it due to our small wedding. I loved everything about metro and how easy they made everything, totally recommend!
